I've written 17 books on different aspects of astrology, meditation and self-development. I do my best to make these subjects as woo-woo-free and practical as possible.

My Mind Won't Shut Up! was written with my sister Linda. We're sturdy-legged, chip eating meditating sisters from Scotland. The world needs a panpipe-free, meditation book for people like us - with money worries, weird families and short attentions spans.

The Little Book of Astrology was written to encourage beginners to move past Sun signs and delve into what can be lifetime's study. I've been learning about at my own astrology chart and the charts of the people in my life, for over 30 years. I still find new things about the birth charts all the time - just as I discover new things myself and the people around me.

I edited the Prediction magazine for ten years, the UK's first Mind, Body, Spirit magazine first published in 1936. Since then I've worked as an author, editor and ghostwriter with astrology columns in: TVTimes, TVEasy, Essentials, Soaplife and Angler's Mail.
