Finally its coming together
37 books later , hopefully there's an ending somewhere in the future , Unfortunately during these 37 books I've skipped a lot of pages , why because it just kept going and going on basically about the same old things . Kian I'm beginning to wonder why he's leader of the Clan , All he does is hide its crazy as he's the leader . But I do keep reading the books because their is an end . There is some good reading and its a great plot , just dragging it out gets boring . So with this review I'll keep reading until all 50 or more is completed .I am anxious to get to the end . Happy reading

This was pretty good, and I would have read it a lot quicker if not for my work schedule.
We meet Mey's sister Jin in this trilogy, and find out more about her secret job. Her colleague. Jacki, sees Mey in a vision and Mey leads Jin away from the program she contracted herself into.
Just like Julian, when Arwel sees the photo of Jin... he knows. I like him, he is someone who I'd like to have in my corner. I don't care how he dresses.
The last part of the book, Arwel and Jin are apart, but there is set up for two more interesting couples... Wendy and Vlad, and Jacki and Kalugal-- they are the next book, and of course on my Kindle.

Arwel & Jin s story. Bus 35-37
I've always liked Arwels character but he carried so much pain and anguish because of he's empathic ability drinking to block out others emotions. But wen he met Him it was like someone flicked that magic switch the immortal males have and everything righted itself. She was, is his yin to his yan.
Can't wait to catch up with Jacki, jins friend in the next set of books

June 11, 2023The 'Dark Spy Trilogy' tells Jen's story. Reading inside a person's mind is her gift and curse. Within the first couple of chapters, there are too many red flags, the most obvious you ask? No one would sign a contract without knowing the details of what was expected of you and why you were presented with the offer. Money talks, but not at the price those in the program must pay nor at the expense of their souls.
Is paranormal trafficking a thing? It is now. The pressure to pursue certain relationships is another red flag, as if the program is trying to force hook-ups to produce paranormal babies. Wouldn't put it past them. The compound is a similar environment to the island. Arwel may need to infiltrate. With this breeding program just like the island has, I wonder if Marisol works for Navuh rather than the government.
I appreciate variety in absurdly long literary series and I am already getting tired of Jin. In chapters 2-11 she is the narrator. Why bother to separate chapters? Stop feeling guilty about Richard. Stop pushing back on every choice Kian makes for his clan, and just keep your mouth shut. You are a guest. You are new. Slow your role before (fingers crossed) someone slows it for you!

Great read...
The children of the gods books are so great I'm having so much fun reading them. I'm so glad I came to this series so late in the beginning of so I can read them back to back. I get so in gross in the story I'm losing sleep.

Great new characters with twist and turns as well as cliffhangers.
Loved the new characters. The new group of immortals introduced was very clever and leaves you wanting to know more about them. Lots of new stories just from this series, great job.

Supernatural romantic fantasy
While this trilogy starts out about the relationship between Jin and Arwell, it expands to a new focus on a mysterious government program and ends with the search for Kalugal.

A different twist that I can't wait to find out how it fits. This is an interconnected series and the book just add more of this world while individual stories are told. I am still eager for the next story.
