Remove Energy Blocks and Achieve True Healing through the Four Pathways
Join world-renowned energy healer and bestselling author Cyndi Dale as she provides a comprehensive guide to energy and chakra work using the four pathways healing system. The concepts and techniques of this potent approach are designed to be totally aligned with divine love so that you can achieve the awakened state that brings true healing.
Featuring nearly fifty hands-on exercises and a full-color insert, this book shows you how to negotiate the pathways--elemental, power, imaginal, and divine--through the subtle energy organs known as the chakras. You will explore the energy patterns and programs that underlie imbalances and illness and learn methods for energy mapping as well as Cyndi's signature Spirit-to-Spirit practice. The four pathways are interconnected and dynamic, so when you transform one you transform them all, leading to healing outcomes that are based in the unifying energy of love.

There is a lot of good here, but the presentation is hard to digest. It could be a good guide to come back to for reference, but the format does not lend a quick reference either.
I think it either needs to be broken up into smaller, easier-to-reference sections or split into a smaller than 800-page book.
I loved the quotes at the beginning the most. However, it wasn't a great narrative read from beginning to end, and that is despite my experience in Reiki and chakra healing.
I wish this were edited with potential readers in mind more.
Great wealth of information. Definitely a book after you have base knowledge and understanding of chakras. This is much more advanced. I read what called to me because it’s a lot of information. A book I will come back to when ready!
Advanced chakra book has a lot of information in this book and I feel I should have read the basics about chakra healing before I read this book. This book would be good for someone who has idea about chakra but would like to go into it in more depth. This is book you will dip in snd out of snd do a section of time. Thank you NetGalley for letting me read this book
While I usually enjoy reading books on the chakra systems, yoga, meditation, and other practices originating in Eastern philosophy and religious practices, this book was an encyclopedia of the author's making and I just could not finish it. Her anecdotal "proof" of her system was shaky and vague at best - and left me annoyed and questioning.
This book has taken me a long time to read, because i was not always in the mood. But if you are into Chakras and such, then I highly suggest this book. She is Chonky but she is through.
