This book is, to me, neither good nor bad. The plot is a standard time-traveling romance. IE: one woman is bored and lonely, and her best friend is some sort of witch. The two get together and the "witch" casts a spell that brings an attorney to the present from the beginning of the century. I did like the humor in the book but the shenanigans were predictable. If you want to read, a quick little pick-me-up book with a happy ending, pick this one!

looking for a light positive read with a happy ending i picked this book up. although it can be predictable at times it was a really good read with a happy ending which is exactly what i was looking for. so basically what happens is a forty something year old woman is tired being alone. her bff comes over and decides to do a love spell which works and brings a man through the portals of time and space one hundred years to their present time.
