18 books7 followersHello, my name is Michael Wuehler. I am an ordained United Methodist minister, certified grief counselor, hospice chaplain, and bereavement coordinator. I have over thirty years of ministry experience, including seven years as a denominational leader.
Writing has been part of my ministry for my entire career. I wrote sermons, newsletters, worship services, weekly devotionals, and articles for our Minnesota Annual Conference.
As a hospice chaplain, I wrote content for workshops I lead on grief support, spiritual care for caretakers, compassion fatigue, support for medical staff, and a booklet on hospice services and resources.
I served at Christ United Methodist Church before retirement from church ministry. Christ Church was the largest UMC church in Minnesota. I preached at four different worship services throughout the week. I spoke at our annual conference gathering to audiences of over 1,000 people on several occasions. I led grief support groups and divorce groups for more than ten years. I am a confident and dynamic preacher and caring group leader.
I am seminary trained in the Biblical languages of Hebrew and Greek. I have also read through the Bible each year since 1973 as part of my spiritual discipline.

As a lover of the Bible from a very early age, the author wants to help readers in their spiritual journey to receiving inspiration, comfort, and direction through these daily devotions.

This is definitely something worth keeping! It is very important that we allot time to connect with God and this book delivers enlightenment, inspiration, and peace of mind through specific passages from the Bible that are relayed by the author through first-person point of view, as if God is speaking directly to us. I’m giving this book 5 out of 5 stars and I highly recommend it.

📚 As the title of the book is, the book is all about the sounds we hear from our soul and spirit. The idealogy of author Michael Wuehler behind writing this book was to help you find and understand the meaning of spirituality in day to day life.
📚In the book, author described various aspects of the Spirit of God day wise from January 1st to December 31st. Through everyday he tried to explain that God is with us and the spirit of God guides us daily and we should listen to it in irder to live a great life
📚In the beginning,the earth was formless and desolate. The God created the universe. There were miles of ocean which were covered with darkness and the Spirit of God was moving over the water to create a universe where qe all are living in.
📚God speaks to us everyday. In this book, Spirit Calling, the author has completed the trinity trilogy of God Calling and Jesus Calling.
The first voice which we hear from inside as and when we woke up is actually the voice of God.
📚 We all know whenever we are stuck in some difficult situation, an inside spirit tells us/ guides us to the the right path.Unfortunately, we don't follow that guidance.
📚It is the God inside you who wants to remove you from the crisis and see you happy.
In this modern age where the world is moving so fast every minute, the most important thing to find is the peace.
📚 And, I must say Mr. Michael has done an outstanding job, positive vibes surrounds while reading this, definitely worth reading it.

- The prologue gave me goose bumps when I read about the white bible and Black bible. It mentions that the god always has a way for us to move forward.
- Author has described this book as the last part of Epic Trilogy, he refers to the examples of 20/20 challenges being unclear.
- Author has made a daily devotion with which he wants the readers to connect with God directly.
- As per the mention on the title of this book, this daily devotions are made to make you hear the sound from our spirit and soul.
- It really makes you feel calm minded when you read thru these pages.
- During these pandemic days where there is so much of unrest, the Spirit Calling compels you to keep yourself hopeful, faithful, believer of the positive energy
- The God has created the universe from the water all across the globe and made the livable land for us. The God will always pull us out from the darkness and show us the bright path.
- This book and Michael Sir’s simple language will help you to make this book read everyday and make a recite of your reads again and again
- Michael Wuehler, ex govt officer of the active ministry, after his retirement has given his wisdom in very simple language which make this book Catchy and keeps you indulged through .

2020, a year full of chaos and uncertainty. The humans faced a situation most depressing and dangerous, many of us lost our loved ones. But we kept fighting and had faith in god. This book by Michael Wuehler helps to keep that faith alive and takes its readers on a spiritual journey.
Spirit Calling is a very different book, written by author Michael Wuehler a lover of Bible from childhood. He has written down specific passages from the Bible, and has written them under calendar dates. There is one passage for each day. So, you can read it one passage a day or you can read all 365 passages in a day.
Michael Wuehler also states that, whenever we get stuck in a situation where we have to make choices, our inner voice tells us what to do, but we often ignore it. That voice is the voice of god and if we follow that voice we will be forever happy.

Spirit Calling is a helpful and inspiring book compiled by Michael Wuehler. In this work, the author states that any difficulty can be overcome by listening to and following God’s word. In this fashion, he has created a series of books that spread God’s word in the first person. This book is the last instalment in the trilogy.
I rarely read the bible and its words. However, I am also a curious and avid reader. This is the first time I approach a text such as this one and I must say that I found it very interesting. The book is short and concise. It is built as a guide whose simple and straightforward writing style invited me to binge-read until the last page. I strongly recommend it.

This is a really good read which once I started reading, it was hard to put down. Spending time with God is sometimes a difficult task when we are always on the rush. Michael Wuehler brought me closer to the Lord. Let me say that the extensive author’s experience gives the book another perspective. He fully exploited his knowledge and wisdom. The inspiration that this masterpiece provides throughout its pages is just valuable. Another point that I liked so much is the originality of the chapters' division by dates. They are easy to find and follow.
I recommend “Spirit Calling” not only to Catholic people but to anyone interested in a deeper connection. It’s a super profitable read.
