Boo

Loved the stories but hate books that leave me hanging with no definite ending. Hopefully you will write ONE more that ends it all.

Manza Ella and Bear are asked to look into the death of a magical binder.

The course of the investigation leads to an explosion at a funeral.
Several people in Vin and Vanessa's wedding party falling mysteriously ill.
Some of the casts from past books die, and some all are changed in different ways forever.

In short? So many questions from the past answered, and, so many more possibilities opened for even better stories in the future.

A really good story with developed characters and a solid storyline with a surprise ending. That being said. This was a little slower paced than others and also sets the stage for the growth of many of the characters in the coming books. It also opens up the possibilities for specific character interactions that could have taken place in the earlier books that would not be in the same dynamics if the charcaters hadn't had to go through the growing steps needed to be in the place they are now.

When Ella and Vanessa investigate the death of a businessman, their lives will forever change. I think this is the best of the series to date, in which several long-running themes are tied up. The skilled writing, thrilling plot and the endearing and exciting characters keep the pages turning late into the night. I enjoyed this book and am looking forward to the next one. I received this book free and chose to make a voluntary, unbiased review.

Ella is back and better than ever. I love that we are learning more about the insane world that Ella now finds herself a part of. Ella is getting stronger and finding that her friends are the family of her heart. The mystery in this installment is tough and if you haven’t read the earlier books you may not understand all the clues. This is a terrific addition to the series.

Ella is learning her craft and growing in knowledge and powers, but negotiating life and relationships presents hurtles both good and bad. This investigation turns personal and deadly. This is my honest, voluntary review of an advanced reader copy of this book.

Kinda Ella does it again

Despite being knew to her mage state Ella always does her best to help others. This often leads to unexpected events, but mostly things work out just not the way she expects. This is book 7 in the series and I am eager to get into the next

Great addition to this entertaining series. The characters are endearing and well developed. The mystery was well plotted.

Ella saves the day again but not without some damage to herself and others.
