Chris and Miranda's Story . . .
This is a short but adorable story about Chris and Miranda. Miranda was at a bachelorette party where strippers were being provided. Miranda sees a handsome man in uniform, flirts a little, then kisses him. It turns out that he was NOT the stripper but a military man on leave who just came in for a drink at the bar! She was so embarrassed that she ran off, grateful that she would not have to see him again.
But since things rarely work out the way we expect, the handsome stranger was Chris, the best man at the wedding and had just gotten in on leave that evening. Chris decided to ask her to dance, and “the rest is history”! Will these two start a relationship that may lead to a HEA? (Imagine telling that story to your children one day!)

This little short story was good to kill some time. The characters were cute but not a lot of depth to them. Chris is home from deployment to attend his best friends wedding when he meets up with a woman by the name of Miranda at the bar where he is meeting his army buddies. She mistakes him for a stripper and lands a kiss on his lips. Two weeks later she discovers that he is a member of the wedding party that she is part of , to her embarrassment. They go on a date and things go on from there and you assume that they have a happily ever after.

Book two in the Military Men of Valor series. I really enjoyed this one a lot. These two are just meant to be no matter how you look at it. Fate is on their side for sure. Met at a bar has a bit of flirtation, kiss, and realizes he is not someone you thought he was. Now, what do you do? Yep, you run just to realize you can't stay away from fate's ride. Met him again a few weeks later. Can she even process this at a wedding and he is in it as a groomsman? Will, she let him explain to her who he is and give him a shot?

This is the second book in the Military Men of Valor series. It tells the instalove story of Chris, a military man on deployment, and Miranda.
The book was OK but I prefer characters with a little more depth. The story was a little too short but enjoyable if you have a spare half hour.

An exciting book two in the Military Men of Valor series! It is engaging, quick, funny, steamy, and well written with likeable characters; the chemistry between them is instant and off the charts. Definitely recommended!

This one was just okay for me. I didn't really feel the passion or chemistry between the characters and they struck me as one dimensional. There just wasn't any excitement. Part of a series but can be read as a standalone in about a half hour. Available along with the rest of the series on Kindle Unlimited.

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. A mistake at a bachelorette party leads Miranda to finding the one she was destined for in Chris. I think they were well suited for each other once the embarrassment was taken care of.

Sara Jones’s latest release is book 2 of The Men Of Valor series. This storyline and the characters are good. Can’t wait to read her next one.

I enjoyed reading this book and the characters were likable. I would have liked to see Chris talked about the wedding from the beginning and not just suddenly be part of the wedding. I'm liking this series so far.
