This is a wonderful book for huge fans of the show. I don't really consider myself a huge fan, although I love the seasons with Dick York the best. The book itself feels a little tabloid-ish, but it has some great pictures and notes about the show. I'll probably check this out again in the future and read it more thoroughly, but for now it was nice to thumb through it.
Loved the television series. IMO it was better than I Dream of Jeanie. Both were classics and I enjoyed them both, but Bewitched was my favorite. I like reading this book and gaining a insight to how the show came about and all the people involved.
This book took me forever to finish since it goes into detail of every character, episode and person who worked on the show. Nonetheless, this was such a fun read. Bewitched is one of my favourite TV shows and I thoroughly enjoyed getting an in-depth look at the cast and process behind one of the best TV shows in history! I would highly recommend it to anyone who's a fan of this nose-twitching good show!
Repetitive and not well-edited, but a fun exercise in nostalgia, which reminded me again of all the positive (Agnes Moorehead, Paul Lynde) and negative (Darrin) aspects of the show.
Guide to the 60s TV show "Bewitched" includes synopses of all the episodes, a chapter on each of the main cast members and all sorts of other trivia. The only thing they didn't have that I would have put in is how many members of the cast were in at least one episode of 'The Twilight Zone" (many, in fact most).
