It's a book of mixed emotions. It leaves you with excitement, deep thoughts, chill on your back, admiration, and hunger to read good fictionalized stories more.

I like all Parsons books, in all the literature I've ever read. It's not just his ability to capture a fleeting moment, or his wonderful construction of dialogue, but the way he completely throws you into a situation - not caring whether you get your footing in the setting, or with the characters's lives, or not - before it is over and you're left with your mouth hanging open, not ready to let go.

It's this feeling of always being right smack-dab in a person's life, being given a window into their private moments and contrasting public behavior, as if you're not quite meant to be there but yet you are, eavesdropping. And then having to leave each group of characters, each story, before there is an end in sight - as if this story keeps on going, without you, rather than remaining static, as most book's endings seem to do.

If I were to use the word ”unputdownable” to describe a book, this is the one. No one in the world, I think, has a more vivid and odd imagination like Parsons does. Plus, he writes just beautifully: simple words, straightforward language, languid construction. He is the best storyteller there is, period. And I am just itching to read more of his works!

I didn’t expect this book to captivate my heart and pull all the heartstrings the way it did. As soon as I started reading this book, I have realized that it is the kind of book that urges you to give your full attention to absorb the message the author wants to depict wholly.

You know it tells a great story if the characters remain in your mind and your heart even after you ended the last page.

It talks about sexual diversity. We all attend church every Sunday, we pray together and some even have their bible study. My point is, some people choose to use homosexuality to enforce Biblical condemnation, but at the end of the day being a Christian is about your personal relationship with God and Jesus Christ, and anything that keeps you from that relationship is what's truly a sin.

It also deals with eternal love. I really admire Matlin and Donna's relationship, for they still stayed in love even after a long time of being apart. And even after her death, Donna will forever be engraved in his heart. What a profound joy I felt, knowing that the man who you passionately love, who remains in love with you after decades and years is the person you're growing old with.

Furthermore, I love the scientific approach in Matlin's disappearance, and all the aliens, galaxies, immortal life specified in the story.

It’s no easy task to wrap up a Six-Volume book like “Twin Memoirs” but Robert
W. Parsons’ managed to do it beautifully with Resurrection.

Set in Alaska, 2021, Covid-19 Era, we follow the DeMarco twins one last time as the final chapter concludes for their never-ending but also never stale life of two unlikely personas.

As always, Parsons did an awesome job with his settings. I always feel more educated after reading his books, for the historical things I learn are always in perfect harmony with the story.

Written in so earnest a voice, so very real, I found myself consumed by this story. A very meaningful one. There were things happening behind the scenes that we are not privy to until later in the story. The book contained many small surprises, and does end with a measure of hope and happiness. This author is

a new writer and one that is very talented. Can't wait to see what he does next

Robert Parsons really knows how to play his games, he writes with so much emotion that the "Resurrection" took my heart in so many ways and all I want to do is to go back and read it all over again.

I like how this story can be full of facts yet hypotheses can also be found in some parts. Just like how vampires and aliens do exist and how Matlin got back on Earth after the experiences he has been to the stars and beyond it. There are a lot of scientific terms mentioned but I was not that puzzled because the author explained it in detail. I think Parsons had a talent being a Sci-Fi author, because why not? I believe that he totally nailed it.

This is one of the most meaningful books I've ever read. This could give you so many questions regarding your own beliefs. I bet you can read it a hundred times and never get tired of it.

This book explores so many controversial concepts, just like how it talks about sexuality and Godhood.

I never heard of a book that talks about both and I praise Parsons for he has openly discussed this in his books. This creation of him would help those close-minded to understand others' perception of the LGBT community. Allowing yourself to grasp one's understanding will bless you with a new kind of thinking.

I love how the story begins with the events which have been recorded in our history but becomes more into myths as I plunge deep into the story. This book took me in from the very beginning.

And I didn't exactly know what I am supposed to feel but I am over the moon. I just love the concept of biographical fiction for the story was based on a historical person with added fiction into it. It seemed like this book has touched all the emotions I have.

This book is a really interesting read if you want a fictional and new uptake of biblical tales. It tells the story of watchers who see the sequence of events that happen in the book.

The plot of the book is fun to follow and you get to enjoy how the author explains details that build up to the climax. The build up of the book is slow, and it drags on for quite some time until you get the exciting parts that make the reading more interesting. The concept of Watchers and how they are there in every important historical event is very unique, the premise is exciting and I can't wait to read more of Robert Parson's writing.

This book did not disappoint. From the moment I started reading Resurrection by Robert Parsons until the final page, I still got the same feeling of excitement and thrill. The book is really interesting, especially how it tells us that the watchers may be more than humans but they are still less than gods.

I really enjoyed the casual scenes of the book followed with historical events that mirrored the current. The book was hard to put down and despite the lengthy descriptions of some scenes that felt irrelevant, I still enjoyed it as a whole. The book overall is unlike any other, it offers a lot of range, making it one of a kind.

Robert W. Parsons makes every character shined, he puts every one of them in the spotlight. Every single individual mentioned in this novel gets to be a person in the limelight and not just an extra, even the bear named Yuha was engraved in my mind. I must say that they all have their contradictory traits as well as positive qualities that balanced it all. To construct such intricate characters is not that easy and it sure be challenging but Robert Parsons did that himself and I commend him for that.

As a self-proclaimed fan of Romance and fantasy, I find this book very refreshing. From the first page to the last, it is definitely divine.

On top of that, the writing in this book is stunning and I admit I was pretty captivated.

The author is great at detailing. And as I read this book I had no idea I would be so invested in it.
