3 same old, same old stars 🌟

Theme: online dating, opposites attract, rich boy/poor girl, closed door

Nothing new in the plot but the audiobook kept me good company while I was ironing or working out. I liked how there was no trauma when Luke’s secret was revealed. I just wished the word billionaire was not used over and over again, and was replaced with alternatives. I also don’t think there was enough chemistry between the hero and heroine.

Note: There is an error on Chapter 34, when they go to the restaurant, the host greats him as Mr Hudson, although, Luke has already revealed his real last name to Cait.

I love Christine Kersey’s book, The Secret Billionaire. Luke hides his true identity to see if there is a person who likes him for who he is and not his money. Caits roommate clicks on a dating app and Cait ends up meeting Luke for a dessert date. Cait and Luke continue to date and they both reveal the truth about themselves. (Luke faking his identity and Cait following Luke to see where he goes. I loved the names of two of the characters, Tatiana and Cait as they are unusual. I recommend this book and any other books by Christine Kersey.

I purchased a copy of the clean Los Angeles based novel The Secret Billionaire: Billionaires Find Love book three by Christine Kersey and this review was given freely.
Interesting characters, good friends and a stakeout are just a few of the things that make this story of indecision and insecurity combined with a fast paced instant attraction romance founded on lies enjoyable. Unlucky in love second grade teacher Cait Sullivan's well meaning roommate Amy sets Cait up on a blind date with dating app match chef Luke Hudson who happens to be frustrated in love billionaire Luke Mills.

I don’t feel the chemistry between the 2.
The plot : Why communicate your feelings, thoughts and concerns when you can just spiral and speculate on your own 🙄
Sped through the end, because predictable and not my cup of tea. If you like a quick, simple story without too much depth, this one will do.

A good clean hiding identity romance: he wants to be loved for himself not his money. She never intended to use the dating app her bff installed on her phone, but her friend swiped his profile. Will she forgive him for lying about his identity?

I would recommend it.

Don't we all like to be liked for who we are not for what we have? That is what Luke wants -- someone to like him for himself not his money. Cait is a school teacher who matches with Luke on a dating app. When things started to not add up, Cait and her roommate go on a stakeout. A good read.

Fun, Happy Read

This is a nice read. There is just enough questions with a light almost comedic underlining to the story to keep you interested.

Story of forgiveness

Cait and Luke meet through a dating app. She has a definite problem with anyone who lies. Luke has lied on his app profile. Can she forgive him?

Loved it. I loved the characters and how they had such great chemistry. I enjoyed seeing how people from two different worlds could mesh. This is a really sweet, clean romance.

Review of The Secret Billionaire

I loved this book. It was a great story about loving someone for the goodness that is in them, and not for their money or possessions.

Sweet, predictable and without any real highlights. Not the book for me, but absolutely entertaining if one needs a cozy pick-me-up.

This one was so cute!

I will say though, constantly self-deprecating female main characters are SO annoying and gross.

What’s the point of being a billionaire if you’re going to be cheap?

Though this book was slightly engaging with no glaring faults, there was nothing remarkably special about it, and the characters were dull, insecure and annoying.
