This book was one that I’ve read over the summer and provided one of my happiest memories. My daughter and I were on the beach and as I was finding beautiful poems I read them aloud to her and her reaction was lovely, she ‘got’ the poems and related to the themes.
It is a big anthology and possibly there’s too much to appreciate every single line. It’s definitely a book I’ll dip into time and time again. 4.5 stars

There was 4 books, Binary, Gamma, Atlas & Metamorphosis in this Volume 2 of Something Broken Something Beautiful. And I think each of them were just that, beautiful and broken, yet healing. 💕 I love my box set.

**Using this as a placeholder for the book, She, by Robert M. Drake. This was a limited edition and wasn't my favorite book written by him as I feel it lacked depth.

A simple poetry book. While the book is intended to speak to the struggles of leaving toxic relationships I found that the poems were organized in a beautiful flow which really explains how complex love really is.

It’s a poetry book where you dog ear the pages of your favorite ones. For me, it was the pages which made me reflect on how amazing love really is.
