Mal is a Fixer, a child raised and trained to “fix” broken fairy tales by an organization the Fixers refer to as DeadEnd. Because, once you enter a fairy tale, there’s no getting out. Mal has been assigned Wonderland. You know Wonderland, the place Alice visited as a child. Wonderland, with a Mad Hatter and a Cheshire Cat. Wonderland, who has consumed twenty-seven Fixers before Mal and has been dubbed “toxic” by the Operators of DeadEnd. But Wonderland needs to be fixed. It’s been toxic so long that every Wonderland story in the real world is being transformed into something entirely not child friendly. After training for eleven years and studying every re-telling of Lewis Carroll’s classic, Mal leaves the world behind and enters her very own dead-end fairy tale. Well… everything is certainly twisted. The people are broken; the Bloody Queens’ reign has thrown the world into turmoil and upset the balance; and the places are, quite frankly, mad. At least she found a few mostly-sane, entirely gorgeous men to help her along the way. Help her re-write this fairy tale back to its original wonder. And perhaps help her build a life in Wonderland for when she succeeds - because she is determined to do what the other twenty-seven have not been able to. Everything seemed pretty straight forward, and going pretty smoothly, until she realized the fairy tale she’d been sent in to fix is actually infected by another… The box set includes a novella-length exclusive content!! **This is a series of full-length, new adult, reverse harem, dark romance novels with a ‘why choose’ ending, meaning the main character gets a happily ever after with more than one man. It contains magic, demons, shifters, nonsense, explicit sex scenes, blood, murder. There are references to past emotional abuse. This is a MMFMM book with a STRONG focus on the woman (although there is some MM and MMF in here, too).
Crea lives in upstate New York with her dog and husband. She has been writing since grade school, when her second grade teacher had her class keep writing journals. She has a habit of creating secondary, and often time tertiary, characters that take over her stories. When she can't fall asleep at night, she thinks up new scenes for her characters to act out. This, of course, is how most of her meant-to-be-thrown-away characters tend to end up front and center - and utterly swoon-worthy! Don't ask her how many book boyfriends she has...
When not writing, Crea is an avid reader. Her TBR pile is several hundred books high (don't even look at her kindle wish list or the unread books on her tablet). Sometimes, she enjoys crafting; sometimes, exploring nature; sometimes, traveling. Mostly, she enjoys putting her characters on paper and breathing life into them. Oh, and sleeping. Crea loves to sleep!
This is an amazing set of books that will hook you and keep you reading all the way from book 1 till the end of book 4. Each of these books move along at a great pace, have amazing characters and a story that will keep you interested and reading. These are a must read set that needs to be on your to be read list, you will not be sorry that you did.
**My thanks to the author for providing me with a free copy for an honest review**
Oh Holy Crow!! how on earth have I not read anything from this author before? I have completely devoured the four books in this box set in the last few days, even ending with a kind of insomnia not being able to sleep because I just HAD to know what was going to happen next.
This tale is based in wonderland, but not the wonderland that we have read in books. This tale is wrong, twisted and malformed so that a fixer needs to come in and sort it out. So far twenty seven have failed, now its Mals turn, knowing that their is no way out of the story once she enters the door.
The world building is captivating, the characters delight, make you cry and make you angry at them. You just cannot be helped but be swept up into the story as I leaps off the pages and and pulls you under.
Each book ends on a cliff hangar, so I immediately went straight for the next book.
We get some answers to the questions that have been posed, we get lots of action, brilliant writing, and characters that you just want to hug. The four books leave a lot of questions open, however they open straight into the next series, The Chronicles of Madness. (Yes I have immediately downloaded all the books as I cannot wait for the boxset for the new series to be out in less than a month lol.
I will certainly be keeping an eye out for other works by this author as I get the feeling she is going to become one of my new favourites.
This is one of my favorite retellings of Alice in Wonderland! Crea Reitan does an amazing job creating unique characters that pull you into their world and hold you down to experience the lives they live. Just an absolutely fabulous series!! And you now get to binge the entire series at once! If you have a love of Alice in Wonderland than this is definitely a series to pick up! Highly recommended! 💜🖤
With the release of "The Search for Nonsense" I had to take the time to reread the first four books. I am so glad I did. One, I loved this series just as much the second time as I did the first. Two, something about reading them back-to-back let's you parse together so many more details. Crea's created such a rich world, you really get to take it all in when you read the set.
A truly different take on Alice in wonderland a twisted n sick place that needs fixing loved the journey these 4 books took me on I love mal n all her men on to the next series in this world
This is a fantasy RH with a heavy focus on mm. Some scenes can be seen as dubcon.
Twisted adaptation of a much loved classic. so refreshing and not like any other wonderland book I’ve read, and I’ve read a lot of them. Loved how it links to another well known tale bringing something new to the story. Characters are nothing like you would expect while still keeping the core of the original characters they have been based on. All are twisted but completely lovable.
As the chronicles of blood reaches its conclusion we are left with just as many questions as answers so if you were hoping this book would wrap everything up nicely with a cute little bow then your in for a shock. Although this is the last book in the series, Laddenworn is yet to be restored to Wonderland so Mals story is far from over and will continue with the Chronicles of Madness.
I’m so glad the author has decided to continue Mals story, there is just so much that has been left up in the air and I would have lost my mind to the madness had it just ended as it did.
I’m a big fan of playlists and Inspiration boards, the author providing links to mood noise for certain chapters was a touch of genius and really brought things to life.
Crea's twist on Wonderland is AMAZING. It is dark and thoughtful with flashes of bright and colorful emotions thrown in. Mal and her eclectic group of men are such wonderful characters even with all their emotional flaws of having survived the fall of their magical home and rampaging Queens. The emotions of this story cover the spectrum of colors, Green=Jealousy, Yellow=Friendships, Red=Love and Black=Rage and every color and emotion in between. As a reader there is no doubt that you will fall down the rabbit hole and get sucked into this fantastically twisted tale of Wonderland.
This box set is a dark and steamy series that retells the story of Wonderland. There is a lot to these books. I loved the characters and the different dramas/growths that happen. Some parts are VERY dark. Very good series!
This was a fun and whimsical story that grabs you from page 1. You’re thrown headfirst into a twist on Alice in Wonderland full of amazing characters, sexy scenes, action packed storyline and more. Highly recommend.
This is an interesting twist on the wonderland area. Mal and her men go through a lot and it looks like they are still going through more. Onto the next series.
Wonderland is in complete disarray and Mal must figure out how to fix it. This was a fascinating story of Wonderland. I enjoyed the different versions of characters and can not wait to see what happens next.
I happened across this series recommended in a FB group, and thought it sounded interesting. This is the first book by Creating Reign that I have read and I was very excited after reading the description. Upon first starting this box set I had a very hard time getting into it, I actually quit several times after the first few pages, whether this was do to the fact that I just wasn't in the right state of mind to become immersed in its story, or due to the fact I was suffering a major book hangover from another series, I know not. I will say this was no fault of the author. After a couple of rough starts, I was suddenly hooked, by chapter two I couldn't put it down. I have been reading this every waking moment since. I have foregone sleep, skipped out on household chores, ignored phone calls and everything going on around me, so thoroughly committed to finding out what happens next. By book two, I went on Amazon and bought/preordered the next series that follows Mel's story, by halfway through book two I purchased all of Crew Delta's books, certain I have found a new favorite author.
This is a fantastic series! It’s a totally new and different take on both the book and characters from Alice in Wonderland. The world is super rich and detailed and you really get to know each one of the characters. I enjoyed Mal quite a bit as a FMC and her men are loyal and loving. Great read!
When i first saw the add on facebook i was like "huh curious favorite story guess ill try it out." Honestly love it to no end and cant wait to see the other parts of the story absolutely superb reworking of alice in wonderland
This story is insanely crazy and wacky. But it fits the whole story so perfectly. Mal is from the other world and is tasked with trying to fix this crazy world. Amazing characters. Crazy story.
This is A fantastic value for money box set where you get the first four books all in one place enabling you to hinge read through them easily. I have already read these before but life having them all in one place.
Fixer Mal has to navigate her way through the story to try and fix it, something the 27 previous fixers failed to do. She meets some larger than life characters and things do not do as she expected. Great story well written with amazing characters looking forward to the next 4 books in this amazing series
What a great twist on Alice in Wonderland! The author kept all of the fun whimsy of the original but turned it on its ear, made it a reverse harem then turned the heat up to 10! This story features a strong female lead and several quirky and fun male leads. Offered a lot of MF, MM and MMF/MFM action. Enjoy!
Toxic Wonderland is 5/5. The world building—even though most people know wonderland—is phenomenal. All the changes and cracks that make this wonderland (Laddenworn, as the characters call it) different from the one we all know and love are explained and described so well. The build-up of all the relationships and the relationships themselves seem so believable, and that actually doesn’t change much in the other books which is nice. All the riddles are super interesting and the prophesies are cool too!! There are some really phenomenal scenes in this book specifically.
Magical Wonderland is 3/5. There’s a lot of weird miscommunication and some really awful stuff in this one that I didn’t appreciate not being warned about. Sure there’s a lot of gore and sexual content in these books, but the beginning of the second book makes me feel sick. And other than that the plot in this book felt a bit non-existent.
Dying Wonderland is 4.5/5. The Cheshire Cat gets some love in this one which is all I wanted this whole time lmao. And the whole harem is finally introduced in this one. There are some great characters and a good amount of good mystery. The ending for this one was a bit dumb tho...
Bloody Wonderland is 4/5. There’s a lot of good in this book. The battle, the weddings the time skip because a lot of time has to pass for stuff to happen so I think that was done really well. How all the husbands interact and live and bond together is so cute. Since the end of the last one was Iffy, it did lead to the beginning of this one being not very great and... spoiler there’s a betrayal that pops up that I didn’t like in the slightest.
Overall this part of the series gets a solid 4/5. The spicy scenes are also for the most very good, there just isn’t as many of them as I was expecting, which was a little bit of a bummer, but not the end of the world.

Okay, I honestly laughed this book of within the first chapter. But then it clicked that this is the same author that wrote Blood of the Devil, and it's AMAZING. I sucked it up and dove back in, totally worth it!
I find myself again saying, you have NEVER read a book like this. These characters are insane, and I don't mean in the mad way. There's enough mystery that you can't guess all of them right away, and it's fun to try. I've forced my friends to help with some.
Great start to the series, I'm excited for book two!
MAGICAL
The imagery and imagination of these books never ceases to amaze me! I'm loving these characters and their relationships. I'm hoping Eagy eases up on his jealousy though because I'm dying for some Ryph-Chesh action 🤣 I'm also dying to know what the heck is up with TL?? These books are wild!
On to the next!
DYING
This story progressed beautifully!! I'm so glad to get to see some action for Chesh finally!! 🤣 And TL has stopped acting so cold, curious indeed. We're finally getting some answers. I'm OBSESSED with this series!
BLOODY
OKAY!! This book was crazy intense. I got some of the action I've been dying for and I'm anticipating some new... relationships.... lol I can't get enough of this series!!
I read the first book as an ARC a year ago and was blown away with how it captured me and left me begging for more, now that I’ve read this I’m left begging again. I usually prefer standalone books as I’m an impatient reader but when it comes to these I can’t help but be hooked. There is so much involved and I really do love how this author creates and tells the story. The character building is amazing and the characters are endless, the emotion is there with them all, it’s incredibly hot and the storyline is insane. There are so many twists and turns that you’ll struggle to put this book down. I can’t wait to check out more series from this author. I read this book as an ARC.
This is a 4 book box set of a retelling of the story Alice In Wonderland.
Mal is a trained fixer assigned to fix the fairytale Alice In Wonderland. 27 other fixers have failed before her. Something in Wonderland now known as Laddenworn is corrupted making it off balanced. Soon things appear to resemble the fairy tale Snow White and the seven dwarfs which starts the belief that one tale can effect another. Mal slowly meets 7 suitors that have their own sad stories as well. They quickly become a huge support system and join her in saving Wonderland/ Laddenworn. A fun and entertaining read.
I received an ARC from Hidden Gems and this is my review.
This series is by far my favorite Wonderland retelling. It’s complex, detailed, and insanely unique. The writing is phenomenal and easily grabs my attention to the point I lose myself in a whole other world for hours. Crea’s books have quickly become my go to when I want to escape my real world, which is quite often here lately.
I cannot recommend this series and the follow up series with Mal and all her men enough to other readers. Plenty of steam, MM, real life relationship hurdles, complex plots, and plenty of intriguing mysteries on Mal’s journey to fix Wonderland.
It's hard to review 4 books in 1 review. But I wanted to say that this was very imaginative, and the world building was stupendous. My only real complaint was that I felt the majority of the emotional, and relationship building was centered around Eagy, and not Mal. The whole harem relationship seemed to be centered around Eagy, and Gryph. And their feelings. The other men got very little time in this story. One of them even died without hardly even a word. Would still recommend, and will continue on to the next books.
Wow! A good series! As a fan of Alice in Wonderland, I did think the FMC was a bit out of touch with the story she was supposedly studying for 11 years. That part was very frustrating for me, but the conclusion and the steam level made up for it. I was kind of addicted after the first book and I will definitely read more by this author. Check it out! I voluntarily reviewed this after receiving a free copy.
Omg I loved this series! It’s been a long time since I’ve had a book keep me up to the wee hrs of the early morning. This series had my attention from the start! I loved the different take on the story. The creativity of it all was truly amazing. I can’t wait to read the continuing series! Loved this series!
Did not know I was missing this type of book in my library. I have never read RH before, and I am so glad I was recommended these books! Love her versions of these fairytales, and I can not wait for more! Loving the stories written by her and my husband loves the fact that I am so invested in these books! (He gets more action whilst I'm reading these books! 😂😉🥵🔥😂
Really enjoyed this series This author really knows how to create a world that you can really find yourself getting lost in. I look forward to reading more from her in the future.
