I'm not too sure whether this book has an English translation, however, I do hope that Hong's book could reach readers regardless of where they've come from, where they are, and where they're heading to. At times, while reading, I felt incredibly ashamed to play the role of bystander/witness of the thoroughly unnecessary injustices of my home country. I would like to thank Hong for her authenticity and prudence in bringing these systemically silenced stories to life. 감사합니다.
