Evangeline is a woman who knows what she wants and has built her business on her own. The Devils, are seven wicked and powerful men, and they want her, and Evangeline wants to save her business. Neither she or they will stop until each get what they want. I was captivated from the first page until the last and couldn’t put it down. An incredible read and I can’t wait for the next book in this series.

So incredibly well written, well thought out, and well executed. I rarely give a book 5 stars, and while I could’ve used more steam I just loved the idea of this book. I can’t wait to see how this next book goes and I’m hoping for more character development and knocking Stephen out of the club (that little shi*)

So at first I didn't know what to expect, tbh I didn't know if I was going to like this book but as the story unfolded I fell in love with the characters! You want to hate the devils but by the end, you are rooting for them all! Including Ev! I loved seeing the way she grew throughout the book. I'm completely invested in their story and can't wait for book 2! Oh, and not to mention how STEAMY this story is! Whew! Holy HOT bananas! 🥵🔥

Fantastic penmanship! This story dug its claws in me and didn't let go until the end. I finished it in one sitting and missed out on sleep. Beautifully crafted story in a way that doesn't shame women in the s*x industry. I really recommend this book.

What a fantastic read, Evangeline is quite the head strong sexual person and the perfect match for the 7 devil's . They all know what they want and won't stop till they have achieved thier goals. Great start to a series,can't wait till the next book comes out.

Fast burning contemporary RH from multiple points of view from all the characters involved. If you are looking for flowers, hearts & soft romance this is not the one. If you want hard, raw emotions set in today's changing society then definitely a must read. We all have a little devil in us!

Brilliant read.
Evangeline is a strong woman with a smokey past. She has built herself and her business with her own two feet but not neccessarily on them! The Devils, 7 powerful men are the next stage of Evangelina getting what she truely wants. And she will do anything to get her way.

I dare you to read this book and not love the hell out of it!! I love the whole concept of this book. Its cleverly written with a different POV of all the main characters which gives you an insight of each of them. Evangeline (FMC) is a strong woman in her own right. Running a successful company - Dulce with her friend, partner and occasional lover - Grace (I dont think we found out enough about her in this book). Her world collides with The Devils. Seven not only powerful and hot men but the owners of The Devils Playground. A hot as hell exclusive club. To become one of them (A Devil) Evangeline must pass 7 dares. Holy hotness these dares and the devils literally steamed up my kindle!!!
I loved how everyone's sexuality and kinks were explored in this book and for me it was refreshing in how it was handled. Yes it was very sexual and steamy but it was also fun and sympathetic with feelings. It was great how open and honest Evangeline was with her sexuality too. That made the book for me. I loved Grace and Dani. Both sweet ladies.
I could list everything i loved about this book but im stopping now. Oh and the ending though?? Damn Ill have to wait for the next book now. My god this was a flaming brilliant start to this series. Loved It!!

I adore everything Joanne Ganci, she's working up to having a physical shelf in my home with all her books and this one is already on it.
This book is amazing ! I love all the Devils and their individual story and character and how they all interact and how not all the men are drooling over Evangeline. Although who in their right mind wouldn't drool over her... even I have a major crush on that woman.
I love the way they all interact with her and the storyline is there! It's a must read and I can NOT wait to see what will happen in the upcoming books 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

There’s a lot to like, but it somehow still just didn’t quite click for me.
I really appreciate the way sex workers and LGBTQIA+ people are discussed. I think it’s respectful and makes it clear that they’re important members of society.
I also like the fact that Evangeline knows what she’s worth, doesn’t take anyone’s shit, and works for what she wants.
But idk. Something about the characters just didn’t quite grab me as much as I’d hoped, leaving me with a very ‘meh’ feeling overall.

Honestly just not my cup of tea.. well written but she immediately started falling in love with a stalker she fucked a few times and I just couldn’t finish it.

Everything I’ve ever wanted in an RH Novel
I’ve ever been so upset at myself for reading the first book in a series where the other books aren’t even all listed with release dates… meaning it’s gonna be a long time before this 5 books series ends. I may be upset with myself but it was worth it. This book has everything I’ve ever wanted in an RH series.
A strong female lead who thought she had everything she needed but is finding out she needed and deserved more. A group of equally strong men who don’t fit the typical RH troupe. Usually, you know even the ones who fight the pull end up caving but with this troupe - I have no idea how things will end with two (maybe three) of the men. Will they all end up being in her harem? If so, how is that even possible with one not seeming to have any redeemable qualities (even by the others guys standards) and one in a committed loving relationship. Then you have Grace, her best friend and sometimes lover, who we even get her POV in a chapter. Does that mean a girl will join the harem or was that so we simply understand the complexity of all of her relationships? How does Dani fit into all this and her relationship with one of the guys? Will this even end up being what we see often with RH novels where there is exclusivity with the harem itself? Usually, I have the gist of a series figured out mid way through the first book, but I have so many questions that I want answers to right now… but will end having to wait and left to stalk this author till the books are all out. Lol
What a great start to what I hope turns out to be my favorite RH series. Full of steam, complex relationships and characters, adult dialogue and open communication, just enough inner monologue to understand how the characters feel but not too much that you feel like you’re stuck in their head while nothing progresses in the story, enough description of things to where you are able to visualize characters and places but she doesn’t take paragraphs to do so like some authors do, unexpected cliffhanger, beautiful writing style, well edited… I could keep going. This is book is perfection.

Seriously this book has lots of fun times, lots of story and will have lots of satisfied readers (as long as you can read one handed!!)

It’s just too early to tell. Now that Evangeline has completed her seven dares and is a Devil, their story is just beginning. Can’t wait to see what this new deal is and if they are going to save Atlas from Bianca.

Great read!
I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect going into this book but I’m so glad I gave it a shot! I love these characters, especially Evangeline. She’s the perfect mix of strong yet vulnerable. There are still some characters who we didn’t get a chance to get deep into their story and I can’t wait to learn more about them. The storyline was fun and unique. There was plenty of steam, as well as lots of laughs and feels. I’m definitely looking forward to book 2!

The book is incredibly well written and the subject matter is intriguing. That being said this book was not for me and was dnfed at 34%. It is by no fault of the book or author however, I love Joanne Ganci's writing and always appreciate her ideas and how she's willing to go where most people don't. I would recommend this book to anyone.

The writing was perfect and drew me in to a great story. I loved the dynamics between each of the characters, but I have to say I have a soft spot for Atlas and Kane.
I loved how strong and sure of herself Evangeline was, although seeing her more tender moments really made the character stand out for me.
I can’t wait to read more and enter the Devil’s Playground again!

I feel like it's been forever since I've last read a 5 star read.. but this book.. wow.. it gave me Lola and the millionaires vibes, but in a different twist.
Evangeline is amazing. I love the fact that she is a s** worker and doesn't carry any shame with it, she f-ing owns it!!
And then there are the men.. I mean wow. I though I had my favorites picked out early in the book.. but then, last second Ezekiel swooped in with his possessive "you'll come to me when you are ready to let them go" and that entire speech, I thought I had died and gone to alpha possessive heaven.
Now I am desperately waiting for book two and I dont know what to do with myself until it comes out. Please please pick this book up. It take a little for the story to really pick up, but when it does... wow.

I loved this book. Evangeline is just so take charge and in control. I loved how she was fierce without being harsh or over the top. I can’t wait to find out how the relationships with the devils develop and what is next for them all.

A story you want to keep reading
Joanne does it again, telling a story of a badass mc and the vastly different men she comes across. There are some trigger warnings, beware. Overall, a very good story that made me want to keep reading. I cant wait to see what happens next!

I wasn’t sure what to think when I opened this and I can say I was hooked! Ev is a strong character that you just can’t help but root for, and the steam 😉 wooooo the steam Joanne has some great scenes in all of hers and this is no different can’t wait for book two.

The first few chapters of the book are a bit confusing. But after that the plot develops very well and becomes compelling. I've already ordered the second volume of the series and can't wait for it to arrive. Evangeline is a fantastic heroine.
