After surviving a terrifying experience in the Canadian wilderness, Grace Winslow struggles with a deadly disease. At the same time, new concerns fracture the group of persecuted saints. Some consider leaving for perceived safety deeper in the forest.

Meanwhile, Maxwell Flynn finds himself drawn to Grace’s selfless character and charming personality. At any other time in history, he’d fall head over heels for her. But the world has never seen times like these, and he needs to keep his focus on providing for – and protecting – the fragile group hiding in the woods.

Soon, troubles rise from all sides. Nature itself seems to become one of the group’s greatest adversaries. From predators to meteorites, danger constantly lurks outside their flimsy fabric tents.

As their difficulties mount, the group suffers a tragedy that threatens to rip them apart. Can they find a way forward through the turmoil? Or has their ragtag band of believers reached the end of the road?

“Like maybe God puts us here at a certain time in history to accomplish something in particular.”

Another great read and excellent characterization from Grey. Sinners was a little bit more fast paced than Saints and I enjoyed that aspect.

These are the types of books that are beneficial, in my opinion- to be read right now, with the way the world looks and feels currently. Makes me think of scenarios that have a potential to happen in our lifetime. Makes me face the hard questions and take a solid look at my own priorities and life.

This series as a whole is probably one you could read all in one day, they are simple and quick reads that keep you wanting to turn the pages. Looking forward to seeing how everything unfolds in the last book Martyrs.
Would recommend!

Tribulation series by Jamie Lee Grey
Saints, book 1
Sinners, book 2
Martyrs, book 3

Genre: Christian Thriller & Suspense, Christian Sci Fi

This series follows a group of Christians who are forced to run from the government. Citizens are being forced to be microchipped in order to continue with ‘normal’ day to day activities. There is no longer any religion recognized other than the one declared by the world leader. This small group of survivalists must venture into the wilderness and depend on the strengths of each other to get them through.

Each of the books immediately follows the other, like a television mini-series. I thought this was a refreshing approach by the author. The story plays out to be more romantic suspense than anything else. I really enjoyed getting to know each of the members, especially the two main characters Grace and Maxwell.

In Saints, book 1 - members are just getting used to one another and suspicions rise. The many dangers in the wilderness begin to show themselves.

In Sinners, book 2 - Grace begins to feel the group has found their rhythm to their daily survival, but not all plans are God’s plan.

In Martyrs, book 3 - members are on the run again, the government’s reach seems to be getting closer. Will God reveal his plan to them?

Life on the Mountain is just the beginning

As the band of believers awaken in their hideaway camp sight the adventure begins as the struggle to k keep.the faith and the group save combine with the need for supplies and resources and an constant struggle with the groups and individuals best interests.
Jamie does a brilliant job of continuing to story of the small.band of.believers in the tribulation series . You will fall.more.in live with the characters and become.more.invested in the lives and struggles as they face a hard reality on the run. With the anti Christ in full power and placing a.bounty on all Christians they will face threats that will keep them dependent on prayer and each other

Another excellent offering by Jamie Lee Grey! Sinners was even more fast-paced (and stressful to read) than Saints. This series really makes you contemplate how far you would be willing to go to hold fast to your faith. The characters are so inspiring--I love how they pray and reach for their Bibles when things get difficult. That doesn't mean they don't make mistakes, but God always seems to bring them back to where they need to be. There's a particularly chilling scene in this book where the characters are listening to the radio and they're about to hear the antichrist speak. That scene really stuck with me. I also love the developing romance between Max and Grace. I can't wait to see what happens in Book 3!

Not bad

Well this is the second series I've read by Jamie Grey. Not real sure how to describe and rate them.

One thing I want to acknowledge and praise very highly....... unlike many of the hundreds of books I've read on Amazon Kindle........there are practically no errors in her books, no misspelled words, no incorrect words, punctuation is correct!!!

A huge majority of the books on Amazon Kindle are filled with wrong words, misspelled words, incorrect punctuation but this is about the tenth book I've read of Grey's and I don't see that problem.

Amazon why can't ALL of your books be like that??? It's extremely irritating to read some of the books.

I'll continue to read Grey's books.

So many scenarios that end time christian believers could face! Never knowing what tomorrow holds. Thank God, He knows & He hears our prayers for His guidance and direction! He has Not given us a spirit of fear but of love, power & a sound mind! In the last days, signs, wonders, healings, miracles will abound even in the midst of great evil and darkness! The Lord is our Shepherd & He will lead us thru the valley of the shadow of death. His rod & staff will comfort us. He will anoint our heads with oil, our cups will overflow. We shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever!

Great read! Too short!!!!!!

Character's personalities very in such a way, I feel for them all. As I said above I don't like the size of the book/story. I feel that cramp story feeling. It's like you holding the book close, your heart is racing you just know the bad is about to happen. 3 pages later all is solved. I barley got to hold my breath and root for them..... Other then that it a great Christian story. OH. I. L O V E all the bible references😇

Blessed reading is hard to find.

This is the best kind of thing I've done for myself in a long time. I like the way it gets into the characters thoughts and worries. It is so good to find them struggling to pray to God in a personal relationship. So many times this genre of books just throws scripture after scripture at the reader. It is as if that alone justified the plot of the book.

Excellence continues

Great writing and characterization as usual. It’s easy to love all the group ( minus a couple). Kind of tell already who the martyrs are going to be but even though it’s predictable, it’s not boring at all. Just wish I hadn’t started the series until all the books were available because I hate to wait!

Exciting

This is the second book in this excellent series about life for various people during Tribulation as the Christians hide in a Canadian forest while Evil tries to catch to kill them. Various challenges pop up and how the characters interact is what makes the story feel real.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK!

Staying Alive

This story is apt to become real, the way things are changing in the United States and the rest of the world at this time. I enjoy the characters, and the faith they have, that our trust in God may protect us, as it does those in this story.
I recommend this book to everyone.
Again thank you Jamie Lee Grey.

Cliffhanger

I've written a review 3 times already and for some reason it's not going through. This is a very good story of how things might become and examples of how things might be handled. It's about caring, sharing, trusting fellow Christians working together for survival. Great job. Thank you.

Sinners

Thoroughly enjoyed this second book in this series. Kept me in its grip to keep reading to see what would happen next to the faithful believers. How a loving God was going to get them through the chaos all around them and who would stay strong in their faith.

Page turner for sure! So many twists and turns for this small group of Christians heading into the tribulations. May God watch over them. I've become quite invested in this small groups journey with only one book left it will be amazing to see how they fare!

great story line

This series should of been 1 good book. Instead Arthur divided it into 3 books that end right in the middle of a story. It’s still a great series and I love the story just wish you didn’t have to buy 3 books for 1 story.

Continued escape

Book 2 is as exciting and entertaining a book 1. Obstacles and hardships keep croping up but the Christians keep the faith and with constant prayer for guidance, God continues to direct their footsteps.
