I live in Maine with my husband, a silly flufferpup named Dash, and a crazy cat named Cricket. I write full time and also create mixed media artwork when I get the chance.
When I was three, my mom brought home a new book and when she went to read it to me, I read it to her instead. That was when she realized I'd learned to read. Since then I couldn't even estimate the number of books I've read. It's a lot!

I really enjoy this series! Its fun to come back and revisit the world and the characters. The plot is quick moving and interesting. This one leaves you hanging a bit, so I'm definitely looking forward to the next one!
A New Paranormal Murder Mystery from the ReGina Welling & Erin Lynn Writing Team
When newly retired psychic, Davina Benet moves to Moosecreek and opens a book store, residents of town are excited their home town famous 'reader' has come home. Excited but that excitement falls into two camps, those who want to bank on her fame and those who absolutely don't want the former Lucy Bennett now Davina Benet back and want to chase her out of town! When Everly shows up to find out why there's a protest outside Davina store, she's stunned to see her mother is leading the protest. Once the protest is broken up by the police, Everly returns to the store only to find Davina has been murdered. Where is her ghost? Whenever Everly discovers a body, their ghost isn't far behind.
I’ve been following the series and love it. This book continues the story of Everly Dupree and her ghosts, it’s excellent read. However the author has slid a cliffhanger into the story. Did it very deftly and sneaky. Be sure to buy the next instalment it’s going to be good.
As "everyone" in the know knows David's inn is haunted. A local medium comes back home to live and a self proclaimed paranormal debunker comes to town to prove them both false. We get murder, missing senior citizens, and Everly and her ghosts to give us a really good book.
This one wasn’t as entertaining as the others. There wasn’t as much ghost as I wanted and only the mystery of the missing meds and people were solved.
This left a question right to the end. Who killed Davina? Guess the next book will answer that, but it won’t be released until October 23, 2022. “Haunting Season (Haunted Everly After Book 8”.
The next book series I’m going to read is theAsheville Meadows Cozy Mystery series beginning with Small Town Murder (Asheville Meadows Cozy Mystery Book 1) by Patti Benning.
I am pretty annoyed about the fact that in someways this isn’t a complete book. A major event happens in the last few pages and (I guess) is resolved in the next. The murder isn’t solved in this one. My other issues is that suddenly there are long standing feuds and secrets which come out of nowhere. The book needed some serious editing. Many threads were left hanging. The secondary characters are the equivalent of a keyboard shortcut.
I continue to enjoy this series and now that we are 7 books in, Everly and Drew are growing on me even more. A celebrity psychic has moved to Mooselick and subsequent happenings turns Everly's personal, family, and ghost-related actions all upside down. Be prepared with Book 8 in the series ready to go. This does not end with closure to the primary murder. The last few pages set up the next book with a few questions pending - not really my favorite method, but it's what you get with this one.
This is a great series with fascinating characters and unusual crimes. I don’t know how the author thinks of these mysteries !
Amazon synopsis: Just when Everly Dupree thinks she's put all her spectral problems to rest, her mother becomes the prime suspect in a psychic's murder.
When elderly resident Baxter Thomas vanishes from Mooselick River's assisted living facility, renowned psychic Davina Benet swoops into town offering her expertise. As a specialist in finding missing persons, Davina promises quick results—until she turns up dead before her search can begin
I’ve read every other book in this series and loved them all. One of the things I liked about them was that they each wrapped up the story uncovering who was responsible for each murder that was being investigated. This book ends with an arrest of someone who obviously isn’t the murder, and we’re forced to wait a year until the next book to have the story line wrapped up. I hate cliff hangers, especially one that ends as abruptly as this one did.

Ghostly Dead :A Ghost Cozy Mystery Series (Haunted Beverly After book 7
This was another winner. This is a new Author for me but she has been great. After 7 books I have read and loved all of them. I highly recommend all her books who love ghosts and mysteries. She writes great mysteries. Diana Romano
This one has so many things going on, it was making me as confused as the characters. Disappearances, searches, protest mobs, murder, major secrets, intrigue, and drug rings. And finally, the most distressing, a mistake in a murder arrest. What will happen next? On to the next book to find out.
I really like this series. The stories are fun and light reading. That being said, I can not stand cliff hangers! If your stories are good, people will buy the next instalment. There is no need to end a book without a true ending. Normally when an author does this, I don't read their books anymore
This is a really interesting series. I enjoy the characters and the storyline. The characters are done in a way that makes the storyline fun and so enjoyable.
Well written, fun book with lots of unique turns of phrase I loved. "They got along like orange juice and toothpaste," and many more like that. First time I've read a cozy mystery where the story ended on a cliffhanger, the murder still unsolved! I need the next book in the series, like, yesterday!
While I enjoyed this book, I am beyond upset the author could not find a proper ending and has left people with a “hanging chad” and a LONG WAIT to find out what happens! I do NOT recommend reading this book, as I refuse to recommend TBC writers!
I just am flabbergasted at the ending!!!! This is no way to end the story! Everly always figures things out before the story is over. Now this little twist of fate. I've got to dive into the next one😉😮😮😮
Well this was unexpected. Usually have it all wrapped up before the end but this one gives us a good old fashioned cliffhanger. Well, let's get in with the next one then.
A famous psychic moves into town, Everly gets a large surprise from her ex-mother-in-law, there's protests then a murder and there is something fishy happening at the old folk's home. Lots of twists and turn and a very surprising ending. Great book.
Yet another author plops a cliffhanger into their series. This is a generally fun series of paranormal mysteries that I have enjoyed reading. But, here we go, mystery not solved in one book. Disappointing.
This book leaves the murder unsolved but the mystery of Shady Manor does get solved. Everly is a very busy woman with allot going on. She has a job, is always ready to help out a friend and has another murder to solve.
This finds Everly and the cast of friends and family looking for more than a murderer. With a dead friend and missing elders from the local assisted living facility there is a lot to uncover, but Everly is up to the challenge.
This one took me longer to read; than the previous books. Still an interesting read. I’d like to be blessed with the level of luck, their characters have. Always at the right place at the right time.
Everly has her hands full with the planning of the Hallow Festival, helping our at the haunted inn and trying to find out who killed the town psychic. There' s family drama on top of a missing senior at the assisted living facility and Drew moving in to stay. A couple of scenes are laugh out loud funny. The ending is not expected. The next book will have to clean up the mess.
This one was funnier than the others based solely on the older characters in the assisted living facility. You just can’t get any funnier than old people.
Enjoyed this story, had no idea who the villain could be. Complete surprise at the end. I find the books well-written and the characters believable. Looking forward to the next book.
