Best RE book for agent I have ever read. David goes through all the principles and the system he uses to become a successful agent. It has just enough amount of information and plenty of scripts/scenario that you can practice or role play.
This is one of the very few books does not make me feel like I'm going through my RE test prep again nor I need to be a superman to succeed in RE. I can see myself reading it again and again in the future.
This is worth the read. I am a fan of David Green and the podcasts and other books that he’s written, but I feel like this could’ve had a little bit more applicable content. I will still be rereading this and looking forward to the other parts he mentioned would be coming.
As a new agent this book broke down what others suggested. The author provides step by step instructions on how to earn your first 6 figures in real estate.
After taking the required classes to become a real estate agent, it is apparent they are not intended to show you how to become an agent. This book is exactly what you need. It is your roadmap to becoming a successful real estate agent.
This does what it says and covers everything a new agent should know, don’t recommend unless you are just starting. Some really good nuggets in here. There was also lots of plugging which turned me off. He plugged bigger pockets like 500 times
As a new agent, this book is a clear-eyed look at the dedication, effort and strategies it takes to succeed. I'm not gonna lie, parts of the book scared me stiff, but that's a good thing. Any resource that makes it seem easier than it is won't pay off in the long run. Excited to make my own plan based on this book and move forward.
Great book for every new real estate agent to read. Lots of good advice on how to be a successful agent. I'm not trying to be a real estate agent more so learn how real estate agents thing.
great read for new realtors - might not have been the best for me because i’ve already been in the business for a few years, but i still learned a bunch!
This was a really great book... for a brand new agent. As a two year agent I did still find a few gems in the book but also struggled through many sections that were really basic. Wish this would have come out two years ago!
