This book is well written and a very helpful guide to fighting your own self-sabotaging tendencies. I have found that many self-help books can drone on and on, but Dr. Seti has an effective program in a very doable package! I started this workbook after reading The Mountain Is You and being very disappointed by the fluffy content. But here you really get to work on your self sabotage behaviors. The chapters have a great length, the exercises are helpful and the overall book gives enough depth to battle your inner Sabby.
This is really helpful to understand yourself. I liked being able to write down and visually see my thoughts. I really enjoyed the part of naming the negative voice in my head. It is going to be really useful and I can go back and refresh.
