Three things I’ve learned since gaining a new mate: 1. Someone always has to have the last word. 2. Men measure way more than just size. 3. Fate doesn’t like me much.
As it turns out, life as a new hybrid wasn’t as easy as it seemed. I’ve got a lot on my plate and I’m not just referring to my new mate. Armed with the location of the seer called Truth, my boys and I embarked on a journey through the Sierra Nevada’s in hopes to find the one person who just might have answers. Only we hadn’t predicted fate’s endless humor, and instead of answers, I’ve only gained complications. Complications in the form of a six-foot seven ogre and another unpredictable layer to an already catastrophic prophecy. With the help of my men, I’ve uncovered information that led us to the location of three paranormal slave camps. Battling time and distance, it was up to us to rescue the captors before Greta could do her worst.
**Truth is book three in the Keeping Liberty Series and a why choose/reverse harem book. It contains language and situations suitable for 18+. Current or future books in this series contain M/M, inappropriate humor and language, and/or a cliffhanger. **

I just love this series, Delilah has done a great job writing a book that is quick but complete, fun, sex, and full of supernatural mystery. Truth is the third book in the Keeping Liberty series and it was fantastic, I was highly entertained and the laughs were loud, I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book.
The banter between Liberty and Ellis, Sterling, and Oak is great. Not only do they give each other crap but Lib gives them crap to and the comments and situations they find themselves in are just so funny. Liberty is still her funny, snark, bossy self but she is no embroiled deep into the supernatural world, she finds out more about herself and her place in this magical community. She takes everything in stride and has come to care for the supernatural community that she is now apart of, she is truly becoming the queen they need. With her kindness, strength, understanding, wisdom, and bravery Liberty for sure will win over the supernatural world. She just has one of those personalities that seems open and very genuine, and that's what draws everyone to her.
At the end of Justice, the group went to search for Truth and they got him. Lenin is not at all what I expected but he is so needed in the group, he rounds out the edges, is extremely helpful, and is a puppy I must protect. He has this logical personality but has it in such a warm and caring way, he has this innocence about him and Liberty feels it too and wants to protect him. Lenin is finding his place in the group, he fits in well, as for the previous addition, Justice, he is still a pain. Justice is so focused on what was done to him by one person, so focused on his hate, that he doesn't realize who Liberty is, all he sees is a woman, one woman wronged him so he now hates the sex, the fates give him no choice, he likes her but doesn't want to. All he focuses is on the negative instead of realizing he is free, he has a family now if he is willing to accept them and really it's very immature but things seem to be looking up in this book, I just hope he keeps opening up.
The group is getting bigger which means Liberty has more people she cares about and the guys are finally starting to try and get along. Yes, they tease each other but there is less venom in the actions than before. Ellis, Oak, and Sterling are trying to reconcile their past, while Lenin and Justice are trying to find their place with the Liberty and the vampires. The jokes and setups are great but they all agree that they want to protect Liberty and she loves them all so bonding is gonna be a must.
Truth had more surprises than I expected, I mean it was one thing after another, and I wasn't mad about it. The surprises made sense and add to an already great plot. I loved every single moment of this book and I didn't want it to end but end it did and on one heck of a cliffhanger. Of course, I am ready to see what happens next, I don't know how the story is gonna go but I am here for it and I looking forward to more in this series. I have no idea how many books are in the series but I am always up for more with this group.
Truth was another great addition to the Keeping Liberty series. I will say that this book was a lot less action than the previous two books but was still very important in Liberty and her group's journey. This book was more informational than anything as Liberty learned more about herself, her capabilities, the supernatural world, and her position for the future. I also really enjoyed more supernaturals being added to the mix, adding more depth to the world that had been being built in this series.
There are quite a few things that I definitely did not see coming as I read. I loved the fact that her bestie that we got a short glimpse of in the 1st book has made another appearance. You really can't go wrong with a diehard best friend when the main character is surrounded by men who want all of her love and affection but still want to protect her like crazy. It helped balance things out a bit and gave a more female perspective on things, especially when the guys were clueless on certain things. Plus she added some great things to the bantering between the group.
Truth aka Lenin was probably the most surprising off all, for multiple reasons. Ogre, seer, magic user. Those three things you don't see meshing together in books often...or ever really. Mohan did a great job with his character, making him both powerful yet innocent in her mannerisms. He was blunt and to the point about things, honest, and still a bit of a softy. He rounded out the group really well, but I wouldn't be opposed to more members being added to the harem. I also enjoyed the connection between him and Justice. I'm sure that will be interesting to read when Liberty, Justice, and Lenin finally get a chance to solidify everything and get on the same page. Justice is slowly getting to the point of acceptance. Compared to the previous book he seems more open to the idea and seems a bit happier about the mates fate has gifted him. But he's Justice. We really can't expect huge changes overnight.
Overall, Truth (both the person and the information/validation) is just what this team needed. They needed that push, that boost and reinforcement of being on the right track, knowing that what they are doing is the correct thing and that they need to continue what they are doing in order to better the future. Lenin's addition to the group essentially eased their minds a bit and erased any doubt they may have had about their participation in this journey.
I do have to say that the ending was not as exciting as in the other books. There were no life-threatening battles, but everything that happened was still very important to the storyline and the journey they needed to take. I'm looking forward to seeing how everything plays out in the next book.
I received this as an ARC from the author for an honest review. Holy Cannoli! This is the third book in the Keeping Liberty series. The first two follow Liberty as she makes her way through the paranormal world and acquiring mates as she goes. She has learned of a prophesy that she may play a part in. At the start of this book she is on her way to seek out a guy named Truth to see if he knows anything about the book she found and is currently filling itself in with her's and her men's adventures. They find Truth, also known as Lenin. He confirms some things they already know and gives them other information that is new to them. I'm not going to spoil the book at all except to say Lenin comes with her back to the mansion while the group figures out next moves. This book was very well paced and super fun to read. The guys are figuring out their place in Liberty's life, just as Liberty figures out her place in general. There were some very unexpected turns in this book that I was not expecting. The ending ended with a massive cliffhanger and I'm looking very forward to the next installment!
HOW COULD YOU! you lead me on to the end of an amazing adventure and left me wanting sooo much more, NO needing more! Liberty and her men have come so far in the last 3 books. We meet Lenin in this book and find out clues to the prophecy we did not expect! Liberty’s bestie even has a role to play in the next events in life. Liberty is more powerful than we could have ever thought. Next book the witch Greta is going down! I’m counting on it!
DELILAH, you are killing me! I need to know what's next. I like Lenin although Oak is my favorite Lenin is definitely my runner up. I love his uniqueness and how he shows he cares. I think I might be to the point that Justice needs a smack down lol. This is a great part 3 and I can't wait to read the last book.
I voluntarily reviewed this book in exchange for an advanced reader copy.
I am so freaking excited about this series. This book we added Lenin to the harem. I am embarrassed to admit that I actually googled “sexy ogre” because I just could not wrap my mind around Lenin. I love we got the sidekick best friend in this book. I cannot wait for Justice and Liberty to come together. There is so much going on and I can’t wait for the next one.
Liberty finds Truth, only his name is not Truth. He is a giant ogre. He turns out to be her mate and Justice's mate too. This book navigates her being with five mates. Liberty also learns how to control magic a bit more in this book. There are some good steamy scenes.
Book three is an edge-of-your seat kinda read that ends on an explosive cliffhanger. All of our favourite characters are back with the addition of a few new faces. This is combined with the humour and heat we've come to expect from this series and from the author herself. I can hardly wait for the exciting conclusion!
A fantastic continuation of Liberty's story. She sets off with her mates in search of the Sear named Truth. A surprise is in store when they find him that will alter their group forever....and made me laugh out loud. I Liberty and the rapport she has with all her men. I will be impatiently waiting for the last book to be released.. must find out how this story ends!
The latest installment of Liberty's story is full of adventure and twists. I love the new additions to her family as well as the clever twists. The story does end on another cliffhanger but it will leave you gasping. As her story plays out, you will be drawn in and wanting to see how her prophecy ends. I am really looking forward to the next book.
Loved it a compelling and exciting addition to the series. Liberty and her harem meet Truth on their adventures to unravel the prophecy and to defeat Greta the witch. I loved the banter between Liberty and all her guys and the banter between the guys and the introduction of Lenin into this mix made me laugh out loud on many occasions. I can’t wait to read the next instalment of this saga.
Wow! Steamy, paranormal, some character development. This book hit me right in the feels while picking up right where the last one ended. The plot line is definitely getting thicker and as always, I was surprised when I got to the end. Can’t wait to read the next book!
This is book three in this delightfully unique story. Some interesting plot twists going on. Truth aka Lenin is a one of a kind character that I absolutely adore! Oak is still my favorite vampire of the guys. I absolutely can't wait for the next book!
