Find out in this emotional, action-packed short story that will leave you wondering what else remains untold.
Read it now. Join Cara at the start of her adventures in this prequel to the Green & Gold series.
Jo Holloway is a chocolate-loving, soup-phobic, dog-adoring writer of fantasy novels. She'd much rather spend time in fantastical worlds than this one most days.
She has a degree in Microbiology, and worked in public health and IT before becoming an author, something her Clark Kent alter ego continues to do in her day job.
When not writing, you can find Jo out walking her Eurasier (yes, that's a dog breed) or cozied up with a book at home.
Before I start The Immortal Voices, I just had to read the prequel! It was nice to get a separate introduction for the main character, and prospective side characters. Just based on this, I’m excited to see what truths will unfold and what is to come. However, I didn’t really find the uniqueness of it- what makes it stand out. So, although I found it nice to learn a little more background information, I feel as though it was a little unnecessary to the entirety of the series. Perhaps that thought will change when I actually get into the series, but for now, that is my perspective.
Cara (Green & Gold 0.5) by Jo Holloway is the prequel of The Immortal voices and is a very enjoyable short read. In this book we meet Cara who has been seeing strange things that no one believes. Are they really happening? I definitely recommend and looking forward to reading more
Cara is an awesome introduction to the Green and Gold series. It’s short but grabbed my attention from page one. I enjoyed it so much I already have the first book on my kindle.
