More chock full of information, both pertient and minute, than any three other books combined. A lot of the plants I'd never heard of, and some of the ones I had I wouldn't want even to touch, let alone ingest. But an incredible range of applications and possiblities for the aspiring herbalist or kitchen witch, and a section on natural fabric dyes that's worth its weight in gold-dyed wool.

This book was so advanced and had so many things... it was overwhelming. My grandfather owned this book, but the list of herbs to dye plants... WOW.

I'm amazed this proved how smart humans were, knowledgable on things around us. We've lost that. This helps regain that information.

I highly recommend this book!
