Olivier, leader of the Green Glass Sect, is dead, but the world of Inati is far from safe. The Breach is getting stronger, and Evan learns there is a shadowy entity pulling the strings and planning the destruction of Rahma. Now, the Dragon Lord must do everything to protect his people. And to do that, he’ll need more power. He might even need to become a god.
Okay, this book was much better… Evan wasn’t as insufferable in this book. I still don’t understand why they don’t give the King that tea…he’s now relying on coins for help, which I understand. It’s kind of funny when Evan first met the king Rodion was like a god… his presence was so fierce just a glance made Evan take a knee… now the king almost appears weak. 🤷🏽♂️ so I find that interesting… Evans family has grown and I’m so happy the way the book is going. Isabella seems very interesting, also so does the oracle… I’m curious as to which oracle spoke to Olivier… I wonder why that oracle would do that since they’re supposed to be for good… yes they’re supposed to be neutral and all, but she answered Evans question because he had the gods favour.. did Olivier have to do something to have the oracle answer his question? I’m sure a god didn’t favour him unless the being cloaked in the shadows is the god of the underworld… it just brings up more questions when I think about it. Still, Evan hasn’t figured out how to imbue coins with his own power and he hasn’t figured out how to do more magic. I think all truly missed the mark here and could have made Evan truly OP if Evan put in just a slight bit of work studying instead of every 10 pages we have a “love session” but that’s just my opinion. This series is still phenomenal and I’m very happy to read it, it’s just not “perfect” but there was definitely a missed opportunity here for Evan to truly shine. Also, I get he has his quirks, but even I was getting annoyed how he talked to the God of punishment. We know you’re strong but you’re not on that level yet bud. Maybe after your mission but not yet. Onward lads!

We get a peak at Nike's homelife and action galore
We are onto the next arc in Eric Vall's most popular series and not only does it have action galore, but we get to see a bit of the trusted friend Nike as they all visit Leyte. So new races, more action make this not only a great read, but an awesome one. The pacing is perfect and the world development is still very rich. I am still in love with this series 15 books in.
I really enjoyed reading this one, so much so that I want to read it again. This time, we get an understanding of Nike's family life. The poor guy doesn't have it easy. Things certainly get interesting. The story and characters continue to be intriguing and engaging. I seriously look forward to reading the next book in the series. This book is definitely worth checking out.
This series is a blast, and the characters, their personalities and the antics they get up to are always entertaining. And this book brings a whole new level to the antics and relationships between the characters, and several new faces.
The Green Glass Sect is finally gone. Now we see the real enemy. The story continues to develop, it continues to get better. A new lady added to the family and the family itself expanding in new ways, as usual I was unable to put this book down until I finished it. Bring on the Sword Spirits!
Great addition to the series, loked theis series from book one but these just keep getting better, ive read most if not all of Vall's books and this one is at the top of my list, but my favorite will always be dungeon master, that started me as a fan fo Vall's books
The start of the next quest has begun. After the new foe was revealed, the search for more allies and the power needed to seal the breach before it ruptured started. The plan was to find and bond with the nobles who bear the swords of power. Step 1 was to find the bearers of the bloodline of Nike. A good read.
Dragon Lord Evan has finished his tour of the country, and is moving forward with the plan to gain power to overcome the demon king. Lord Nike's home life is more complicated than expected. I like the action, humor, and romance. I look forward to the next book.
Jesus I’m gunna be honest I didn’t know where this was going once even married the princess but I’m glad to say it going great can’t wait to see where everything going next

This is a truly epic work of fantasy! The world building and characters are incredible and you will find yourself anxiously awaiting the next installment!
Great series! This book started off quick, and before I knew it, I was flipping to the next page to discover it was the last page. I can’t wait for the next book in the series.
