Han is the creator of the Boost Integrated Management System (IMS). In his
own words:

“After so many failures – on top of all the education and experience, my burning question was ‘What is it that they did not teach me at school? That could have prevented the failures and ensured radical success?’ 1,500+ books and academic papers later, I created the Boost IMS, which changed everything for not only me and my partners, but also for my students. And I am not only talking about business. Boost is applicable to industries, ecosystems and even leading better lives.”

He holds a Master of Information Systems Management degree from Carnegie Mellon University, along with an MBA and an MS in engineering.

Before he turned into a serial entrepreneur, he worked at the World Bank Group for several years focusing on capacity building for innovation-driven enterprises. He has over 25 years of international experience scaling
up businesses from the World Bank Group to large enterprises to serial startups. He is also an award-winning business school professor teaching Entrepreneurship, Innovation Management and Technology Management
classes at top executive MBA programs with stellar reviews.

Today, the Boost IMS (named as Lasagna in this fiction work) is considered to be the Sixth Discipline by many authorities, in reference to the all-time best seller The Fifth Discipline by Peter Senge of MIT.
