A Sticky Situation indeed! I did not see that ending coming. Honestly, I saw this storyline going in a completely different direction. Oh, how wrong I was. I absolutely adored Cyanna and Shemar. They loved and doted on each other. The two of them were truly best friends. In spite of her fertility issues, Shemar loved his wife. He made sure to let Cyanna know, while he would love to have a baby with her, she was more than enough for him. Cyanna decided to take her doctor's advice and removed the pressure of having a baby from their sex life and just enjoy the moment. She may have enjoyed the moment too much. That Valentin's Day surprise came back to bite them in the azz in the most shocking way. That's one night Cyanna and Shemar will NEVER forget. Sticky Situation was a short and spicy read. It lived up to it's genre because, the sex was hot and plentiful. This was my first book by Chassilyn Hamilton and it did not disappoint. Now, let me hop on over to book two so I can see what's going on.

Cyanna and Shemar appear to be a picture perfect couple, there's only one thing missing... kids, a son to be specific. Like any other couple trying to conceive, they decide to spice things up. And spice is exactly what this author gives us. This book is filled with all kinds of kinky sex, along with an ending I was not expecting. This author did a great job with her first book and I look forward to following her literary journey.

I love when books have meaning. This book was different from the Valentine’s books I’ve read this year because it touched on the plight of many African American women.

A Sticky end! This book was so good and nasty. My face the entire time reading it was like that blinking blond guy GIF and baby the ending had me looking like Wee-Bey’s from the wire GIF cause I didn’t expect that. I love the set up to it though, the pacing of the story was great even though it was a novella.
She really made you feel the pain of not being able to conceive when you want to and highlighted a big issue that black women face daily. Not to mention the chemistry between the leads was 🔥🔥🔥As a first time author she really showed out and I’m excited to read more from her. Great read!

What a sticky situation we ended up with. This was such a good story with a twist. Short and sweet with just enough heat. The sex scenes babyyy, panty droppers ok! Everything about this was good af, I’m so proud of this author, she came all the way through. Loved it!

Sticky situation is prefect title
Cyanna experienced what a lot females go thru in real life. I loved that she took the doctor's advice and she was able to pregnant.
I hated that Summer gotten pregnant. I would have loved to received more details about SJ when brought to thier house and how Cyanna dealt with the experience.
Shemar was definitely a real life, supportive husband.

Bay-be I was sooo not expecting that plot twist at the end. This was my first read by Author Chassilyn Hamilton and she did her motherfudgesicklestix thang!!!
The love Shamar & Cyanna has for each other was felt from the beginning to the end. Despite the bumps in the road, Shamar ensured her that her love was enough to sustain him. That Valentine’s night was sexy asf, and I was kinda jelly, lol. Now the "Sticky situation" that came about was nothing close to what I imagined would come of that night shocked 😳 🫢.

Damn, that was hot! Whew, I need a drink! 😂 I loved the chemistry and love that was felt between Shemar and Cyanna! They were truly best friends, and loved each other to the moon and back! The only thing missing was being able to conceive. The trying and failing was causing Cyanna immense pain, although Shemar was doing all that he could to convince her that she was enough! When I figured out the surprise that Cyanna was planning for Valentine's Day, I was like uh uh sis, don't do it! I know you trying to spice it up, but this ain't the way! That wild sexy night gave them more than they bargained for! Great spicy, short read right before Valentine's Day! 👍👍👍

Talk about a sticky situation, whew, how about when I got done I was left with sticky panti... yeah this book lived up to its title for sure and the story was told so well. I did not anticipate that ending so it was definitely a bittersweet surprise. A job well done for this to be her debut novel!

Good and nasty
This book was filled with hot and steamy sex and I was here for it all. The couple had a lot of chemistry but they were missing one thing. I was elated for them when they finally got it but then that monkey wrench got thrown in there and my face was like 😳.

Yeah, I enjoy romance novels, black love, new perspectives even including other genres. My cringe alert radar resonates though, at the introduction of infidelity. I’m not a prude nor naïve. However, a couple sharing their sexual fantasies, proclivities, and desires with a third party is an invitation for despondency & disaster (current & or future for everyone) …🤦🏾♀️🤨🤷🏾♀️‼️hmmm, this one requires maturation..mine‼️

This was such a good read. It was a hot and steamy erotic Novella for sure please have wine when reading. The things this couple went through made for a real page turner. Cyanna and Shemar are for sure a couple that is on the list of favorite couples. The two of them together are amazing. Sometimes you just have to let nature take its course.

If this doesn't give you all the lovers day heat I don't know what will...Shemar and Cyanna was hot! And their love and sexy chemistry was burning up the pages. A little too much risky behavior landed them with more than they bargain for but in the end it was so beautiful. This is my first read from this author and definitely not my last I'm excited to read more in the future

What a sticky situation indeed! As wild as this story may seem, it seems just as realistic.
I am told the marriage can quickly turn into a chore and so can the sex... Especially when actively trying for a baby.

Wow!
This was a definitely a 10 on the heat factor scale! And the chemistry between Cyanna and Shemar was off the charts. However, it took longer to read than a novella usually takes for me. I think that was because I kept waiting for some more angst or a twist earlier on in the story. Still a good read, and I'll definitely look for the next release!

Aw hell naw!!! I really enjoyed this sexy love story about cyanna and shemar. I definitely was digging the steamy sex scenes especially valentine's day. But baby I couldn't handle the bomb that was dropped at the end. Hopefully you write a lil more about that!! Overall great read 📚

A great short story 😊
I loved the characters. It was a cute short story. From the name alone, I was stuck guessing all the possibilities of what the sticky situation could be lol. It was definitely a plot twist, but I enjoyed it!
