MORE GROWING UP CATHOLIC, the sequel to GROWING UP CATHOLIC, written by a conglomerate of witty authors, provides a humorous and somewhat authentic recollection of our pre Vatican II Catholic heritage. Having read the original GUC and experienced the cherished time in question, I found both books entertaining and some times enlightening, without irreverence. A great time capsule for modern day Catholics, however, it helps to have an older Catholic available for authenticity.
