Welcome to Larchwood Academy: Corrective School for Supernaturals.
A prison-like Academy full of young supernaturals who have no regard for the rules is where witch Paige Masset finds herself. None of these boys or girls are innocent, nor wrongly accused, yet, they’re all forced to get along for the two-year sentence—commitment. However, the witches, warlocks, demons, vampires, and dragons have a very hard time behaving at Larchwood. Meant to be a corrective school, but more like a frat house, Paige has realizes, she tries her hardest to be the good girl her mother knows she can be.
She just isn’t sure she’s going to be able to resist the temptations of the flesh, especially since she’s been told there are three guys destined for her at the school. Three, in order to complete an ancient spell to unlock a secret someone’s been keeping for a long. The problem is, one of the three isn’t on board with the idea of sharing, and is going to take some serious convincing.
Monsters & Magic is book 2 in the Larchwood Corrective Academy series, and is for readers 18+. Larchwood Corrective Academy Series (must be read in order): Curses & Charm Magic & Monsters Runes & Rituals

I'm sorry but u expect me to believe that they are all in love and want to all live together FOREVER after that.
The only person the MC had romantic chemistry with isn't even in the harem and two of the people in it have practically no personality in them - I cannot differentiate them from each other. Sure they have had some banter and have had sex multiple times but that does not mean they are in love. This is a fantasy book but that was the only thing that really that broke my suspension of disbelief!!!
Also not a fan of student x teacher relationship especially when the girl is in somewhere meant to replicate a boarding high school rather than a college. I dont care that she is 19. I thought he was going to be dropped in favour of Caleb in this book because he's such an annoying charcater but Caleb got written off in favour of him.
Maybe the finding-your-dad-who-murdered-your-gran plot will make the next book interesting but this book didn't do it for me.

I really like the mc and her bf but I just feel like this story has no substance. Furthermore the guys are keeping secrets and being cryptic and don't tell her anything and she's just like whatever and keeps falling into bed with them. FINALLY at the end they tell her. It seems like the guys only want her for the spell no matter what comes out their mouth. Then you've got Caleb who pretends to want her and all the sudden doesn't and she doesn't find that suspicious? Come to find out the guys were paying him. This is just nothing like the authors other books and by far not my favorite. It was nothing more than a bunch of unemotional sex until the end when it finally piqued my interest.
Keeping this short and to the point, this story is definitely intriguing. It is original and unique. It just keeps getting better and better. Then we have this shocking revelation at the end that has us in suspense for the next book. The characters are growing and the relationships are as well. The story is well written and developed.
I really enjoyed this book and loved the characters and how they came together. Finally Paige found out who killed her grandma but why did her mother lie about who did it? Can't wait to see what will happen next.
Love this series!!! Love all things paranormal and romance and this book delivers both. The lead character, Paige is full of sassiness and spice and the support cast are spectacular as well. If you like paranormal this is definitely a must read.
As always CJ your books never disappoint and are amazing! I definitely recommend this whole series! Definitely has so much juicy romance through the whole book. I couldn't put this book down
That’s it? That’s the big must for the 3? All 3 of them chucking I love yous when nothing has happened for their relationship other than sex. I’m done with this series. If you want to read something similar but way better, read Darkmore Penitentiary.
Paige is slowly finding out more about what Jory and Breckon want with her. And it’s not what she thinks. Add in the confusing Griggs and a new buddy Caleb and her mind is reeling. Fun read
