I love enemies to lovers romance, especially set in the workplace where the hero and heroine must endure each others company. But that forced proximity reveals just how thin a line it is between love and hate! I loved Eliza and Ben. Their undeniable chemistry flames off the page. Their banter cracked me up too.
O'Sullivan sets her books (yes, I eagerly pre-order each new release) in Cape Cod. I've never been there except through this talented authors words. This fun, fast-paced story really satisfied! Highly recommend!
Ben has screwed up too many times so his mother send him to the newest real estate office she has purchased to get things going there. When he arrives he meets Eliza who is the top closing agent but he thinks she is the office secretary and talks down to her which makes her come right back to him. They are both attracted to each other but he does not do relationships and she thinks he a jerk. When they finally give in they decide to do a one and done to get it out of their system only once will never be enough for either of them. Loved this enemies to lovers romance.
She may win the battle but who wins the war of love
Battling Benjamin by Katie O'Sullivan is the fifth book in the multi-author Enemies to Lovers - Hot Hunks Steamy Romance Collection series. This is a nicely written and enjoyable story about Eliza and Ben. They are definitely "enemies" who have a certain fire that burns deep between them just waiting for the right moment to become an inferno....and it does do that.
I received a copy of this book and am leaving my honest review. My opinions are all my own.

Oh! What a nice twist to friends with benefits! I love that Eliza keeps her cool and leaves Ben wanting more, seeing him frustrated and totally baffled by his strange 'feelings ' is hilarious. This is a sweet, light hearted addition to the Hot Hunks series which I really enjoyed. I read this on Kindle Unlimited.
Battling Benjamin: Fantastic writing and dialog. Great characters. I liked that his mother gave him an altamatem and sent him away from the city to a smaller town to take care of there new realtor state office. Ben ending up finding out more about he enjoys and needed. It was a great story.
This is the fifth story in a multi-author collection of stand alone reads featuring hot hunks. It is a fairly short and quick read that is nicely developed and interesting. It is and enemies to so much more and office type romance. Eliza and Ben meet and sparks fly. They definitely don't get off to a good start but the attraction is off the charts. This is a good story I rather enjoyed.
I really enjoyed this book! The storyline was well developed, the characters were complex and well developed and the story world was detailed. The writing drew me in and I felt immersed in the story! I always look forward to more books by this author and would recommend this book!
