A simple infidelity investigation gets turned on its head when a man under surveillance falls to a surprising death…

Private investigator Henry Walsh won’t argue with the actual cause of the man’s ultimate demise. Not after he witnessed the victim land poolside from seven floors above. But how the man went off the balcony is up for argument. Too many questions remain…

When the sheriff’s office quickly concludes it was suicide, Henry’s left scratching his head. And his suspicions are raised when his client, the victim’s widow, declines his offer to investigate further.

It just doesn’t add up.

With his partner Alex by his side, the two take the case into their own hands. But soon their relentless pursuit of the truth throws them into a dangerous situation they didn’t see coming.

On the run from those who are out to stop them, reality hits hard when the threats Henry ignored come back to bite him. He’ll have no choice but to push forward with the investigation, even if it means the one person he cares most about will pay for his mistake...

In the last book, Dead In The Creek, Henry and Alex are hired by a woman who ended up dead before she could tell them why they were being hired. Sheriff's office decided it was an accident. News flash, it wasn't. In this one, a woman hires them to find out if her husband is cheating and he ends up dead before they can even get started. Head dive right into the concrete from his hotel balcony. Ruled a suicide. If you know anything about Henry Walsh, you know he doesn't take those easy answers without proof. If the husband was murdered, there are lots of candidates for who did it. We even have drug dealing and a Russian assassin. Can you figure it all out before Henry

New series for me!

Read the synopsis of book one, and took a chance in reading it. I was hooked from the start, and binge the rest of the books . The characters are fresh, pace moves well, and it isn't easy to guess the culprit! This series is great for anyone who lives mysteries. Please have the next book in the wings!

Waiting for number eight!

Another good mystery solved. Lots of suspects, lots of twists, but the good guys win in the end. Now, when do we get the next instalment, and when does Henry come to his senses regarding Alex?
