Yes, it’s true. I am writing a new Unearthly book, scheduled to be out Fall 2023. It is not a sequel, per se, but a novel about a new character. But there are a lot of familiar characters walking around these pages. :)

10/28/21 : ! cynthia hand is writing a new book in the unearthly world with familiar characters!! i am so excited, the unearthly trilogy was one of the first ya book series i read that made me love reading again. i literally can’t wait.

Unearthly is hands down my favorite book series I’ve probably read it all the way through atleast 4 times. So excited for another in the same universe I have no doubt it’ll be amazing! Currently working on my 5th read through of the series..

Cynthia recently replied to an Instagram comment, saying Christian's an important side character in this one. I never thought we'd get an Unearthly story again, so I would've been happy with the teeniest Christian crumbs I could get...but to find out he's actually part of the story and not just a cameo?! Sign me up!!
