There’s an arctic chill on the horizon, and I’m headed straight into it.

My friends are missing, and the Sons of Adam may be responsible.

It’s an obvious trap to snare me. Still, sitting back and allowing others to take the lead is the hardest decision of all. I’m a woman of action, and waiting isn’t my strong suit. But knowing Jasper and Conah are on the case helps.

It’s the smart choice, right?

But when my connection to Jasper suddenly dies, waiting around is no longer an option.

The Sons of Adam have maintained the upper hand for too long.

It’s time to take the fight to them.

I just hope I’m not too late.

Not as good as the last books and it's getting a bit annoying, but still worth reading if you liked the previous books.

The story feels, at times, boring and too long, and at other times, it feels rushed (a weird feeling, to be honest).

Still, you see Debbie Cassidy's experience in writing: even though the book, the series actually, is becoming a bit annoying, I still wanna read the next one to see how it ends. Even though I no longer feel like I love the characters, I still wanna go on and see what happens next.

So, yes, I still think it's a good series to read.

RH paranormal

This series has really come into its own. I had my doubts that Cora's story would be as good as Fee's. I was so wrong. I am in awe of Debbie's ability to bring to life each character... not to mention her ability to create worlds. Talent! Lots of talent.

This book ends with a doozy of a cliffhanger. I was so hesitant when the shifters were introduced and it became clear what their roles would be in this series. Let's just say I've been completely won over. I'm even hoping the Sons of Adam get their own series... unless... Well, how many is too many for a RH? I think I am just gonna cross my fingers for this one ;-)

Have I mentioned I'm obsessed with Jasper? And those three shifters are just magic. I'm especially partial to Rune. I think it's because he got stuck and I wanted to see him become human. There's gotta be a way for him to - okay hold that thought. We're getting into spoiler territory. And yep, now I feel like screaming again. Ugh!

I adore Jasper and Rune. Also, can we maybe add Elijah, the Sons of Adam, and Sloane ALL to Cora's harem? Leif seems okay. Tor is kinda angry. Would that be too many? I usually like the angry possessive ones best, but sorry not sorry - Jasper and Rune are my faves right now. What can I say? I do love RH.

This book will put your heart through the ringer. I am so ready for the next book. This series is amazing!!

DNF AT 70%. I just couldn’t keep going. The main story or what seemed to be the main story in the first book anyway, has been completely buried underneath all of these sub plots and they drag out making them seem anticlimactic and pointless. Cora is just annoying. Sloans character feels like an afterthought. Bramble can’t pick an accent to save her life. All kinds of supernaturals and hardly anyone knows anything about anything.

The main plot from book two was left unfinished and only mentioned once in the first chapter. And again, the romance doesn’t exist. That only seems relevant as this book series was in the romance genre… no clear relationships have been built for us, the readers. For two books Cora talked about how she couldn’t let herself love the wolves. She refused to trust Jasper. Now she’s in love with all four but all these sub plot “adventures” makes that feel superficial and fake.

This had good bones and potential but it reads more like an author’s notes and ideas of a story thrown together quickly with no real focus. I held on because of the good bones of the story but I’ve lost my ability to care about how it ends. It’s so crowded with nonsense it just became boring.

So if you have followed this series than you know that the Thirteenth Sign is a spin off of Fee's story with Cora. Which I have always loved Cora and her snarky, spunky ways. And it is so nice to see her shine.

So before you go in, just know that yes there is a cliffy and it is a good one. But have faith in Debbie, this author knows what she is doing.

I do not want to give much away, but there is so much that is just so wonderful about this story. From Jasper, to Rune, Elijah and what about the sons of Adam? There is just so much I could share but it is best to just experience it yourself.

Know that you are in good hands and you are going to love Cora.

The Sons of Adam have abducted Cora's friend and she has to help them. When Conah and Jasper also become their prisoners, Cora dives right into their castle to fight back, but she discovers that the enemy might not be the enemy after all. The Sons of Adam are here because of Lilith and they need to finish their mission if they want to go back home... too bad that to do so they need Cora's blood. Moreover, the warlocks are not giving up on Cora's either, and one of her mates will have to choose between his life and Cora's.

I'm so glad I can read book 4 right after this book. I don't think otherwise I would have been able to deal with that cliffhanger. I love Cora's and her mates, and I can't wait to see how their story progresses.

Another amazing installment of Cora's story

I don't think I have ever said so many curse words whilst reading a book, Debbie Cassidy is on the naughty list people.

This book did not go how I expected it at all, my emotions were all over the shop. I mean I cant tell you what happens but...OMG, I can't even I want the next one like now.

Yes there's a cliffie, but isn't anticipation everything...like foreplay which this book has in spades, the chemistry between some of these characters is fire.

Jasper holds my heart, I can't wait to find out more about him. Now this I didn't expect Tor, I have strong feelings for him, I think it's because he's darker and more intense, totally alpha.

Ok just realised I may love Sloane more than anyone else, I'm totally fickle but she can call me cupcake anytime.

I think this is fast becoming my fave Debbie Cassidy series, the storytelling and character development is top notch as always but there is a little extra magic here. Or a lot of magic I mean there are witches and warlocks everywhere, not to mention wolves and vampires. Oh did I mention gargoyles, amazing book.

Loved it!

If you are a one star reviewer if a book has a cliff hanger please don't even pick-up this book as it will probably win cliff-hanger of the year award as well as being one of the best reads and series of the year.
I am just loving Cora and she has grown so much since she stepped out of Fee's shadow, plus this series has so many other really strong and substantial characters after all there is really no Cora with out Jasper and now her 3 wolves, that alone would make a great character list but add Sloan and things get interesting. Not to mention Wren cuteness in a fur ball but we learn that fur balls have teeth in this book, Connah & Elijah who we first met in the Reaper series and then the amazing Bramble who definitely deserves her own spin off!!
I don’t want to give much away but the Sons of Adam ( now there's another potential spin off in the making) put Cora in a position where she is lured to them but also by doing so they cause bigger issues for the world as a whole - A book full of close shaves, death and destruction with plenty of pent up sexual tension and a really novel way of escaping the no penetration rule .
Such a good read and you really wont be able to put it down but that ending believe me you will have you so shocked - i had a book hangover for almost 4 days after finishing this but it all adds up to an amazing read. This book will toy with your emotions to make you laugh, love, cry, cause several forms of frustration and that people is why she is such an amazing author,

Gah!!! The ending! Debbie Cassidy definitely needs a standing award for kick you in the gut cliffhangers.

Each of Cora’s books is better than the last. From the complex world building to the depth of the characters, the emotional involvement and the cute little bundle of fur (that now has teeth and claws!) it is all wrapped up in an amazing story with a killer cliffhanger that will leave you screaming for more. *If you happen to be someone who dislikes cliffhangers and wants to flow from one story to the next, then this will definitely be a grab and hold kind of series for a good binge read.

This book is a whirlwind of activity from start to finish with Cora and the gang going from crisis to crisis nonstop. It’s intense, dangerous, emotional, steamy, and full of action and will keep you on the edge of your seat through it all. Cora was an amazing sidekick in Fee’s story but here in her own, she seriously shines! Her character growth and development has been amazing to watch from book to book. I really like the fact that no matter what, whether she messes up or something world-ending gets dropped in her lap she just keeps putting one foot in front of the other and carries on. She has a wonderful strength and determination and a strong devotion to her friends, her mates, and basically anyone that crosses her path in need. I love the stronger emotional bonds she’s forming with her mates…there are some serious feels here. The twists and turns are doozies and there’s a shocker or two that will definitely draw a gasp or two or three (and maybe some grumbling, as well) along with the Sons of Adam, vampires, shifters, ghosts, spirits, reapers, gargoyles and magic galore! Must, must, must have the next book!!!

Look at Cora’s series taking off and standing on its own legs! I adore this series, this world and these characters! These books just keep getting better and better!
I knew I would miss Fee when her series was over but getting to go into Cora’s story has helped tremendously! I have loved Cora since she was first introduced in Reaper Unexpected.

Cora is going through it, but thankfully she has these 3 fine as fire dire wolves and the sexy as sin malevolent spirit we all love to love at her side!
I love this girls obsession with boots. I adore that she has really grown into her own character with her own substance and wants/needs. When we first met Cora she was little more than a ghost so to see where she is now kind of warms my heart you guys. 🥲
Also, CLIFF HANGER OF THE YEAR AWARD GOES TO... *bah dum ting* My girl Debbie Cassidy! 😂 it’s okay makes the drama and suspense worth it!

I seriously devoured this book as I have with all of them in the Reaper world. I CANNOT WAIT to find out what Cora and her men get into next! Debbie never disappoints!
PS, don’t base a review on whether there is a cliffhanger in the book. It’s not fair to the authors work people! Have some decency!
PPS- pick up this seriously AMAZEBALLS book/series and get lost in the amazing world building that Cassidy is known for!

Oh My GAWD!! So first of all what the what! And second, HOT! Cora is so magnificent, and then you add in everyone else and SLOANE! One of my favorite characters. Wren! Ah! This story is just indescribable, a definite drop what you're doing and read it now kind of book. And then find a friend and force them to read it, so you can talk about it with someone who understands. We've got some major feels here people! And some steaming hot, gonna need a cold shower, moments too! And that ending? The best kind of cliff. You don't want to miss this, I know I say that after everyone, but I'm serious! You are so missing out if you wait. And I get cliffs aren't for everyone, but trust me when I say that if you can handle the cliff it is more than worth it! But I also love cliffhangers so honestly if you can't handle a cliffhanger maybe wait - but with the knowledge that you are missing out and maybe reevaluate how much you don't like cliffs because ... this story, in my opinion, is worth it. So much speculation! So much edge of the seat action! It's like a marvel universe show in a book but better. Yes, I said it. This author creates a universe better than the MCU and I'm not even sorry! I kind of wish there was a breakdown for all the potential easter eggs.

Yet another brilliant part of Cora's story, full of turbulences and awful choice options.
Elijah has gone missing on his mission. Now Jasper and Conah are missing too. Cora can't sit idle at the coven's base, but her trip to Alaska and meeting the Sons of Adam change her perspective once again. The relationship between her and her wolf mates is changing as well.. but her very nature is changing, too. Oh, and Wren has changed too, just not the way everyone expected..
The intensity of this series is insane. There isn't a single quiet and peaceful moment, not even a sentence without a charge; each one is lit up with energy and emotions, heavy pressure, unbearable desire, or readiness to fight till the end. Cora has grown up a lot since parting ways with Fee, becoming a new person while the core of her personality remains unchanged. She is still the kickass, stubborn woman willing to protect everyone and refusing to bow to anyone. I love watching her coming closer to her friends and mates, and now that cliffhanger has left me with so many questions I want the next book now.

If you are reading this story, then you have probably already read Fee's tale (and if you haven't, pick it up - it explains the very fundamentals of who/what Cora is), and know the basis of what this world is about, and the main players in it. That series is the foundation, and seriously good, yet Cora's tale is proving to be even more entertaining, and just as complicated, as Fee's! I honestly didn't think that was possible, but here we are.

And what a place to be, on the edge of a cliffhanger that almost made me throw my Kindle... almost. I might have, except I really need it AND I have faith in Cassidy and KNOW she will deliver the goods, along with the gut punches of emotion. Cora is turning out to be far more than anyone really suspected, including herself. She has her 3 wolf mates surrounding her (with SOOOOOO many rules....), Jasper (can I keep him? He's grown on me), SLOAN and some potentials that just scream delicious. Things are heating up, answers are slowly being doled out Book 4 CANNOT come soon enough!

Finally DNF'ed at 69%

As I said before, the formula for this series is rinse and repeat: Cora jumps into danger at every opportunity, nearly dies, then miraculously survives or gets saved and then it's on to the next threat.

The characters are all useless at protecting themselves or anyone else and spend most of the time saving themselves from attacks they should have seen coming.

The romantic situation has gotten worse. I'm glad we had some scenes with Rune but the slow pace of the romance feels like a cynical ploy to hook readers into a longer series.

The wolves aren't strong against magic so they can't do anything in a fight. Jasper is pretty much the only useful resource out of her guys - the wolves are just relegated to being her house-husbands at this point, which is sad for three ancient alphas.

This really should have been a MF book with just her and Jasper. At least that would justify the no sex rule since he's mostly spirit.
This entire review has been hidden because of spoilers.

Realms of fantasy with exciting action

Cora, “witch” & anchor & tulpa, decides she has to rescue Elijah and Bramble from themselves and needs to convince the head of the coven and her mates that this is the best way to save them. As the story progresses an agreement is reached, changes are forced, and letting the truth be known does not make it any easier to handle. Debbie Cassidy set my power words afloat with the action and adventures in Witch Untold. The reader is able to explore the realms of fantasy with exciting action that brings you to your needs in this series. I cannot even imagine what other horrors are in store for this group in the next book.

I read this book with my Kindle Unlimited subscription and I received a free copy of this book from the author. I had the opportunity to review or not.

Witch Untold is the third book in Debbie Cassidy’s Thirteenth Sign series. This book Will have you on the edge of your seat. As Cora’s journey continues their is a lot going on and problems just keep unfolding. With all the twists and turns, she just keep going no matter what happens. Jasper can’t even tell you where he goes when he disappears.
There is action, suspense, drama, and mystery on this wild ride. The cliffhanger at the end will pull you into this emotional ringer, it is utterly gut wrenching to behold. OMG, I am glad that I don’t have to wait long for the next book in the series. Even though it ends in a cliffhanger it is so worth the read. Cassidy sure knows how to bring her characters to life.
I voluntarily reviewed this book after receiving an arc copy for an honest review.

The start of this book gave me 30 days of Night vibes with the vampires and the Alaskan town with no sun. It was creepy and so well written!! This book was full of crazy. Everything is coming from all sides with no end in sight. Jasper has been such an unstoppable force from the beginning and now that something is coming for him and he can't fight what is happening is a shock to the system. Cora has her own changing issues and it's becoming to feel like the seal will be broken. Just when it seems like they finally get a bit of a break to cool off for a bit at the end, the absolute worst happens and with an echoing shot THE BOOK ENDS!!! This is the most gut wrenching cliffy ever! How will my poor heart wait!?!

Oh my gosh, I needed a glass of wine and a nap after this book. It was fast paced and action filled from page one. Between needing to rescue their people from the Sons of Adam and the new threat that comes along with them, the Order still stealing people and Jasper's disappearing act, things are out of control. How Cora is still keeping her vow of celibacy (cough ,cough ) with her mates and Jasper is a feat unto itself. Cora is also dealing with changes of her own since her near death that has caused more turmoil in her life. There is a big cliffhanger ( no pun intended) that Debbie better fix in her writing cave because I don't know how we will get through this one in the next book but I can't wait to find out.

I've come to expect amazing things from both Debbie Cassidy and Cora. Book three is no exception, it is instead, exceptional!

The world building and plot twists are fantastic, and you get all the things in this book/series.

Who knew hard limits and slow burns could be so flippin hot. The boots are on point, as usual, and Cora is a badass with a heart of gold.

These books are thick, and I love it. This may not be a light read, but you will breeze through and find yourself wishing for even more.
I'm starting to love Cora's story even more than Fee's, which I honestly didn't know was possible. I do miss their bestie dynamic though, hoping they get together again more in future books. ❤

OMG that ending!! I absolutely never saw that coming but I need the next book NOW!!

I absolutely love Cora and the fact that she is doing her life on her own now!! I am so glad that her and Jasper finally figured their relationship out. Now if they can only figure out what is going on with Jasper. The relationship between Cora and Sloane is so dang steamy I can't wait to see what happens there. Then it's Cora's wolves, oh my!! They all finally take the blinders off between all of the mess going on and that whole connection is just off the charts. I wonder though what is going to become of all of it with the changes on the horizon. Definitely a series to read!!

Debbie Cassidy brings the snark, the heat, and all the unexpected things!

This series continues with more drama, literally and figuratively. Mean girls are mean but whatevs, right? More importantly is the fact that while Cora is getting herself together as a witch and a mate, the world still turns. There’s a lot on her plate and she’s trying to figure it out. First and foremost, it’s time to find Elijah and bring him home.

Join the legions who are hooked on the world Debbie Cassidy had created. But hold on because Witch Untold is the wildest ride yet and the ending IS going to smack you in the face!

OMG I’m sat here stunned thinking how to put into words this book cause I just can’t think! The world building is so incredible and in detail that you actually feel as if you are there and Cora well Cora is just awesome! We first met her as Fee’s sidekick but in this series she has grown so much and is totally kick ass and strong in this non stop action packed story. It’s exciting and intense and no matter what happens they plow on and get on with it and the twists and turns, don’t get me started on those, I was definitely left in shock in more then one place and that ending, well let’s just say I am eager to read the next book. Huh guess I did find the words after all!!

*Flings book across room* THAT CLIFFHANGER UGH

Dang way to leave us hanging. I’m super invested though this one was a bit slow going. I also feel Cora is a bit damsel-y which is bugging me bc she feels like a big bad badass. Unfortunately she has yet to rescue herself, unlike it seemed Fee was more able to do in her series.

That ending though with Rune, Leif and Thor oh em gee. I HAVE to know what happens.

Also the breadcrumbs about Cora being altered I wonder what happens. I thought she might become a dire world but now I’m wondering if she’s turning into a verga or something. Idk. I am still suspicious, but not entirely sure what she will be.

On to the next one.

Wow! Witch Untold takes on an emotional roller coaster! The book starts off right where the last one left off and was action packed right from the start to the end.
Cora is a take-charge kind of woman who wants to do everything in her power to protect and save the ones she loves.
We learn more about the Sons of Adam. Our favourite malevolent spirit, Jasper is being pulled to a mysterious place and our beloved Wren finally shows his teeth.
This book of course leaves off on a cliffhanger that may have you throwing the book against wall and will leave you screaming for the next!

I love Cora, oh and Jasper he really came into play in this one. I mean really what is going on with him?? And finally Cora opens up to all the guys. But then there is Sloane, that was sad, I wanted that to finally happen but something else did... 😅... Oh and last but not least RUNE!!! Nooooo!!! That well, uh yeah that was something beautiful, sad, poetic. I’m sure my review is oh so misleading but I don’t want to give too much away!! Just no this one is heartfelt, somewhat tragic and maybe you should grab your tissues before you read it.

Cliffhanger ending

I really do not like cliffhanger endings as you have to wait forever to find out what happens to your favourite character. I took one star off for this. So many things happen in this latest instalment and many questions are answered but not in the way I was expecting. Cora and Sloane are changing and their relationship is doomed. Jasper and Cora's is still not defined and the battles and monsters just keep coming. Even the all powerful Jasper may not be able to keep Cora safe this time from what is coming for them all.

Debbie Cassidy is the queen of cliffhangers when it comes to this series. Cora is becoming more and more fascinating as this series goes on. I love the growth and the changes we get to see. This third book definitely had my emotions up and down all the way through. I'm in awe of the writing. It's absolutely phenomenal and beautiful. The whole story gives us lots to imagine and lots of twists and turns to keep you engaged. I really loved this and I need more! It's such a fantastic world to get immersed in! Another wonderful read!

Legit great writing. Debbie is a great writer that pretty much makes you fall in live with her characters to the point of borderline obsession.
This book is the 7th in the series and nothing has slowed down. Still going strong and still able to keep the same pace and vibe.
This installment gives you everything you love, action, drama, more drama, and heart palpitations. Lol
On another note, can't wait for the next one. Seriously! I need to know what happens next!!
