Chasing Valentine
A Valentine's Day Short Story.
I've been running for centuries, and I'm tired. I'm tired of always looking over my shoulder, being hunted by the biggest mistake I ever made. But this year will be different, I've made sure of that. This Valentine's Day, I'm taking back my power and taking back my life, but to do that, I have to learn to control my heart.
This is a 14k word short story not suitable for anyone under the age of 18 due to depictions of violence, explicit sexual acts and harsh language.

I loved how this author packed so much into this short story. Everything from action and suspense to emotion and love. Valentine is on the run from Cupid because she made a mistake hundreds of years ago by sleeping with him.
She is tired of running from him so she is ready to finally face him.
What happens when Valentine finally faces him!? What could go wrong!? Will Cupid give up?

Great book
This was definitely interesting! I’ve never read a book quite like this. I’ve only ever read 1 other book/series with cupid as a main character and I absolutely LOVED that one, so I really wanted to try this. And boy am I glad I did!
I do wish it was longer or at least had an epilogue as I’m very curious to see what their lifestyle is like (with them having been enemies for centuries and all,) but I’m still satisfied with how this turned out!

Fun short!
What a fun paranormal spin on Valentine and the reason it began in the first place. Val ( valentine) is on the run from Cupid because of a mistake she made hundreds of years ago and she’s had enough. She’s finally facing him instead of running. It’s short, spicy and perfect for a romantic pick me up!

Valentine’s Day short story.
Quick steamy read, with an interesting take on Valentine.
Something different, was a fun read would have been great by the pool or on a short journey.
Would have loved the h character in a longer story, I could really see her solving crimes and helping people in her year between valentines days.

The witch and Cupid
This was a quick and spicy read. Valentine thought she had tricked Cupid by conjuring up a clay volume to split her soul.
Their banter was good at times funny. Great quick holiday read.

Great short story
4/5🌟 Valentine and cupid are enemies to lovers. I loved how they fucked through their gate for one another but at the end they were made for each other. Very delightful indeed.

A quick and steamy read!
Loved it! It's definitely an enemies to lovers but they just can't fight the attraction. And it's so steamy! Perfect read to get ready for the Valentine's season!

What a little ride this was! I suspected part of the ending but not exactly how it played out and I loved it 😍
What a magnificent feeling of acceptance and love 💕 finally feeling home.

Heat level: 3.5/5. It's a super quick, easy, and spicy read. It has a clear beginning, middle, and end with enough background info to understand what's happened before the story starts. Great short story.

Wildly entertaining short story. Perfect nibble for when on-the-go and will be interrupted. No worries about losing track of the plot as it will stick with you. Fun and steamy.

This book was interesting but very entertaining. Super fun paranormal romance -- I wish there was a full-length novel! This book has so much but it's so little -- I'm surprised the author was able to pack so much into this story.

Super fun short story. The concept was really interesting and the tension and buildup was so good. I would have been happier if it was longer but that would defeat the purpose of a short story.

It was a good short read, however I just couldn’t get into the main ship at all. At first I could see the chemistry and the tension between these two. But after a few pages, I just grew tired and gave up.

Awe it’s over. I want more. This was such a great and short read. I really enjoyed and loved it. I really want this to be longer because I want more of these characters. Such a great read. I was a little unsure about reading it because the description didn’t really tell me anything but I love this author and I’m so glad I read this.
