Welcome to Baby Bear's Bakery, a brand new patisserie run by a bear cub! While Bear may be a fine baker, he is not much of a business animal, so he has plenty to learn about running a small business. Finances, customer service and even researching new products are all new to this cub. But he is more than willing to dig his paws into the world of entrepreneurship.
An extremely nice looking book with a moderately cute story. I hope the following volumes add: a) more heart, b) more plot, or c) more educational aspects (like cake facts!) or I'm worried that this'll end up like Wonder Cat Kyuu-chan which I dropped.
Saw it while checking in books at work, got distracted by it for a little while so I checked it out and read it later. It's cute, I enjoyed it and it was a quick and cozy read.
A collection of comics featuring a naive baby bear who is a brilliant baker and store owner, and the human who decides to help the baby bear run the store.
This was super cute and had a great sense of humor. Baby Bear talks with a little bit of a lisp, so some readers may struggle to read his lines written with w's in place of r's. Other than that, hand this to readers of any age and let them enjoy.
This book was disgustingly cute, and I don't mean that in a fun way. The bear has a speech impediment and no clue how to run a bakery, which is the joke that is used over and over and over (and over). The book design is on point, I was drawn in by the cardboard texture cover and the interior two color printing that used a neon orange ink. But nope. Not for me.
This is the first manga I’ve ever read so it took me a second to get into the format since it’s opposite reading than American books but once I did it was soooooo cute and sweet! Can’t wait for the rest of the series
Baby Bear's Bakery is the cutest thing—I wanted to read it all over again the moment I finished it! This manga is the perfect pick-me-up for readers who enjoyed the blend of humor and fantasy in similar series, like Yokai Cats.
Cute cute cute cute cute cute cute cute! Really great read for taking your mind off anything dire and just injecting joy straight into your brain through your eyeballs. Can be enjoyed by all ages.
This little manga is so cute and cozy. If “adorable” was a genre, this would be it. 🧸 If you want to read some short and heart warming, pick this up asap!
Adorable! So glad I randomely picked up this simple wholesome slice of life read at a library in California. When I read this kind of book I think ‘this is the kind of work I want to make!’
