Blown Away

This book was amazing. I would let my daughter read this. What I loved was the fact that Onyx was focused on herself. She did need a team to get to her position but she didnt need a love interest. I also loved the ideas that are explored in this story: parents love through the eyes of their child, handling abusers their asses, trouncing misgonists, the growth of a young adult ( Onyx is 23), and being the second generation of pivotal change. Onyx's father was an Orc civil rights activist. This book was well done, however there were more than 5 mistakes in grammer, another 5 in editing, and just in general needs a proofreader.

Never underestimate a woman's strength.

Trials of the Black Throne has sassy, strong women that grabs you from the start all the way to the end. The cast of characters and monsters holds your interest and keeps you reading to see what happens next. This series starts off with a bang and keeps the fireworks going.i recommend this series for those that love strong women role models.

Exciting

I was a little confused in the beginning, but the more I read the more excited I became. Women have their own powers not to be underestimated. I was excited to see how so many encouraged by others grew more each day. Never underestimate a woman. Very exciting. A must read.

Power

This was the best of the series for me! The Ivy and the aunt did too much, to evil. But they got what the deserved.

Quick and easy read. Engaging throughout. I prefer fantasy over witchcraft and there’s a lot of witchcraft.
