If God thinks he can keep me from my demon princes he has another thing coming.
I've woken up in Heaven as I wanted when I first passed, but it's definitely not what I want now. Jehovah--or God as most know him--is holding me captive for more reasons than one. To mock and hurt Lucifer, stop his sons from falling in love with me, and to cause general chaos between the three realms. A war brews right over the horizon as I fight against my feelings for Jehovah and dive back to where I belong. . . with my demons.
Not only will this affect Heaven and Hell but also the human world. As a prophecy unfolds, enemies turn to friends, and bonds become stronger all I can think is that the fight between good and evil is a lot more complicated than it seems. That, paired with my training, makes everything feel impossible to carry.
Will I be strong enough to stop my own prophecy before it destroys Heaven and Hell alike?
Kaylin Peyerk is a lover of badass fantasy heroines and the sexy men who feel lucky to love them. She has five full bookshelves, a bursting Kindle library, and a total love for the written word. When she's not crouched over the computer like a gremlin, you can find her curled up in a nest of blankets with a well-loved book, her two corgis Link & Gannon, and a steaming cup of hot cocoa...
Aaliyah did not know what to expect when she ascended to heaven, but her conversion into an angel has been extraordinary as well as her progression as a celestial being, thanks to the goodness and love that dwells in her heart. She is no longer the lonely girl who did not want to cling to anyone to avoid suffering. Now she has the love of many people around her, only none of them knew how much they were in danger. I never imagined that ending. I'm still in shock
The story itself is good. What is so distracting are the problems created by the writer. There are so many spelling and grammatical errors, it is distracting. Add to that the immature characters, and it becomes annoying to read. Of course, if you eliminate all of the excess noise created by the characters and reveal the true substance, it would be a much shorter book. I find myself skipping over all the nonsense to pick out the nuggets worth reading. I am tempted to edit it myself, and sent it back to the author. Thank goodness it is a Kindle Unlimited offering!
This book starts immediately after the last one in the aftermath of Allie’s second death. She is now an angel in heaven, who basically has to relearn to everything that comes along with being an angel. I’ve seen this before with characters when they do something in one book and when you get to know that character you think back to the beginning and you can’t fathom how they acted I’m putting Jehovah in this category the way he acted at the end of the first book seems very out of character for who he actually is. I understand the whole self fulfilling prophecy concept of it, but I really don’t like when authors do that.
This book had pretty much all to do with heaven and that’s run there the growing relationship between Allie and Jehovah and a little bit more of the relationship aspects of her and her three mates at this point I’m a little confused as to the relationship with Jehovah and Lucifer And Allie is going to play into that relationship. Book one had to do with hell book 2 had to do with heaven in book 3 is going to be interesting book
This book continued the bad@$$ery - Aaliyah goes through all these trials and tribulations and STILL comes out on top. She's funny, kind, sarcastic and doesn't take any nonsense. The relationships between her and the angels AND Jehovah makes me smile. Super wholesome.
I love reading the men's point of views - I learned so much more about them and I literally need them to be my boyfriends irl 😅
OMMFG I'm in love with this series and I cannot wait to see what happens next!! WTH happened??!! Crap definitely hit the fan with that ending. So I'm really hoping that she doesn't just mate/💖 the demon prince's because I think she needs to have Lucifer and God as part of her Mate's/💖!! Please let her fall and have all 5 😇/😈!!
Interesting reverse harem with angels, demons, God and Lucifer. I like unique. So many stories are all seeming the same. This is addictive page turner.
From Hell to Heaven and back....this story only gets crazier by the chapter. Aaliyah's life, her afterlife becomes more chaotic and is trying to work through the chaos. It's amazing, a must read!
Omg! Shit is hitting the fan now in this book. Aaliyah finally completes her training and had some one on one with her men, only for shit to go crazy again at the end. I can’t wait to read the next book!
Oh my even in Heaven Aali is a force to recon with. Her 3 devil Mates don't give up on her and the prophecy comes true in the end. Though it's not what you think. What happens when heaven falls? Can't wait until book 3 to find out.
I feel like I'm not getting enough info. We get all these point of view which is great I love that but we haven't got any real info. Nothing but surface thoughts nothing in depth about these worlds.
Noon! I need more! More of this world and the crazy characters and the love and suspense!!! Diving into the nest immediately I can't wait! Sleep be d@mn3d
I enjoyed the characters and the story lines of this story. I would definitely recommend that it is to be read along with the other books in the series.
Holy shit! What the hell is going on that was fucking one hell of a ride and I need the next book right now. You can't end the book like that and not make me want to through it off a cliff.
Filler, filler, filler, fill-HOLY SHIT THE CLIFHANGER FROM HELL!
Right, I get the feeling this whole trilogy could be reduced to a single, slightly large book. There is a lot in here that was redundant.
Nevertheless, cute...ish. Meh, really. The clifhanger pushed for that third star to be honest.
Edit 6 monts later: I was right, it really should have just been one book 😑 I did enjoy the slightly.....more unhinged ideea of God. He made things spicy 😈
