Відірватись було дуже важко, книга просто захопила мене
Буквально за 3 години прочитала її, вже думала лягати спати але зрозуміла що заснути буде важко
Стільки болю🥹 стільки страждань, та стільки любові😻
Енцо просто неймовірний чоловік, він поки що для мене найкращий, напевно такого чоловіка я б хотіла собі в житті❤️
Його любов до Джейд просто перевершує все, він буквально був готовий померти заради неї
І те, що вона пережила, це дуже дуже боляче🥹 мені хотілось плакати від її спогадів
Я не знаю як таке пережити, напевно таки любов до сина допомагала їй пройти це все
Стосовно наступної книги то зацікавили капець як, дуже вже цікаво почитати

Man... this book wrecked me.

This series in total is quite intense because..mafia 🙄 But this book specifically was fucked up. Like seriously..the things that certain innocent people endured had me gasping.

And the twist in the end? HOLYCRAP 😳

This is the story of three brothers who want to get revenge because their family was killed.
While doing so they get to meet people who they never expected to care about.

I honestly adore men who are bossy, intense, killers and they own it. Enzo did not try to excuse himself for the things he had to do. No. This guy is so badass that I can't even explain how much I liked him.

Joelle is a hella tormented character. Like.. see what I said above for the innocent people in this book. 😭 And yes. She was innocent.
What she went through though changed her forever. She lost her innocence, her happiness, her smile, almost her mental health.. 🥺
Although what she didn't lose was her strength.

These bastards basically treated her worse than shit but they never broke her. And they never got to see the real Joelle. What they saw was a fake personality because that's what she wanted them to see. She revealed her true self only to Enzo. And thank fuck for that because this girl needed help and having Enzo by your side is a significant advantage!

The steam. The steam was HOT! Fuuuuck 🔥 Enzo and his dirty mouth.. I can't 💦

This story is no joke yall. I almost stopped reading because the FMC gets raped multiple times. She also gets beaten, abused and has her kid taken from her. Like..this shit is crazy.
I hope you have no triggers if you go for it.

I just wanna know who was like "Yeah that's enough torment, time to kill them" about the abusers. Like why.
Yeah they basically had everything chopped of their body.. tongue, ears, dick... Had scorching hot water thrown at them.. But again. Let the man burn them alive! Why stop him!
I really wanted the author to go all out and give them more hell because these assholes deserved it.

If you haven't figured out already..this book is dark as hell. But fuck if I didn't like it. All this spoke to my dark soul. And for those who may ask which psycho would love a book like that... Me. I'm that psycho.

"He read me like an open book as though he's the one who typed those pages."

I love all the main characters from the previous books in the series so far and Enzo & Joelle were no exception. Enzo was a charming, easygoing killer with a hilarious sense of humour, I loved his dedication to keeping Joelle safe and avenging her. What I loved about him the most was that he was ready to fight the world for her, accepted her as she was and never let her think bad about herself. Joelle had to endure something very bad and the pain she went through made me cry a lot. I felt her emotions and I just wanted her to finally be safe and find the one thing that would finally give her peace. Overall, this was a super solid read and every book in the series has a twist in the end that I don't see coming. This cliffhanger though, has left me restless to get my hands on the next book. I can't say much without revealing something from the plot but I can definitely say that this book is filled with action, revenge, pain, lots of darkness (take the trigger warnings seriously) and some emotional moments. You're seriously missing out if you haven't started reading this series yet.

Скажу так книги по ступово стають темнішими, піднімаються дуже важливі питання. Такі як торговля людьми, сексуальне рабство, насилля і тд.🥺

Книга поділена 2 дві частини, минуле і теперішнє яке є параленьним до книг Домініка і Данте.

Брати дійсно розумні, гарні, ніжні, і турботливі чоловіки. Ще жоного разу я в них не розчарувалась, одним словом - справжі чоловіки.🥵

З першої книги нам уже відома частина історії Енцо і Джоелль.

Енцо один з братів Кавалері, але я б не сказала що його історія завязана на посмті, звісно він допомагає братам, але на почтку книги у мене виникло відчуття що він не дуже проникся тими емоціями що старші брати. Але потім я зрозуміла, що я помилялась, бо це їх справа, і вони доведуть її до кінця.
Виходить так що Енцо приходить до стрипклубу, де працює Кіара ( з першої книги), познайомитись з Карліто, до яког Данте почав втриратись в довіру. І там він бачить дівчину яка там працює, Джоелль. Він не може відірвати від неї очей. І вирішує познайомитись, але одразу розуміє що щось не так.
У нього закрадаються думки що її в клубі тримають проти її волі. Але вона нажіль нічого не розповідає.

І тоді щоб дізнатись більше про неї, він прохдить в клуб і замовляє приватний танець, бо це єдиний варіант з неї поговорити.😌

Джоелль - (дівчинко, коли я читала її спогади, я не могла стримати сліз. З нею дуже жорстоко вчиняли.😭)
Доля поврнулась до неї не тією стороною, і її викрали, та змушують працювати стриптизеркою, але це не все. Також її продають як повію, і вона нічого не може з цим зробити, бо вони тримають її сина, і якщо вона зробить хоч один не вірний крок, його вб'ють.

Єдиний промінчик надії, це Енцо, до якого вона одрузу відчуває щось. Але чи може вона йому довіряти?

Коли Джоелль розповіла правду і всі ті жахливі подробиці про її життя, Енцо не відвернувся від неї, він навіть не думав про це. Він навпаки сказав що нічого не змінилось і він кохає її, ще більше, а ніж хвилину назад.🥹

Скажу так книга важка, особливо сцени з тортурами над дівчиною.
Кінець прсто розірвав мене на шматки, склеяв, і знову розірвав.❤️‍🩹

The Devil’s Secret is the third book in the Cavaleri series and let me tell you this book does not disappoint!

This is Enzo’s story, which I have been so freaking excited for! This book is filled with heartbreak, action, lust, violence, and plenty of steam. The Devil’s Secret is unlike any mafia romance I have read before, and I am still shook after that ending… No spoilers of course… I will say that Enzo is extremely possessive and he will do anything for the ones he loves.

The chemistry between the two main characters is crazy intense, and the tension between those two was 🔥🔥🔥 This is the type of book you can’t put down because it’s so different, and it will definitely leave you saying “I need the next one NOW!” Anyways, this book is definitely not for the faint of heart. It’s dark and very intense. The plot is amazing and so are the characters in this book. Each story is so unique and oh so addicting!

As I always say, I would love to go on and on about this amazing book, but I won’t because SPOILERS. And I just recommend you go and read this series… RIGHT NOW!

I highly recommend checking this out if you like dark mafia romance that will leave you wanting so much more.

I'm finally continuing this series and wow I loved this!!! I had a feeling danteraquel would be my fav couple but enzojade are now competing with them.

I like how Enzo saw her true self since the first time he saw her. How he was just nice and wanted a friend in her but ended up being attracted to Joelle.

I love the plot, the romance, the steamy scenes, the only thing that annoyed me was how long it took for her to tell him about Robby, like.. HE COULD help her, but yeah I understand her mindset.

My heart broke for Chiara in this book, I can't wait to read The Devil's Demise and read her loss in her pov. I just know taylor wrote bigger than the whole sky for her.

Oh and I just knew Matteo was alive all this time, so far I think his book will be the best, I'm so excited to read matteoaida next.

This is book three in the Cavaleri Brothers series, which follows Joelle and Enzo.

I know I was going to love Joelle and Enzo’s story right from the start. Enzo is such a lovable character. I loved him and his brothers dynamic and how every time they were together they had me laughing. Especially Dante and Enzo, love their conversations. I love how close they all are.

Joelle has to be one of my favorite heroines from this series, she’s so strong and brave. I truly do admire her. Enzo and Joelle deserve everything. I loved their romance and how obsessed Enzo was.

Enzo seeing Joelle for the first time and wanting to know everything about her, wanting to get to know her. He’s everything <3

I sat down and read this book all in one sitting, I couldn’t put it down. I really love the authors writing and characters. The whole world she created is amazing.

The ending of the book really shocked me, I absolutely can’t wait for 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐥𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐧. I was so surprised, I didn’t see it coming. Also the inside of the book is gorgeous, I love the formatting.

The Devil’s Secret is the third book of the Cavaleri Brothers series! I’ve really been anticipated Enzo’s book and how his character will develop. He’s always been intriguing to me.

This book is filled with so much tension, haunting pasts, heartbreak, but also the moments between both main characters were so intriguing that I couldn’t put the book down! The chemistry they have is insane and you really start to feel for them and want them to get through anything.

Overall I enjoyed the moments we get from characters in the previous books and how everything starts to tie in together. This series has been dark and intriguing. I can’t wait for the next one especially after those final moments!

The devils secret is the third instalment of the cavaleri brothers series and it tells the story of Enzo and Joelle. I think this one is my favourite so far!

This book is dark, the FMC has a past linked to rape and SA. There definitely needs to have a trigger warning for this at the beginning as not all audiences will be happy to read about these topics without being aware of it. Especially as these scenes are so graphic!

Overall I loved the relationship between Enzo and Joelle, the ‘touch her and you die’ vibes along with the forced proximity was *chefs kiss*. Lillian did an amazing job of writing them!

I did find that there was a huge overuse of the word ‘nah’. I would understand if it was one characters personality to be dismissive and unbothered but it seemed a lot of characters picked up on the word too.

I can’t wait to see what book four entails!

Oh sweet baby Enzo … I loved how emotional and vulnerable he is. We definitely see a much deeper side to him in this story. Joelle was such a likeable character and I felt so deeply for her. This book is definitely much darker than the previous two and touched on a lot of difficult things in detail so please please check TW before reading. It took me a little to get into this story but holy hell that cliffhanger had me SCREAMING! I cannot wait to read the next one.

I was so excited for Enzo and Joelle book and I really liked and enjoyed it.

It is true that I was a little afraid to read this book because of Joelle’s past, I never read a heroine who was a sex slave and I was afraid that I wouldn’t like that trope or find it too much for me, but really, Lilian has known how to take the plot and the matter in an incredible and perfect way to read it without having as much trouble as I thought.

Joelle is a strong heroine and I really liked her since the beginning, I was so excited to read her story and see how she has been able to overcome everything that happened.

Enzo, compared to his brothers, is a sunshine, the perfect balance between Dante and Dom, I really like him and how he took care of Joelle and has been there at all times without caring anything.

Now im so excited for next book, cause the last two chapter were *chef kiss*, so im so ready for the next one!

The third book in the Cavaleri Brothers series, like others I have been eager for Enzo’s story and I was not disappointed. One thing I’m really loving about this series is that while these brothers share similar habits they are all so different that I don’t feel like I’m reading the same book each time.

This book is the third book in the Cavaleri Brothers series and it is one that I have been waiting for since the beginning. Ms. Harris tells us the story of Enzo Cavaleri and Joelle that will have your emotions all over the place. I was holding my breath at one point and the next I was laughing with Enzo and Joelle.

Enzo and his brothers are still avenging the death of their father and brother, Matteo, and they are not going to stop until all that were involved are dead. While trying to get information and gain acceptance Enzo meets Joelle, who happens to work at one of the strip clubs owned by the family that is responsible for their deaths. He is taken back by her beauty but there is something about her that has him thinking that she is being forced to work there. Enzo is determined to find out more from her so he spends more time there with her. When the brothers decide to take matters into their own hands, Enzo rescues Joelle and takes her to his place. Things do not go as he had hoped but he was able to gain her trust. Secrets were revealed and plans were made however when danger rears its ugly head, all hell breaks lose. Can Enzo be the man that Joelle thought he was? Will she trust him after what she has learned? When Enzo tells her that he would do anything in the world to keep her safe and that she means the world to him, will she believe him after what happens and what she learns?

Enzo is definitely an alpha male that was very possessive and would do anything for the ones that he loves and this includes Joelle. He accepted her the way she was even though she felt broken and unloveable. The chemistry between Enzo and Joelle was hot and spicy.

The writing was detailed and the storyline was addictive. The ending will have your head spinning and wondering how it happened. (No spoilers here) Ms. Harris had me sitting on the edge of my seat m=numerious time as well as holding my breath. Although there were triggers, Ms. Harris did inform her readers at the beginning of the story. I highly recommend picking up The Devil's Secret as well as the first two books in this series as it will give you insight into his brothers and what happened to his family.

This was such a hauntingly beautiful book. There was so much trauma and hurt from both these characters and seeing them love and help each other through it was such a beautiful thing.
I absolutely adored enzo from book one. He's such a funny mf. So blasé about everything, yet still a psychopath. He's such a bad ass, a man hardened by the life he had to fight for. But for Joelle, he's absolute mush. I did feel like this was insta-love but also slowburn (idk if this makes sense) but if you don't like any of those things, I can promise you I mean it in the best way possible.
These two characters have such intense chemistry that you don't feel like you're missing a thing.
My heart absolutely broke for Joelle and all the struggles she's been through in order to protect her son. I'm not usually one to need trigger warnings, nor do I stop to take a breather because of certain things. But I think with this one I got really attached to her as a character and needed a break between certain parts.
Nonetheless, this story was still beautifully told. Joelle found her strength and herself while learning to live and love. She is such a strong character.

For three books - THREE WHOLE BOOKS. I've been so gobsmacked with the plot twists. Shit I NEVER saw coming. But this one, I wouldn't say I knew it. I did try to piece together this twist because I wanted it to be true. But I'm stupid and I never got it (obvi, I'm not the author lmfao) but my point of this unnecessary rant is to say that I absolutely cannot wait for book three. To see the how and why of this entire story.

Wow, what a great addition this story is to this already fantastic series. The story and characters have depth and are so well defined that I have a strong connection to all of them. Lilian Harris's writing is flawless with some steamy scenes as well as some very disturbing interactions. It didn’t feel as dark as the last one, not to say there weren’t those moments, which I love, but I enjoyed the sweetness just as much.

I was surprised at how sweet Enzo was and how quickly he adapted to his new role with Joelle, I’m not sure why though, he’s always seemed unpredictable. Of course, he still has the vengeful quality that has always attracted me to him. The two of them fit so well together with chemistry off the charts.

Joelle has been through so much with these bad men that I was worried about her trusting and adapting to being safe and what that would feel like for her. She has so many things to worry about in her journey to finally being free. The love and sacrifices she was willing to make for her friends and Robby guided her every move towards that goal, I could feel her strength.

I am so happy to be reading this series as it’s being released. I love the build of anticipation as I wait for the next book but at the same time, I don’t want to wait. This is book three of the Cavaleri Brothers series and I am so excited for book four, The Devil’s Den! I, just like them, have so many questions that need to be answered...I guess I all will have to wait.

This is the third book in the Cavaleri brother series. It has to be my favorite by far. This is following Enzo and Joelle aka Jade. Enzo is definitely and alpha male most mafia men are. He is also the type of man if you even look at his girl wrong he will gut you with no problem. It was unique to see how he fell so fast and told her so much faster how he was feeling about her. I loved the chemistry they both had from the moment they locked eyes it was as if they were both truly seeing each other for who they truly were. It was so intense and just made you love them so much more. This story was filled with so much heartache, violence and so much spice. I am still in shock how everything played out and how it ended. The ending made me even more excited for the next book in this series.

One thing i love that Lilian does is that she doesnt start there story from where the previous one ended she starts the story from the moment they laid eyes on there girl. This story consumed me and i only put it down to do my mom things and when i had to force my self to bed. Thank you for writing such and amazing book . Happy Release day !

THIS SERIES GETS WITH EVERY BOOK! I wasn't expecting the direction that Lilian Harris would take the story of the Cavaleri brothers at all, but I enjoyed every moment of it!! Especially because The Devil's Secret had the perfect balance between the dark vibe, the mafia world and the sweetness and tenderness that I love reading, so for me it was perfect and after the final chapters I'm even more excited for the last two books to arrive.

Enzo was a character that took me completely by surprise, his personality is even easier than Dante's, he's kind, considerate and so far the sweetest & most tender of the Cavaleri brothers. From the first moment I loved reading him with Joelle, the way he was immediately interested in her and her intention to help her even without knowing anything about her, in addition to the fact that with his character we see a different situation towards the death of his parents compared to Dominic & Dante, which I really liked.

Joelle broke my heart completely, her personal story was heartbreaking, reading the abuse she has faced and her suffering being away from her family made my heart sink, and Although reading her memories of the past was a bit sad at times, I also liked it a lot because I think it helped me understand her way of seeing herself and better understand her history with the Bianchis. I also LOVED the twists and turns in her personal story - they were quite shocking and made me scream with excitement as I read it, plus I thought her love for Robby was the cutest thing in the book.

The love story between Joelle & Enzo made me fall in love with both of them! I really liked that Lilian showed us the beginnings of their "relationship": their immediate chemistry, attraction and the beautiful bond they formed from the beginning, and although I'm not a fan of drama in love relationships , I think the author handled it perfectly with these two, and I loved every moment of the obstacles they had to overcome, but definitely what I LIKED MOST, and surprised, about their relationship, was the tenderness with which Enzo always treated Joelle, and how he showed her his feelings at every step of her story, and how she trusted him with something as important as her personal story and her concern for Robby it was something that made me very happy. But The Devil's Secret had much more than my favorite love story in the series: it was also full of revelation after revelation that made it, for me, the best book in the series, and without a doubt , one of the best books by Lilian Harris.

Desde el primer momento me encantó leerlo con Joelle, la manera en la que se interesó en ella de inmediato y su intensión de ayudarla aún sin saber nada de ella, además de que con su personaje vemos una situación diferente hacía la muerte de sus padres en comparación con Dominic & Dante, algo que me gustó muchísimo.

Joelle rompió por completo mi corazón, su historia personal fue desgarradora, leer los abusos que ha enfrentado y su sufrimiento por estar lejos de su familia hizo que se encogiera mi corazón, y aunque leer sus recuerdos del pasado fue un poco triste a veces, también me gustó mucho porque creo que me ayudó a comprender su manera de verse a si misma y a entender mejor su historia con los Bianchi. También AMÉ los giros inesperados que tuvo su historia personal: fueron bastante impactantes y me hicieron gritar de emoción mientras los leía, además de su amor por Robby me pareció de lo más lindo del libro.

La historia de amor entre Joelle & Enzo me hizo enamorarme de ambos! Me gustó mucho que Lilian nos mostrara los inicios de su "relación": su química inmediata, atracción y el vinculo tan lindo que formaron desde el inicio, y aunque yo no soy fanática del drama en las relaciones amorosas, creo que la autora lo manejó de manera perfecta con estos dos, y amé cada momento de los obstáculos que tuvieron que superar, pero definitivamente lo que MÁS ME GUSTÓ, y sorprendió, de su relación, fue la ternura con la que Enzo siempre trató a Joelle, y como le demostró sus sentimientos a cada paso de su historia, y que ella confiara en el con algo tan importante como su historia personal y su preocupación por Robby fue algo que me hizo muy feliz. Pero The Devil's Secret tuvo mucho más que mi historia de amor favorita de la serie: también ésta lleno de revelación tras revelación que lo hizo, para mi, el mejor libro de la serie, y sin lugar a dudas, uno de los mejores libros de Lilian Harris.

Having read The Devil's Deal and The Devil's Pawn i instantly started looking forward to this third installment! I've been wanting to get into this story ever since it was announced. I picked it up as soon as i could and got right back into the Cavaleri Brothers world! I so enjoyed this third book!

Enzo and Joelle's journey captured my attention right from the get go! I was so glad that Enzo was getting his very own book! As he and Joelle are brought into each other's lives, i couldn't wait to see how everything would play out for them.

Joelle was such a strong character! Enzo had such determination. I really liked getting to dig deeper with these two and how i felt so much with both of them throughout their story!

With The Devil's Secret, Ms.Harris has created such a good read that will pull you in, make you feel a lot, and keep you on the edge of your seat! I am so looking forward to diving back into the Cavaleri Brothers Series with the fourth installment, The Devil's Den!

Heartbreaking & Powerful

As always Lilian Harris does not disappoint. Book 3 is just as amazing as the first 2 in her Cavaleri Brothers series! Watching Enzo find love & happiness is a breathtaking journey. There is a lot of pain and emotions in this book and you feel it on every page. Joelle “Jade” has had everything done to her in order to break her spirit and will. However, she is stronger than all the horrible men who have caused her nothing but pain and suffering. She will not give up because finding her son is her only focus. That is until Enzo comes into her life and she learns that good men do still exists and she falls madly in love with her protector and savior. Enzo will stop at nothing to bring her son home. Dom & Dante are right there with him because they will always have each others backs. These brothers are hot, fierce, violent, & passionate for the women they love and for their family that is growing bigger by the minute. There is a huge cliffhanger and it is so good. I didn’t see it coming and I love the shock factor. Book 4 cannot come out fast enough! Happy Reading!!

Enzo and his brothers I love their loyalty to their family and friends and of course their women. He is dangerous strong alpha and no one messes with the ones he loves. I LOVE how is goes after her slowly breaking her done and telling he she is someone...

Joelle is a kick ass stripper and I love her confidence and sass towards b**** And she has a few surpises that she going to through our way...no spoilers

I love the action and the suspense and the witty banter breaks up the tense moments. LOVE LOVE LOVE the time jump it makes their romance more real & worth fighting for

There is a mystery too at the beginning because I wanted to know who is she hiding from...no spoilers

Lilian writing & Cavaleri's world is getting better, gritter and brilliant with one liners 🖤😄

Damn, she has done it again! I am floored… that ending will stay with me for a long time to come.

The world building has been so phenomenal, and this book only made it better. I can’t say I’ve read any other interconnected books that have had the detail this series does. It’s absolute perfection.

I love Enzo and his carefree attitude, then his possessive and sometimes jealous actions. His connection to Joelle is truly so fun to read. I couldn’t put this down! Joelle’s story was so emotional. Her strength really got to me. I love her and Enzo together so so much. Their chemistry too?! Come on!!! 🔥🌶🔥🌶 This is so spicy, while still focusing on the plot. I cannot get enough!

This book is a wild ride, every time I thought I knew what would happen, I was proved wrong. It kept me guessing and at the end just gaping at the screen. Talk about twists and turns, oh my god!

I highly recommend this series for all dark romance, mafia world trope lovers out there. This was epic and spectacular, and so much fun to read.

As with anything else written by Harris, this series has been intense on several spectrums. It's a given. But...woah...Enzo is something else.

I'm in complete agreement with other readers on the fact that this book was a little darker, honestly I wasn't put off by anything but I can recognize what might be triggering for other readers, so keep that in mind. I've got to stick with my man Dante but Enzo is in no way lesser. I loved him. He's rough around the edges and has all the grit to die for. Fantastic!

Him and Joelle had possibly the most growth together of the characters so far, perhaps it's situational. I just think they had a different kind of relationship and it's certainly set apart. Their story progressed so well I did actually squawk a little when I hit the end. The AUDACITY! LOL I was just so engaged it really took me off guard.

I don't care who you are or what your reading preferences are, this series needs you to give it a shot. It has something for everyone. And it's not even over yet!

Enzo strolled right in with his swagger and stole the top spot of the series so far ,he is just EVERYTHING and I didn't think any of them would topple Dante 🥰

Hold on tight guys and get ready for a whirlwind of emotions and one hell of a twist I don't think anyone would see coming 😱.... mind blown!!
The Devil's Secret take the series up to a whole new level with twists and turns keeping your heart rate spiking over and over again and steam that is off the charts, you definitely need to be adding this to your must read list!

What was that ending though 😳 I'm definitely going to be needing the next asap 🙈

omg I have been waiting for Enzo’s book!! This book was so beautifully written and I absolutely adore both Enzo and Joelle. I honestly think that this may potentially be my favourite of the cavaleri brothers series. Joelle was such a likeable character right from the beginning and Enzo just makes the series 🥹. This book was definitely a little darker than the first to book but I loved it nonetheless.

Also, I am more than ready for the next book because the ending of the devil’s secret was just GAH - definitely read this book if you’re interested in mafia romances + forced proximity + kidnapping + enemies to lovers. Check the trigger warnings before reading the book!!!

The Cavaleri brothers are still on the path of revenge out to make right the wrongs that were done to their family so long ago. They have turned their pain into vengeance and will not stop until they get what they feel is their justice. In this story we get Enzo and Joelle whose story is a battle with a lot of bumps in the road to find a way out of this disaster the evil Bianchi’s have created. Joelle has been through so much pain and torture for a while now, she doesn’t see a way for it end because they hold something precious over her head. She is brave and strong even when she doesn’t feel like she is. She keeps Enzo on his toes. Enzo has intrigued me like all the brothers have, but in this book at times we get to see his softer side, especially with Joelle. With so many different twists and turns this book will keep you on the edge of your seat wanting to see these evil people finally taken down, but with all the pain they’ve endured will they be strong enough for what is coming for then? Will Joelle let Enzo into her heart and trust again? Such a gripping story of suffering and finding a strength within yourself for those you love. Also, let me say, “that ending!!!” It sets us up for what’s next and it’s going to leave you holding your breath dying for the next book now!

This is the third book in the Cavaleri Brothers series and let me just say woooow, this one might be my favorite. This covers Enzo’s and Joelle’s stories. I felt like this was one of the more emotional books of the series so far (don’t get me wrong, they all take you on a rollercoaster of emotions). There was so much in this book; steam, violence, so many emotions. The last few chapters I flew through! I swear each book keeps getting better and I can’t wait for the next one!!

It keeps getting better!!!!

The story just keeps getting better! I am so glad I decided to read this series! My god this author is amazing! The twists and turns and cliff hangers and surprises!! I can’t put my kindle down and I’m even sneaking pages at work which I NEVER do!!!! The plot is just so good! I even cried at some parts in the story and I rarely cry when reading….. I wish Jade could’ve been reunited with her mom, that is the only thing I would’ve changed about the story because I really wanted her to have a full happy ending. I can’t wait till Agnelo is dead and at this point I would love to do it myself! I bet the author has great pleasure in hopefully killing him off later in the series!
