Aiden Savage has always run Savage Security with a ruthless control. But now his company has been infiltrated by a clever industrial spy. A spy intent on destroying everything he’s built. When all signs point to Daysha, his treasured assistant, she quits. Stunning him. Does she really think he will just let her go? Now he’s got two weeks, to use all of his resources, his skills, and his heart, to save the two things that matter the most.
Jailaa West grew up on the southside of Chicago. She fell hard for romance books in junior high school when she got her first book boyfriend. Aww, she remembers it like it was yesterday. That first kiss. When he swore his undying love. When they married in the epilogue. When it ended. Say what now? She quickly found another book boyfriend and then another and yet another. She’s been book-in-love quite a few times now and she loves it as much as the first time. Books have always given her a happy place; a heart full of hope, love, and a light when the world seemed dark. She hopes to do the same for her readers.
Watching the woman you are crushing on go out on a date with someone else is killing Aiden. That move does get him determining what he wants and what he wants is Daysha. He has known her since she was 18 and too young for him. She now proves that she is grown and he wants to control her. Protecting her triggers him to go after that control. A very good read.
Aiden and Daysha have been wanting each other for years, but neither makes a move until a new threat arrives on the scene.
Super cute story. This series is definitely improving. I can’t wait to read more about the Savage brothers! Another enjoyable, quick read recommended by UniqueWords, LLC.
This is my first time reading this author works. In this third installment of the Savage Security Series, we are introduced to Aiden & Daysha. Daysha has worked for the brothers since she was 18 yrs. old and has had a major crush on Aiden to the point where she would have fantasies about them being together. Aiden has seen Daysha had too young for him in the beginning and as time move on, he has seen the woman she has become and is strongly attracted to her. It not until she went out on a date that he realizes that he didn’t like that one bit and decided to do something about it.
The man that Daysha was dating had interior motive, he was using her with the intent on destroying everything Aiden and his brothers built. I like the fact that Aiden was cool, calm and in control type of guy, until it came to Daysha. When they finally gotten together their chemistry was HOT.
Now Ms. West is just showing off! The first two books in this series were excellent. However, she has elevated Daysha and Aiden’s story to a new level. The dialogue was crisp and intense. The couple seemed to like each other and they had a long history. Daysha has worked for the four Savage Brothers (cutely named with the letter A...Aiden, Asa, Avery and Adam) for seven years. She has loved him all this time while he considers her to be too young....until she wasn’t. This story dovetails with the action from the first two books and will continue with Adam’s entry next. Come on Asa and Avery! Great story and Daysha was the best h so far in the series...just saying....smart, resourceful, loving....
I keep repeating myself but I love Jailaa West and her stories.
The theme is not uncommon but the way she livens up her characters is unique.
Let me explain. In a very hot sex scene we've got the hero, the heroine but we also have his hands with a mind of their own building anticipation, escalating the passion toward climax. And then another member of his body, ahem, "Pushing forward to place a light kiss on her lips in thanks. You are welcome she returned with a soft kiss" You see, they join their lovemaking with mind, body and soul tearing down walls and barriers with everything they got!
Dnf, I’m sorry bcs this is the first book from this author but I didn’t like the book, In the fist chapter, her three bosses, all brothers, demanded her phone and acussed her of spy and betrayal… she is too understanding with them after 7 years working with them! No, no, no All the storyline about him fuck… around and she waiting for him and being a virgin is so sad… no, no, no I’m sorry , sure the book is good for other people, just try it,

Here are some good stories about strong men who appreciate strong women. Great characters and plots.
Normally I wait to read a book series until everything has been published. Luckily, these books can stand alone but they build well on each other. I like that they are not true cliffhangers.
Well, another Savage brother falls. Daysha was his heart and soul from the beginning. He just had to wait for her to grow up. She loved him from the start. I so enjoy romances the bloom from long relationships from friends to co-workers. There is more meaning when there is history.
Aiden and Daysha have been dancing around each other for quite sometime. A situation now involves Daysha and Aiden acts on his feelings and so does Daysha. Daysha's response is to give in her resignation and Aiden's is not to accept it- Who will win this stand-off. There are a couple of loose ends at the end of this story. 1. Daysha's father? did he really just give up?
I know this book was under 100 pages but yikes! I felt noooo chemistry between the two lead what so ever! We knew the FMC had the hots for her boss but he did feel a thing for her until someone else touch her booty! Pass! Maybe I’m a petty little B but I wouldn’t want to be with someone who only wanted me when someone else showed interests in me
I love this one. How Aiden, Daysha come together Daysha thinking Aiden doesn't see her and Aiden waiting for her to come to age so he can date her. I just love how they both realize they love each other when they are going to lose each other.
This was a new to me author and I was not disappointed. The was an easy book to read and the story flowed just right. If you love a good romance then you need to read this book
First book to be read by the author Jailaa West. I believe you'd is the first short story that I really enjoyed. I feel like the book was whole even though it was short, the author got their point across with Aiden and Daysha. Loved it.
Aiden and Daysha were both in love, but allowed their insecurities about age and commitment to keep them apart. It took a security crisis and interest from an outside party to push then past the guards they had erected around their heart.
This book was hot sweet and spicy. The sex was great and even the conflicts were not to outrageous. The only thing that pissed me off is the proofreading was poorly done. Was it Adam or Aiden who was her man? Come people! That’s why 4 stars.
I was not unhappy when I finished the story, I just thought it predictable, the plot was weak, the passion lacking, and repetitive. I’m not going to finish the series. Sorry this one was a little lame for me.
Ms. West writes swoony alphas like nobody's business! I love the take on Aiden's former player way: it's not every day a romance novel exonerates the MC's past in such a relatable manner. The times between the sheets are absolutely scorching! The heat level keeps rising with each book in this series!! I also love the banter between the brothers lol Can't wait for the next installment!!!
Daysha and Aiden make a passionate pair. Everyone knows Daysha has feelings for her boss and she is the only one who can quieten his moods. But things get out of hand when she is targeted by someone seeking information about the security team she works for. Aiden is immediately defensive and protective of her. Aiden's realisation that Daysha means more to him than just his secretary makes for humorous reading. A quick and passionate read.
Just like the others thus book 📖 was good. It only took Aiden 7 years to realize he loved her Once she quit then his eyes opened. I can't wait to see what happens next.
