Although I'm sad to see this saga end I am in awe of the epic ending that this wonderful writer brought to the table. The story had me hanging on till the end.. Great job...
I am going to do my best to get through this without spoilers! Very seldom am I hooked from the first line of a book. It is the most important element in my opinion. That one sentence will hook you with a thousand questions as it propels you through the storyline. Kish Knight does just that. I found myself devouring the pages to seek the answers. Not to mention the slow burn, forbidden romance that kept me up late at night.
The story behind the Elites is compelling and has a unique twist to plots like this. I am always a sucker for stories about Gods and the chaos that follows. The characters are strong, witty, believable, and worth fighting for. I felt as if I was right there with them. The diversity and character descriptions are something the fantasy genre needs more of. I highly recommend this book if you love strong female characters who don't take crap from anyone, a love to root for that plays with your emotions, and looking to expand on your current fantasy collection. I look forward to diving deeper into this series!

As I was reading this book I realized there was a lot of mystery included within the story. It kept me hooked on the mysteries of who to trust and who not to. The fact that the friend has joined Dix was a great twist. The whole story was exceptional. From becoming the next Elite ... to the very end. I only wished there was a chapter on how the council reacted to the ending. Did the people fully except the Fallen? Was another full cabinet setup and filled? Great story! A must read series.
This is such a great series, this is my first time reading a book by Kish Knight and I am looking forward to reading more books. The writing style and cadence of the book make it an easy read and wanting to stay up late to read it all. Overall I would highly recommend this book along with the others in the series.

This was so good! So much intrigue! Who was the challenger? What was the deal with REM? Why were the fallen hated? Who created the fire? Will Dal come into her own and save the people? So many other questions needed to be answered as well. This book kept me turning the page to find out what was going on and what would happen next. In a time of chaos and impending war who do you trust?
What a great story that brings new life to what angel can really be. Daquiel is thrust into a powerful situation that tests her true self and her strengths. I could not put this book down. My only wish is that the series could go on. Bravo!
Wow! Great paranormal read! I love how Daejah wants to just stay under the radar. I love the twists and turns of this creative story! Great job Kish Knight!!
