This is the story of Taeger and Cassie and I really enjoyed reading it, so much so that is was way past lights out but I just had to finish it. While it doesn't end on a cliffhanger it does end on a promise of more to come, which I shall be waiting for. Cassie is a pilot supposed to deliver a "package" but their ship is shot down with her co-pilot and passengers on a hostile planet. She manages to land but then goes to look for help at which point she is confronted with a wounded warrior and his charge, a little boy. The warrior she helps as best she can but knows that he is unlikely to survive. She promises to look after the boy however shortly after she and the boy are captured. His uncle, Taeger, comes to rescue them but there is definitely more to the story than this. Cassie and Taeger feel an immense pull to each other but with them both harbouring secrets will it pull them apart?
There is mention of other characters who are leaders in other books. You do not need to have read them to follow the story, I haven't but having read this one I am now off to find them.

When Cassie’s mission goes south and she ends up captured on an alien ship, she thinks it’s the end, despite the insistence of young Ion that they’ll be rescued. She absolutely doesn’t expect devastatingly handsome Lumerian Knight Taeger Norasair – not that she’s going to spit at being rescued from some seriously terrifying aliens, even if her mission is further compromised by her escape, and some serious questions start to percolate in her mind.
The fourth book in Brayden’s delightful Lumerian Knight series introduces a strong hero and heroine and expands a bit on the ongoing story Earth coping with the arrival of aliens. I adored the characters – both strong and yet vulnerable, and their romance was engaging, fun, and deliciously inevitable. The distinct Lumerian – alien – aspects of the story were well done, and readers familiar with the series will enjoy the small details that new to the series readers may miss regarding the changes that Cassie undergoes through the story. The new details about Earth and all the surrounding, ongoing series elements are furthered beautifully, and I was quite pleased to also get to visit with previous series stars and catch up with how everyone else was doing.
I do think that this book is best enjoyed if you’ve read the rest – or at least the first – of the Lumerian Knights books. I cannot say for certain if new-to-series readers may have issues understanding what’s going on, as I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the previous books in this series before having the opportunity to read this one, but I can wholeheartedly recommend this entire series to readers looking for good alien-human romances. Brayden is a great hand at conveying emotion – and heated sensual scenes! – and this is a series that I’ve re-read multiple times and enjoyed every single read. I cannot wait to see what Brayden has planned next for readers!

I totally loved this book, quite possibly my favourite one yet
This is a dramatic and full of action and adventure with a good deal of love and duty along with a great deal of strength of character and action and adventure. You will find yourself like me full of intrigue and unable to put the book down once you begin reading until you reach the last page and discover the final outcome.
Cassie is from earth and she has been sent on a mission to return to the planet with an item that could help save her people along with all the other races now living on the planet after their own worlds have been destroyed by the Dark One.
She emergency landing and finds herself caught up with others and incarcerated on one of the Dark Ones ships where they would all eventually be consumed.
Cassie has been caring for a little boy called Ion since she had tried to help his parent that had been badly injured and left behind on the planet. Cassie listens as he ensures her that her Uncle Taegie will rescue them as he is an Lumerian and a promise is a promise
The combination of the Maju water that is able to recoup those that are quite literally on deaths door and the Maju paste that has had dramatic effects on the human women that have used it giving them immense powers and this also happens to Cassie and she is able to help her new family and fight against the Dark Ones.

I have been invested in this series from the first book and couldn't wait to read this one. The Dark Ones make a showing but it is space this time instead of on Earth. Cassie is one bad a** woman. She's a superb pilot and a warrior who is intent on fulfilling her mission. The mission goes a bit sideways when she gets captured by the Dark Ones while caring for a young child. When Taeger and his Lumerian Knights come to rescue the little boy, Ion, Ion will not let them leave without Cassie and the other prisoners. He made a promise and Taeger had taught him about honor. A promise is a promise after all. Battling the Dark Ones is but one aspect of this story. There are many parts but I don't want to spoil the story for you. Just know it is well worth reading. At the end we still don't know where Prince Sevron is but there may be a way to find out. I look forward to the next in the series - it can't come fast enough.

I enjoyed the active strength of the female lead. Faced with a situation where there were a number of things she didn’t understand, she persevered and made decisions to the best of her ability.
The willingness of both lead characters to sacrifice their personal desires to serve their respective peoples was also noteworthy. Their ability and determination to build their relationship adjacent to their obligations was also sweet.
The secondary child prince character was adorable and really sold so much of this story for me. The main characters’ interactions with him and his responses were beautiful.
The story is dual POV, well written, and really enjoyable. It mostly stood alone though there were a few references that I didn’t understand as I haven’t read the previous books in the series yet.

Cassie is a pilot and she has been tasked with bringing back a package that will help Earth against the Calodorians and other alien races. She gets captured by the Dark Ones along with a little boy. Lumerian knights come to save the boy, who is actually a royal. Teager is the leader of the Lumerian knights and he has been keeping his species alive and protecting the young boy for over 2 thousand years. He meets the headstrong Earth woman and instantly has a connection to her. The story is filled with lots of action and near death situations. The chemistry between Cassie and Teager is really strong and it makes reading the story even better. It was great seeing the two learn to navigate what their duties are to their people and to themselves. It was a really great story and this one has a strong female protagonist, which makes her stand as an equal to her Alpha knight.

Her crewmates are hurt so she risks trying to sneak into town for help. Instead she runs across a crying toddler and a dying man. She promises the man she would look after the boy but then they both get captured by evil aliens. Ion, the boy keeps on promising her that his Uncle Taegie will come and save them. When she does meet Taegie she is thrilled by how hot he is but she still has her mission. However Taeger's instant attraction to Cassie makes him want to keep her by his side to keep her safe which destroys her chance to fulfill her mission.

Je ne suis pas étrangère à cette auteure. Laissez-moi vous dire que reprendre un de ses livres est comme un soupir de soulagement. Son style de prose et d'écriture est comme un ruban de satin de soie qui glisse le long de mon cerveau.
L'histoire elle-même est douce et un bon moyen de me prendre si vous voulez un nettoyant rapide pour le palais. Je n'ai pas lu depuis un moment et je suis content que ce soit l'un de ses livres qui ait ravivé ma joie de me perdre dans une histoire.
Une chose que j'apprécie vraiment chez cette auteure est la maturité de ses personnages.

Alien Knight Teddy Bear Troubles
This book was soooooo good! I have loved reading this series from the very first book and am excited to be able to read about more couples in this series. Every couples story in this series helps build a wonderful cohesive piece that is absolutely wonderful! I loved Uncle Tagie and also Cassie. They are both very sweet together and I loved reading about a different kind of Heroine that was also soft but strong in this series! I can not wait to read another book and am waiting to read "Savies" story and also learn more about what was reveled at the end of this book through little Ion!

The Adventures of BooBoo Bear 🐻😉❤️
Whew!!! These Lumerian Knights sure do know how to keep things exciting and full of action! Cassie and Target are quite the pair, and this whole book just keeps you on a wild roller coaster ride (totally on a good way though)! They are both strong willed and it makes for very entertaining interactions, plus amazing chemistry. Throw in little Ion and BooBoo bear, and you have reading entertainment at its finest. I didn’t think these books could get any better, but this comes along and proved me wrong. Even though you could probably read this on its own and love it, believe me, you’ll get so much more from this series if you read it in order. They are all so good!

I received an ARC from the author thru Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving my review. This is the fourth book in the Lumerian Knights series. Cassie is on a mission for Earth when her and her crew are shot down. She must protect her crew and needs help. She comes across young Ion and promise to take care of him. He tells her that his uncle will come save them. Taeger does come to save the royal Ion and meets Cassie. They have an instant attraction that leads to more. She must fulfill her mission. He wants to protect and take care of her. They have to figure out how to complete it all and stay together. I enjoyed this book and the characters.

Parts of Earth are withholding information from the Caldereans just as the Caldereans are withholding information from Earth. Only Earth believes the Caldereans are withholding information in a way that is detrimental to Earth. So they go for a weapon that would even the playing field in their eyes.
Uncle Taegie arrives to rescue Ion and BooBoo Bear to find that Ion has bonded with a human named Cassie, who he finds himself wanting to impress. The three of them are absolutely adorable! Despite the distrust between factions, Cassie and Taeger are able to be open enough with each other to combine forces towards common goals. The shock of what the secret weapon is combined with the surprising effect of the Maju paste on Cassie combine together in an explosive manner!

I loved this story with a strong female warrior pilot who was determined to complete her mission despite being shot down on an alien planet. The world building and various aliens and alien technology was well described and believable. The alien soldiers realized quickly that Cassie was a soldier and treated her as such, not as a frail female. They showed her the respect due her behavior in taking care of their people and protecting and saving one of their children. There were a few grammatical issues that I noticed throughout the book, but they did not make it confusing to continue reading. Very nice plot and wonderful romance.

Cassie is on a mission when she's captured by the Dark ones. There she comforts little Ion, another prisoner, who is sure his uncle Taeger will rescue them. So when he surprises her and saves them she surprises him in turn by showing him that she is a warrior just as fierce as he is. Their attraction cannot be denied, but their devotion to duty also is undeniable. She must complete her mission, as he must complete hers. I loved the storyline and the direction that the action took. Loved the characters, great worldbuilding, the action had me on the edge of my seat, couldn't put it down. Read cover to cover in one sitting! Bravo!

I think this is the best Lumerian story. Uncle Taegie, Cassie, Ion, and BooBoo Bear are one heck of a combination. I loved the story and skimmed over the smexy parts (though there are plenty of those interested in them). Lots of action and lots of Lumerian promises, keep this story moving at a very quick pace.
The Maju water and paste do their magic on yet another human woman much to the detriment of the Dark Ones. I cannot wait for the next Lumerian to find is perfect match (I've got my fingers crossed that it's Sevvie).
Great story for fans of Grace Goodwin, Mina Carter, Celia Kyle, or Margo Bond Collins.

A beautiful sensuous and romantic relationship amid the horrors of war, a forever love.
Incredible epic battles have you rooting so hard for all the Lumerian Knights with their fight for good versus evil. And what an evil - the imaginative and descriptive writing takes you on an unbelievable journey.
The alien tech is remarkable and has a fascinating purpose. The gifts the human women garner from the Lumerian Yielding seem to be pointing to a cataclysmic finale in a future book. I eagerly await the next uniquely enchanting story.

Cassie is a captain on a mission to get an unknown weapon to earth to fight the caldorians. Her ship is attacked and crashes on mora five, there she is taken captive by the dark ones along with ion, a small boy she was charged with keeping safe. I adore this series. Taeger, an ancient knight, has pledged to protect Prince Ion. He must rescue his charge from a Dark Ones vessel. Realizing it can quite possibly be a suicide mission, he bravely fights his way to Ion’s cell only to realize he has a protector, an earth pilot named Cassie. The plot explodes into a whirlwind of danger and intrigue as well as smoking hot romantic encounters between these two. The plot kept on with a fast pace and you just hung on for the ride. Book four in the Lumerian Knights series brings Taeger and Cassie's story. Sparks fly and their passions sizzle .. but she's determined to complete her mission even as he's determined to claim her. This is their story. The author pulled me in with all the action and moves the story quickly and smoothly with her perfectly painted scenes and the secondary characters who help to move the story. I enjoyed reading and can't wait for the next book.

This is the fourth book in the Lumerian Knights series, I highly recommend reading this series. This book is about Cassie who is on a mission to find a weapon for earth to use against the Caldorians and Taeger who is a Lumerian knight who is on a mission to rescue Ion who is a young royal. As soon as Taeger sees Cassie he feels very possessive and protective of her, even if she doesn't want it because she is not a woman who needs protecting and she also needs to complete her mission.

This was an amazing story. I couldn't put it down. I was caught up in the action from the first page. This is the first book that I have read by this author and I can't wait to read more by her. This is the fourth book in the series but it can be read as a standalone. I can't wait to go and read the rest of the books in this series. I loved the interactions between Cassie and Taeger. I didn't want it to end.

I am really enjoying the stories and worldbuilding in this series and the last book was no different. I really enjoy the characters and the story itself as well as the progression of the overall story arch. However, I think the book needs to be prove-read again. There were so many typos and sentences that made no sense or even contradicted themself because a not was missing. It made parts of the book difficult to read and pulled me out of the story a few times. This had been an occasional problem with the other books but this one was a lot worse.

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. Cassandra Davis was trying to do what she was told to but her ship crashed on a planet. Cassandra had to do everything she could do to get it done. But something happen on the planet and she was taken by Aliens and she is on a ship in space. The book is great from the first page to the last page. Now would be the time to get the book.
