We purchased this book in Florence, Italy. My son was 3 years old, but fascinated with the art. We used it as his guide through the galleries and museums. It was a perfect introduction for him at that age. We have referred to it many, many times since. We are now using it to review Renaissance art with my son, who is now going into 5th grade. He still loves looking at all of the pictures, reading the short captions, and remembering that he saw all of this amazing art in person!
