Rate this book
After the worst date of all time, Rebecca finds herself on the run and in possession of a key. With no door in sight and no other place to hide, she stumbles into Freeman Motel. Upon arrival she notices that the receptionist and her workers are giving off an undesirable vibe. Besides the hot guy staying there who is a little too perceptive, the other guests in the lobby appear almost paralyzed or frozen. Under a fake name, Rebecca begins to uncover the motel’s secrets and finds more danger than she was ever looking for.

Rebecca is running away from something. We don't find out what it is for awhile, but she is terrified that the people involved will find her. She winds up at the Freeman Motel along with other guests acting strangely and only one person she feels she can trust. She finds the motel creepy, but is afraid to leave. The author left us with a cliffhanger. Gotta read the next book to find out what happens.

This is an edge of your seat thriller. You will not want to put it down. Rebecca Holt is running from murderers and finds a motel in the middle of nowhere. What she finds there will have her running for her life again. I received this book as an ARC and this is my honest review.

This is a quick read. I was not sure what to expect, but I loved the story. There is suspense and even a cliffhanger at the end.
