Do you ever feel like you’re not enough? You’re not the only one.
Author and mentor, Mari Suggs, felt the same. She was frustrated at her need for outside approval and constant hustle. One day, she decided to take control of her life. Through deliberate and focused intention, she created a life she loves, going from a mindset of lack to one of abundance.
Feelings of unworthiness separate us from the truth of who we are. We spend our days living in discomfort because we’re chasing things that are not aligned with who we are at our core. However, when we learn how to attune our energy and desires to our soul, a magical internal transformation occurs, and as a consequence, you can change your material world forever.
Enough offers specific guidelines, exercises, and mantras to help you unravel the complicated and sometimes daunting task of becoming the ideal version of yourselves.
This timely book provides essential techniques to help you move past your darkest fears, silence the negative self-talk, and discover the life force within.
Hi! I'm Mari Suggs, and I love writing stories about life's messy bits in cozy little towns. My stories mix real issues with a touch of romance to create characters that feel like old friends. I'm all about crafting stories that grab you by the heart and don't let go.
As a writer, I'm passionate about helping other writers achieve their dreams. That's why I designed My Book Companion Journal, a resource to help writers track their progress and have keepsake of their WIP--from idea to publishing.
I graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in English, with an emphasis in Creative Writing.

I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
I really enjoyed this book. Self-help and personal development are my favourite types of books to read and this one didn't disappoint me.
I love how the writer shares vulnerable stories of her life to make what she's teaching more relatable. It really got me thinking about how I view my life and accomplishments so far. I'm usually very much the type that believes what I have to say doesn't matter, but the author really made me believe I have a purpose and I'm good enough as I am, and the people who are meant to find me and hear my message will find me.
I've spent a lot of years thinking I'm wasting my time and my failures are because I'm not good enough, but Mari has made me realise the failures were for a reason and I can harness failure or good.
I highly recommend this book to anyone who feels like they aren't 'enough' because she will change your mind.
This book was shared with me for an honest review. If you have ever felt that your life was missing a purpose this book will make you think otherwise. The author reminds us that we each have a purpose. Each of us has different needs/wants and it's okay.
I like how the author uses personal stories to make her points. For example, the author talks about the traditional path her parents took once they arrived in this country versus the one she chose. The paths were different, but the ultimate goal was the same, a fulfilled life.
This book reminds us that no matter the route we are all good enough to achieve a happy and fulfilling life. Whether it is working at a traditional job for 50 years and retiring or sharing the written word with the world. We are “enough” to make it happen.
I would recommend this book. It reminded me to refocus on my own life and examine what makes me happy. And remember that my life path is my own to create.
I just ordered a proof of this beauty. We're getting close to publication! Make sure you add the book to your TBR so you don't miss any upcoming announcements!
