Plot/Story: 3⭐
Spice: 0.5🌶 (Jumps to 2🌶 at the end of the book)
Trigger Warning: attempted murder and rape. Gore and violence, but not extremely detailed.
Killian has been an angel of death for 3000 years. Yes, three thousand. He has one job. Find the people on the list of names he is given by Azriel (the boss angel of sorts), when they die, escort the souls to heaven, and never interfere. This has never been a problem for the cold unfeeling angel until he finds Tabby on the night she is supposed to die. She stirs long-forgotten feelings and the only thing he can do is stop her attacker from raping her and delivering the final blow.
He had no idea the problems he would cause with his actions. His wings are taken, making him a fallen, and Tabby is now hunted by every paranormal because she is a human that heals quickly and can't die.
Acting on his feelings, Killian locates Tabby-who is now on the run, and claims her as his mate, vowing to protect her and figure out what happened. Along their journey, they find friends, encounter many enemies, and discover a prophecy hanging over their heads.
I actually first read this book when it was unpublished and really enjoyed it. Megan Fall was one of the best-unpublished authors I had found. Unfortunately, there are mistakes, more than in a normal publication, so if you want a book that is ultra-polished you will probably want to pass here. All in all, getting past the mistakes, this is a great story about fighting for love and overcoming any obstacles that may come your way.

Wow
I’ve been waiting for this book to be released for what feels like forever and wow was it worth the wait. The story itself was great, gripping and well written it hooked you in from the first chapter and kept you wanting more. The characters were fantastic tabby was the perfect heroine for me with sass strength and vulnerability. Killian was strong and powerful with a sweet side. I honestly can’t wAit for book 2 x

Love this story it's strong powerful and full of love with paranormal creatures you want to love and cry
I would give this book 100 stars if I could. from the first chapter I was reeled in by just Killian who being a death angel without feelings to those whose soles he collectsto find in her will to see him and give him something he NEVER had or experienced before pure LOVE...

This book had promise but was so hard to read.
From calling the main character kitten to cussing every paragraph just wasn’t my cup of tea to read. It had the potential to be really great but it was so choppy to read. I gave up.

You gotta love when there is an extremely Alpha male and a Friday Female in love. When you and a bunch of paranormal to the mix it never gets boring :)

Loved it
Loved this book. Very different concept. Lots of action, a kickass heroine and a great alpha male. Tabby and Killian are a great couple. Love this author's books.

More than I thought
I love all Megan's books! I was a little worried to read this book cause paranormal isn't my favorite but this book was so amazing! I love the characters and story line. I can't wait for the next one!
