SQUEE! This book was awesome, as are all the Red Dirt Royalty books. I loved Coop. I wanted to give Britt such a pinch, but it all worked out in the end. Yay!

The h keeps leaving him all the time without saying goodbye that it was getting too old. She does it the first two nights and then again when she is pregnant and then again a couple more times and ghosts his calls all the time. She is an adrenaline junkie and emotionally distant. She hasn't shared any of her past history and is so independent and isn't worthy of being trusted with welfare of her babies or a significant other. She doesn't seem to be capable of empathy at all and the one time she tries to be empathetic, she ends up running away again! If I were H I would definitely not trust her with my twin babies. If the roles were reversed and it had been the H pulling the exact same stunts we wouldn't blame the h for accepting her loss and moving on.

Love this series! Was so happy there was another one. This is the story of Cooper and Britt. On a night when Britt has been chasing storms she bunks with Cooper to get rest. After all the devastation she say she needed some life affirmative hot sex. She skips out on him! Every time they run into each other the chemistry is off the charts! Than there is an oops and Cooper wants more but Britt doesn't! Can they both get over their stubbornness and become a family? A great story! Loved hoe Britt is such a spitfire and she doesn't back down to Cooper.
