He’s the ultimate bachelor. She’s never had a one-night-stand until now. When the unexpected happens, will they realize there's more between them than friendship?

The last thing I expect is to wake up in bed next to my brother’s best friend. It’s a mistake I hope to forget when I go back to my life in Madrid.

But Camden is determined to pursue me despite the distance. I was wrong to think an ocean apart would be far enough to clear him from my mind and move on.

Especially when a positive pregnancy test shatters every plan, every dream.

Now I’m forced to tell a man who hasn’t had a serious relationship in all the years I’ve known him that he’s about to be a dad. As soon as Camden learns the news, he’s on my doorstep, winning my heart and proving that he’s set on being a father to this child.

I begin to see a different version of the man I thought I knew, but life has other plans for us. And right when I think I’ve found a way to be with him, the unexpected throws our lives into chaos, threatening to rip it all apart.

The Right Kind of Wrong is a touching and swoon-worthy romance. If you like sexy heroes, witty banter, and surprise twists, then you’ll love this brother’s best friend romance.

I can't see anything romantic about an unplanned pregnancy bringing two people together. Nope, this is the trope I hate most.

Wedding, an open bar, and one sexy night with a brother's best friend...
Allyson and Camden start this super sweet journey of exploring what could be after Allyson finds out there are consequences of the one-night wedding night fun. I loved the living abroad aspect of the story, Camden was super swoony, and Allyson was an independent force to gain inspiration. I enjoyed that the conflict was heartfelt and touching without being gutting. It was the perfect amount of emotional hurt.

Allyson is back in the US for her brother’s wedding when she hooks up with his best friend, Camden, who they’ve known since college. Allyson is completely off-limits and she’s also heading back to her job in Spain directly after the wedding. Camden isn’t the settling down type and Allyson is far from the one-night-stand type of girl—until now. They both know one night of ecstasy together was pure trouble.

When Allyson is back in Spain, she can’t stop thinking about Camden and as it turns out, she’s been on Camden’s mind too. The sexy playboy wants her, even from thousands of miles away. But as it turns out, Allyson took a piece of Camden with her back to Spain and now the two of them are forced to deal with the consequences together...

The Right Kind of Wrong by Fabiola Francisco is a brother’s best friend meets accidental baby romance. I used to be super against accidental pregnancies in romance, but they’ve started to grow on me. This was a sweet read with very low angst/drama. I would have liked to see Camden as the jerky playboy type a little longer before he became the cinnamon roll hero that he turned out to be, but I still really enjoyed his character. I loved all the Spanish culture that was included especially. It’s clear that side characters in this book already had romances so I’ll definitely check out this author’s backlist. 4/5 stars.

The Right Kind of Wrong is the right kind of romance! Be still my book loving heart, Caveman Camden owns a piece of it. This book is an incredibly sweet and sexy, brother’s best friend/one night stand/accidental pregnancy romance read.

Allyson and Camden heat up the sheets and the morning after is awkward. She’s his best friend’s younger sister, he’s a commitment phobic, lady’s man. Thankfully she lives in Spain and he lives in Virginia. So forgetting about their transgression should be easy peasy - not so much. Neither of them can forget the other, nor will they, when two pink lines get added to the mix.

I absolutely loved how Camden stepped up to the plate and became that man. The man who moves heaven and earth to make things happen. From the moment he landed in Madrid, to the moment they returned stateside, he owned me, lock, stock and barrel. Never have I ever enjoyed an accidental pregnancy romance, as much as I did this one. Well done Fabiola, well done! The Right Kind of Wrong gets the judy.ann.loves.books stamp of approval, TBR and Enjoy reading this heartwarming romance.

Just when you think you have your book boyfriend here comes Fabiola Francisco writing your next one! I want to meet a Camden in real life so I can have a happily ever after.

When I finished the last book in this series I couldn’t wait to see what was going to happen with Allyson and Camden and I wasn’t disappointed! I enjoyed their denial for each other and then their acceptance to an amazing love story.

The Right Kind of Wrong by Fabiola Francisco is a brother’s best friend and an accidental pregnancy romance. Allyson and Camden have known each other for 10 years. Camden hasn’t made attempts toward Allyson because she was forbidden and off-limits as his best friend’s younger sister. At the aforementioned best friend’s wedding, under the guise of alcohol, all inhibitions are thrown out the window and Allyson and Camden spend the night together. The next morning awkwardness ensues and the two of them decide to forget about their transgression knowing that the physical distance between the two, Allyson lives in Spain and Camden in Virginia, should make it easy to hide this misstep. Little do they know that one night has a lasting impact as Allyson ends up pregnant.

I wholeheartedly LOVED Allyson and Camden’s love story! I absolutely loved Camden and his willingness to take responsibility for his actions despite the fact that he was previously afraid of commitment. Camden is so sweet and willing to go to the ends of the earth to make it work with Allyson. He was funny, charming, and very entertaining. Allyson is my role model. She lives in a foreign country with no family and few friends. When she discovers she’s pregnant, she doesn’t back down and faces this logically and head-on. I loved the way Allyson and Camden’s relationship developed as they fell in love and became a family. These two were willing to sacrifice anything and everything for each other. They are honestly couple goals! I can’t express how much I loved Allyson and Camden’s story, it is definitely going to be a reread. This was the first book I read by Fabiola Francisco and it will not be my last!

description
This story is written by new to me author Fabiola Francisco. It is a pretty good introduction to her.

This is a best friend’s little sister/brother’s best friend romance. It is also a surprise baby romance. Both of those tropes are ones I enjoy so the synopsis was interesting to me and I decided to give it a chance. In the end I found it to be a good read.

Camden and Allyson were both likable characters. There were sparse details given about them prior to the opening of the book but what we got was enough for me. It kind of just jumped right in with the morning after and took off from there. I found myself almost instantly liking Camden, but with Allyson, my liking for her came with the progression of the book. I can’t really put my finger on why that was honestly. I think I just connected with him through his chapters faster.

I liked the aspect of them living in different countries and how big a part that played in the story and just how it was incorporated. I also liked the way it ended up being resolved and the ending as a whole.

When I was done reading this, I just felt like it was a good book and a good way to spend a couple hours of my day.

Let’s talk about “The Right Kind of Wrong by Fabiola Francisco”.
💚
If you’re looking for a brother’s best friend and surprise pregnancy tropes, with ALL the feels, love, friendship and family, this is for you. Oh and most of the story sets in Spain!! From the books I’ve read from Fabiola this one is my favorite from her by far. I had butterflies in m stomach from beginning to end and for me it’s that kind of book that makes you want to know more and more about them and their future.

Allyson thought she made a mistake. On her brother’s wedding day she had an one night stand with his best friend, Camden. The guy who avoids commitment, it’s a bad boy and mostly important knows her family for years and years. Good thing that she’s leaving for Madrid the very next day and she can put everything behind, right? So very wrong. Camden and Allyson can’t forget each other, but they have an entire ocean between them. Until she finds out she’s pregnant, from her one night stand with Camden.

I felt a lot of sorry for him, because no one believed that Camden would step up to the plate, except Ally’s mom, who from the beginning just knew. But oh boy how did he prove everyone one wrong! He was already trying to pursue her, his Kiwi, but with his baby on the way, he was relentless. He would claim her and the baby, forever, for a lifetime. I swoon, got emotional and laugh a lot during this story. They were perfect together, with sizzling chemistry and the one to each other.

They say that actions proves more than words, and Camden did everything to love and protect her. And together they were set to overcome every bump on the road, until those damn twists. Oh my broken heart.... but all their troubles brought to an amazing ending, it was just perfect!

The Right Kind of Wrong is a spin off from the book My Way to You, which was part of the Love in Everton Series. It's a brother’s best friend, friends to lovers romance, with the story focusing on Camden and Allyson. Their journey starts out rocky but blossoms into a beautiful story.

Camden is arrogant, a ladies man, intelligent and kinda nerdy. But we get to know another side to Camden that no one has ever seen, not even himself. He's sweet, caring, attentive, considerate and so much more. He was beyond swoon worthy and stepped up to the plate, never letting anyone's doubts get in his way.

Allyson is career driven, smart, hard working, and responsible. She can be a lot of fun but she puts a lot of pressure on herself and sometimes finds herself having anxiety/panic attacks. She trys to put on a brave front but she slowly learns to allow herself to lean on her friends and family.

The plot was well thought out snd entertaining. The story was unpredictable, full of witty banter and humor, and contained some emotional moments. It was a feel good story with some realistic aspects and a perfect happily ever after. Fabiola shows us that sometimes the best things in life come when you least expect them.

This book had all of my favorite things: best friends brother, surprise pregnancy, long distance romance, and HEA. Fabiola did an amazing job with each character and how they each separately and jointly dealt with emotional, life-changing situations. Camden and Allyson’s story had me laughing and crying and at times gave me chills. The flow of the timeline was accurate and strongly depicted real life reactions and feelings. One you get this book make sure that you have time to read it right away, or be willing to give up sleep. I wasn’t able to put it down once I dove in and finished it in 24 hours.

This was my first time reading a Fabiola novel and I am very much looking forward to diving into more.

Hellllllooooo Camden!

Best friend’s sister/brothers best friend, somewhat forbidden, surprise pregnancy. Allyson and Camden have an extremely fun time the night of her brother’s wedding night. Camden, usually hooks up no strings attached but there is something about Allyson he can’t shake. Allyson also lives in Spain, and heading back with a souvenir from their night together. Can they make it work with Allyson living in Spain and he lives in America?

This was a really sweet sweet sweet story. Fun characters and I love reading their growing feelings for each other. Camden really went above and beyond to have his family. It was fun seeing the other characters from the series. I definitely would recommend this book!!!!

This book has it all. Brother’s best friend, best friend’s little sister, surprise pregnancy all makes for one heck of a good read. Even though Everton isn’t a major location for the book you still get that Everton feel. Camden and Ally had a lot of challenges and decisions to make but in the end they got the hea. I loved their journey and was swooning throughout the book. One night was all it took for Ally to take this womanizer and turned him into a one woman girl. Love it!

A brother's best-friend, long-distance, surprise pregnancy romance.
The story was well-written with a good pace, great banter between the MCs, humor, sweet and emotional moments, and a road to HEA that's amazingly captivating.

Plenty of heart and humor in this brother's best friend romance from Fabiola Francisco! This is the best kind of book with an oopsie-daisy that turns out to be something oh so right.

Ally and Camden's story is an over-the-oceans and across-the-mountains, free-falling, emotional journey.

If you are looking for a story that won't wreck you but will fill you will love, light, and pure joy The Right Kind of Wrong will fill that void.

I loved traveling and being abroad in Spain with these characters . . . not to mention all the delicious food and drinks.

A page-turning escapist read that you need for your soul.

Ally finds herself in quite the predicament after she wakes up in a hotel room with her brother’s best friend. Writing it all off as a mistake she tries so hard to forget about that night and the man that seems to always be on her mind. Camden is a playboy and had never believed in committed relationships so after his night with his best friend’s sister he too tries to forget about it, but she is stuck in his head and he finds himself not wanting anyone else but her. They both know this attraction is not something they should act on because it could destroy many relationships but sometimes fate has other plans. When life throws them twists Camden steps up and is the best man possible for Ally. He sets out to prove they can do this together and his feelings are real. Life isn’t all sunshine and rainbows for these two and it sometimes is incredibly difficult but with each other standing by each other’s side they become an unstoppable force that takes on the world. Camden was amazing, he was there for Ally through thick and thin, loved hard, and always tried to protect her. Ally was strong, hardworking, and tried to be sensible about things even though her heart knew it needed Camden. I loved both these characters and the relationship they built together, their ups and downs. This author has created another hit with another swoon worthy male who is easy to fall in love with and a strong-willed heroine that draws us in to another heartwarming story that will stay with me for a while. “That’s the funny thing about life. We don’t need to chase what’s for us; it will always find a way.”

Awwwwww!
Well Fabiola Francisco truly knows what she's doing! It's not possible to not love her books!
The Right Kind of Wrong was such a beautiful love story! I really loved it!
Now that I finished it I've got this warm feeling inside me! Awwwww!! 😊
So The Right Kind of Wrong is the story of Allyson and Camden. She's the little sister of his best friend and when both spend a hot night together EVERYTHING CHANGES! Ooops! Yeah well how will they be able to deal with surprising news? Camden is a natural playboy... and Allyson lives in Spain. Totally sounds like complications, right?!
You don't understand my little hints?
READ THIS BOOK!! 😉

I loved Allyson right from the first time I met her in My Way To You! She's a young woman who lives in Spain! That's so impressive! Leaving family behind to live your life! Wow!
And that's why it was awesome to see her with Camden! THIS HANDSOME AND CHARMING guy who stole my heart! Daaaaamn!
I loved their sexy banter and this special chemistry! It was wonderful to see their developments during their story! At first I thought Camden is just a sexy player but he's soooo much more! OMG!! Who would have thought that he could be so caring and protective with Allyson!?
This book is so full of laughter and romance and sexy times and some drama and emotions! I didn't expect to cry while I read this book... but yeah! I cried!
So The Right Kind of Wrong is such a beautiful story about all the stuff I love about the romance genre!
Thanks a lot Fabiola Francisco! 💕

Originally reviewed for Chick Lit Central (www.chicklitcentral.com):

Since reading various books in the Everton series, I looked forward to what might be next for Fabiola Francisco, and which direction she’d want to go in with her future stories. I’m so glad we got to learn more about Allyson and Camden, secondary characters who are related to the main characters from My Way to You, and an incredible way to carry on with the Everton traditions that have captured so many hearts, my own included!

After an out-of-character move from Allyson--meaning, waking up next to Camden after her brother’s wedding--she thinks it’s no big deal, since she lives in Madrid, and Camden lives in Virginia. They both decide to keep their one night a secret, considering Allyson’s brother is Camden’s best friend and might not take kindly to any of it. Yet, their initial plans fall by the wayside after she discovers that she’s pregnant.

It’s hard for Allyson to take Camden seriously, considering his relationship track record. And, while Camden feels a strong connection to Allyson, more than with any other woman he’s ever been with, he knows that watching the string of women come in and out of his life has left a lasting impression on her. Yet, they both have to face up to their responsibilities, and deal with a lot of tough decisions.

I thoroughly enjoyed the budding relationship angle in The Right Kind of Wrong. There are a lot of predisposed assumptions on both ends, a lot of trust issues that need to be worked out, and through it all there is an undercurrent of strong physical attraction that connected Allyson and Camden from the get go. Francisco always writes the best steamy scenes, and that is no different in this read. Yet, it goes beyond and into more murky territory, when it comes to acceptance, understanding, and the other relationships involved here. Will Allyson’s brother accept Camden as more than just his best friend, and can he trust his sister’s heart to a man who has never had a serious relationship? And what about their families--will they be supportive? The love that encompasses everyone involved goes beyond the romance, and that was refreshing to see.

What happens when you have a one night stand with your brother’s womanizing best friend AT your brother’ wedding?

For Allyson, what happens is a series of unexpected events that leads to the man she never knew she wanted or needed by her side. Living an ocean away from Camden Steele should have made forgetting him and moving past a night of passion easy. The thing is, neither Ally nor Cam can forget that night or each other.

After a few weeks, when Ally realizes the consequences of her and Cam’s reckless night will stay with them forever, life as they both know it changes quickly.

Camden steps up to be the kind of man Ally needs most. Once the switch flips, he is all in, he knows that she is the one woman meant to be by his side forever. He proves it to Ally, he flies to Madrid and spends weeks proving to her that he wants to be with her, and not only because they will be parents.

Their road isn’t easy, there are personal obstacles, physical obstacles (separate continents does not make love easy), and emotional ones as well. As these two fall deeper and deeper into love with one another they create a bond that is stronger than any situation that could arise. And that bond will be tested, their love will build even stronger than they believe it could be. In the end, they have a beautiful future ahead of them with a happily ever after neither of them knew was one it’s way.

Amid Life’s Complications, a Love Connection is Formed…
Fabiola Francisco brings us a sweet – yet super steamy – story in “The Right Kind of Wrong.” Connected to her Love in Everton series, this standalone tale is filled with as many heart-tugging moments as there are ultra-hot ones as confirmed bachelor Camden discovers that his best friend’s baby sister isn’t so little any longer. In fact, she’s drop-dead gorgeous, strong, independent, and everything his heart desires. When their lives become entirely too complicated, Allyson’s first instinct is to guard her heart, but she discovers that there is so much more to Cam than the playboy he has always been – focused, passionate, and desperate to show her that he can and will be everything she and their unborn child need. Add to that the fact that he gives her a glimpse of his growly alpha tendencies, and you have some pretty intense chemistry! The author has created believably (and endearingly) flawed characters with a history that makes the road to their HEA feel genuine and natural. With a wonderful cast of characters – including Ally’s best friends Berkeley and Noel (I’m hoping the author will write their stories as well) – this book is an amazing read that I just couldn’t put down. I enjoyed it so much, in fact, that I am now about to go backwards and read about Easton (Allyson’s brother and Camden’s best friend) in the Love in Everton series. Sigh…I think my TBR list just grew by a whole series…

One night stand with her brother's best friend that ends up with a surprise pregnancy, yup sign me up for the drama!!

Wow, Fabiola this story was everything. It was fun, it was light, it was a touch emotional and so heart warming.

I have major book boyfriend crush on Camden, he showed up like everyone would dream. He is a determined, committed man and I really wish I could have been on the recieving end of one of his hugs. Bear hug kinda guy I tell you.

Allyson is super strong and independent. I loved her so much too, she tackled everything with finesse and this is by far one of my favourite surprise pregnancy reads.

Ally and Camden aren't on each others radar until they wake up having slept together. Ally works in Madrid and so heads back but Camden can't seem to get her off his mind.

He knows long distance is crazy to try but he's committed to win her over. What he doesn't expect is a bomb to drop and change both their lives forever. However he's responsible and the best model to be there for her.

There's a lot of bumps across the road but in the end they find what this baby was doing - bringing them together to their happily ever after.

It's such a beautiful story and I had the most fun reading it. If you need a reprieve from current life go grab it up, it'll make you forget everything whole also experiencing Spain and its beauty!

Thank you Fabiola for the review copy in exchange for an honest review.

The Right Kind of Wrong is the perfect blend of humor and heart. Oh, and it's a brother's best friend/best friend's younger sibling romance. My favorite kind!

It's funny how you can spend years looking at a person and not truly see them. And even more interesting is how that perception can alter in a single moment.

Allyson and Camden engage in a night of fun after her brother's wedding. What should have been a one time thing - he doesn't appear to do commitment and they live in different countries - turns into so much more. In the midst of separately navigating their feelings, they learn that their night of fun left them with more than just an unshakable memory!

I really enjoyed the way this story was written and the focus on how Allyson and Camden each mentally and emotionally processed their changing situation, the long distance, and their feelings.

Who knew Camden had such a possessive, alpha instinct? Seeing that switch flip inside him was pretty hot. I love how he was all in. No matter what.

This book was pretty low on the drama, which I appreciated. And the issues faced by these characters are realistic (no spoilers) and relatable for many people.

The Right Kind of Wrong is a sweet and heartwarming story that made me laugh and cry.

It's another hit from this amazingly talented writer!

The Right Kind of Wrong is a heartwarming and easy to read brother's best friend story. You can feel the attraction between Camden and Allyson grow as they're drawn to each other despite being miles apart. What was supposed to be a drunken one night stand, ignites something that both of them seem unable to ignore. Then Allyson receives news that means she'll never forget the night of her brother's wedding and it's time for decisions to be made.

For me, I really enjoyed how this story had very little drama or angst and that what developed between the couple felt so right. Camden immediately steps up and is determined to prove to everyone that he can be the man Allyson needs. He doesn't become a jerk like what seems to happen in so many stories of this genre. Then we have Allyson who has worked hard to be where she is now, but she doesn't think twice when she sees only one option open to her after Camden is prevented from being with her in Madrid.

It was refreshing to read a story like this and I came away feeling relaxed. And whilst I haven't read any of the other books in the series, I was able to follow Camden and Allyson's story easily and enjoy it fully. Fabiola Francisco knows how to write sweet romantic stories that are perfect for a sunny day sat in the garden.

The Right Kind of Wrong by Fabiola Francisco was a super sweet and emotional romance.

A one night stand between friends . . . brother’s best friend and little sister to be exact . . . leads to an unexpected pregnancy. But even before they realized what the one night stand left them, both were having feelings about the other they didn’t plan on. But an ocean separates them, as Allyson is in Spain and Camden is in the US.

Their courtship is so sweet, yet fraught with immigration issues as well as insecurities of the why? Are they together because of the baby or because they really are meant to be together?
And, it’s not all smooth sailing . . .

This book was extremely heartwarming. Camden has a reputation, but his actions with Ally are so genuine that I never doubted his intentions. He just needed to get everyone else on board. And, Ally is so strong dealing with a pregnancy far from home and those that care about her, especially when she and Camden are separated due to work and immigration laws.

I loved the small town feel this book had even though it is set on multiple continents. It will tug at your heart strings especially once this couple realizes they can be a couple and look towards figuring out a future together. 4 stars

If only we could get to see more of their past.

I think it’d make a lot more sense to their relationship development, because right now, these are the only background information I got:
1. He’s her brother’s best friend.
2. He’s a player, not the kind of guy to settle down - which was mentioned several times throughout the book but I found no explanation or evidence to back it up whatsoever.
3. She works as an HR in Spain and he's an IT guy in Virginia.

And that’s just it. I have no ideas how they met, how their relationship went, how their interactions were before,… Or most importantly, why only after the one night stand did he see her as someone other than his best friend’s little sister and why did they have the one night stand in the first place? Idk, their relationship felt really vague and ungrounded that the further they went, the weirder it became. At least give me some crumbs off page…

Also, the conflict was lame af, I was disappointed because I was waiting for something bigger but it never came what the hell? I guess I expected too much from this book lmao.

Overall, while this was light and sweet, i think it was just okay, an average read and 2.5 stars, or maybe 3 tops, is the highest that I could go.

Allyson and Camden cross their line with a single night of passion. Neither forget that night but Ally was hoping with time and the distance between them that she could forget…until two little lines showed up.

I loved the chemistry between Ally and Cam from the start. I loved their friendship, the banter, the swoony moments, the passion and the emotional moments. They’ve known each other for years. They have a history together. I loved that Cam was willing to prove that he could be in a series relationship with Ally, he never gave up and he kept fighting for her. I loved how protective he was of Ally, too. Honestly, Cam is jus swoony and a perfect man. Ally is sweet, she is caring and nurturing. Despite the thousands of miles between them at times they were both willing to work something out, they were willing to take chances and risks for the other person.

There is swooniness, heat, laughs, plenty of emotions and so much more mixed in throughout this story. Once you start it you won’t be able to put it down!

If you’re looking for a brothers best friend, surprise baby romance this is one to read!
