Visit historic American landmarks through the Doors to the Past series. History and today collide in stories full of mystery, intrigue, faith, and romance.
Two successful women, a hundred-and-twenty-years apart, build walls to protect their hearts. Modern-day Willa, a successful interior decorator, is chosen to consult for the Grand Hotel’s possible redesign. She discovers a journal detailing the struggles of a young woman, Lily—which reveals dark secrets. The renowned singer wasn’t who she pretended to be. As Willa reaches out to Lily’s descendant, a charismatic and prominent landscape artist, she lets down her guard. Should she share the journal with him, or once again erect a wall as she struggles to redesign both the Grand and her life?
The dual-time in the story created a very interesting insight into the past. I loved seeing the story evolve through two time periods and how everything was woven together with plenty of secrets.
The Grand Hotel was a wonderful backdrop for the story. The characters from both time periods are well-developed and all brought their own personalities and expertise to the story. The mystery and suspense of the story had me engaged from the beginning.
Behind Love's Wall is a page-turner and I couldn't put it down. The Christian aspects added to the story well. Highly recommended.
I was provided with a complimentary copy and willingly choose to review it.
Behind Love’s Wall takes the reader on a double journey of intrigue and romance on Michigan’s Mackinac Island. Author Carrie Fancett Pagels does a well-balanced job in this dual-timeline story. From 1895 to 2020, the setting of the famous Grand Hotel immerses the reader in the grandeur and elegance of a time gone by that is still accessible today. While Lily and Stephan do their best to hide their pasts in 1895, Willa and Michael are equally determined to unearth them in 2020. There are enough tangled webs in this story to keep the reader happily turning each page. This may be my favorite book by this author yet.
Fantastic story! This is a Doors to the Past book and it's such a great look at history - I've enjoyed all the books in this series that I've read!
It's a dual timeline story - and all the characters are so intertwined, it's really interesting to see how they're all connected and how their stories lay out. The setting is the magnificent Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island, in my home state of Michigan.
Current day designer, Willa, is tasked with consulting for the Grand Hotel’s possible redesign. During part of a demolition, she finds a journal - lost in 1895 by Lily, the hotel's summer songbird. In the pages of the journal lay dark secrets about Lily's past. With the help of local landscaper, Michael, Willa sets out to discover more about Lily's life and in turn, learns more about the missing pieces of her own past. It's very intriguing!
Thank you to NetGalley, the author and publisher for a temporary, digital ARC in return for my review.
Behind Love's Wall (Doors to the Past) by Carrie Fancett Pagels is a wonderful story of dual timelines from 1895 to 2020. The story is beautifully intertwined amidst the gorgeous setting and backdrop of Mackinac Island and the Island's famous Grand Hotel.
There are intriguing secrets to be held and discovered in the murkiness of shame, believing that her own life (Lily) will be affected if her true name is revealed with the secrets the family secret is holds. But fast-forward to 2020 to Willa, a contemporary interior designer, who is searching for answers about her own past. Through the pages of a journal that has been recovered at the renovation in Mackinac Island's Grand Hotel, will there be answers to questions? What intriguing mysteries will be revealed and what surprising discovery is to be found?
A truly enjoyable and intriguing read. Highly recommended.
I was provided a complimentary copy of this publication. My thanks to the Publisher and Carrie Pagels for the opportunity to review this book. I have reviewed this publication voluntarily - all opinions are my own.
Mackinac Island - such a place I want to go to someday for vacation. My grandparents went years ago, it sounds so picturesque.
This is the story of Lily and Willa. Lily in 1895 - the signer of the Grand Hotel. Willa in 2020 - the intended designer to update a suite. Little did she know there was a supposed murder in the suite and it has been untouched since 1895. With the long history of her family on the island and area, Willa is comfortable and anxious to begin, but as things show up and new stories come to light, is this really a project she wants to pursue. Lily comes to the island trying to break away from Kentucky, her mother's demise, and the curse she thinks she is under. Each with the help of a handsome suiter do they find that the past cannot dictate the present, or even their future.
I enjoyed this book, there were some instances I think it jumped and I didn't get why, but in all it was a good read. Thank you to Netgalley and Barbour Publishing for this advanced reader copy.
3.5 I'm really enjoying this Doors to the Past series!
This is the first story I read by Author Carrie Fancett Pagels although I have several that I am looking forward to on my to-be-read pile!
Behind Love's Wall kept my interest and really had me turning pages late into the night! The many twists and turns and a dash of suspense, had me wondering about what would happen in both storylines. I enjoyed both Lily and Willa's stories!
Fans of dual timeline stories are sure to enjoy Behind Love's Wall!
Thank you to Net Galley for allowing me to read an early copy. All opinions are my own.
(And this is just a personal preference but covid was mentioned a fair amount, as well as the pandemic, wearing masks, covid brain, etc. It does accurately portray how things were at that point in time. But reading as an enjoyable escape, I'd rather not read about Covid 19. But that's just my preference. Otherwise, I really enjoyed this dual timeline story!)
This time split romance takes place on Mackinac island between a Victorian songstress (Lilly) with a secret family shame and a contemporary interior designer (Willa) who wrestles with questions regarding her own background. Both ladies are linked over a century’s separation by a mystery as revealed in a journal uncovered at a renovation in Mackinac Island’s picturesque Grand Hotel.
Exploring unconditional love overcoming shadows and shame, this book is Pagels at her finest tackling a complex cast of characters, each with dimensions of a common redemptive theme.
This is one for readers who enjoy characters and story with depth, feeling, and authentic and satisfying resolution. I could not wait for each new chapter in this well-woven tale of two women finding love despite personal and professional tumult. Wonderful surprises at the end. Savor every delightful moment.
I’m going to start out by saying that I could not bring myself to finish this book. I was so excited to read this one since I have been enjoying this whole series, but I was very disappointed to find that this book mentions Covid and all that comes with it. I enjoyed the bit of the historical half of this book, but that wasn’t enough to keep me interested. I, and many other readers that I know, read to escape reality and present day issues. I understand that the author wanted to make it realistic, but there was ways to do it without bringing up Covid. I will not recommend this book for that reason.
I received a complimentary copy from the publisher. I was not required to write a positive review. All opinions expressed are mine alone.
Behind Love’s Wall (Doors to the Past) by Carrie Fancett Pagels
Behind Love’s Wall is a dual-timeline story set within the grandeur of the Grand Hotel of Mackinac Island. It takes us to two different time-periods: the past of 1895—the story of Lily and Stephen, and the present of 2020—the story of Willa and Michael.
The characters of both time-periods have a connection of sorts. Singer, Lily seems to have had a dark secret and present-day Willa is determined to uncover those secrets—even while holding onto her own secrets. What follows takes the reader back and forth as the clues are uncovered and revealed. I found myself trying to figure out where the clues were leading as I read along. Sometimes I guessed correctly and other times I was way off.
I like having recurring characters show up in the stories; like the Christy family. Gotta love those Christy’s! I enjoyed the mysteries, intrigue, romance, joys, love, redemption theme and faith of each time-period and how they tie into each other. One of my favorite parts is the setting, Mackinac Island. I almost feel as if I have visited there (I haven’t yet) from the vivid descriptions of Mackinac and the Grand Hotel.
I am really enjoying the series, Doors to the Past Barbour Publishing has out. This one is written by one of my favorite authors, Carrie Fancett Pagels. Her love for Michigan and Mackinac Island is very apparent in her writing and thorough research she does for her books. Her enthusiasm really shines through. Behind Love's Wall, as many of her other books are has most of it's setting on Mackinac Island from 1895 to 2020 in this dual time-line novella. I enjoyed reading this as it revisited many of her past books through characters that show up in this book. This book kept me happily turning pages past my bed time as I was intrigued by the mysterious past that so perfectly meshed with the present. I loved all the historical details and be sure to read the author's notes at the back of the book for more information. Highly recommended!
Pub Date 01 Nov 2021 I was given a complimentary copy of this book. Thank you. All opinions expressed are my own.
This is one of my favorite stories by author Carrie Fancett Pagels. A dual timeline, a mystery, love, danger, secrets, and family history kept me reading and not wanting the story to end. The lives of the characters are filled with many twists and turns. What a great story! I received a complimentary copy of the book. No review was required.
Every time I travel to Mackinac Island in one of Carrie Pagels’ novels, I find myself going home to the familiar and beloved places. In this time-split installment of Doors to the Past, the adventure threads 1895 with 2020 through a mysterious journal. Accusations buried in the past seep through the walls into the lives of islanders and visitors. I enjoy journaling. This novel makes me wonder if my words could unlock mysteries of the past. I don’t imagine anyone will care about my simple life though. Journals help the owner express feelings that otherwise go unrecorded. It is an outlet of release, a means to move forward. In this case it is a door to the past. I’m so glad I walked through this one. Thank you for the journey.
This dual time story is set on the beautiful island of Mackinac. With the author’s detailed description, I felt like I was seeing the sights of all this small island has to offer. Each story has its own mystery and I liked seeing how Lily’s story from the past connected to that of Willa’s as she tries to uncover the real story that is found hidden in a room she is redecorating. The surprising ending provided a nice way to conclude the story.
You will enjoy this story if you like dual timeline books that have mystery and romance. This is a book in the Doors to the Past series and can be read as a stand alone. There are a few people from the author’s other books who make appearances throughout the story. This made it fun that they were included, but it is an added bonus and it isn't necessary for you to have any previous knowledge of these characters.
Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for a digital copy of this book to review. All opinions expressed are my own.
This was a good addition to this series. It’s told in dual timelines and I thought the story set in the past was much more interesting. I did think both stories dragged a bit. I think the covid comments could have been left out of the book. It didn’t add anything to the story. For the most part I enjoyed the story. Thanks to the publisher for the early copy
'Behind Love's Wall' is the fifth in the 'Doors to the Past' series (each book standalone, yay!), and I was really excited about it as I've actually read the others released so far. Shocker! Lol!
I read the book in two days, which is telling! It's definitely engrossing, and a great way to while away a couple afternoons ... and boy, would I like to visit Mackinac Island now. Yes, please!
Both timelines had their perks; I'd be hard pressed to choose one over the other. It did get a little choppy at times trying to keep the two straight, as different characters with the same names existed in both--great to indicate they were related, or to give a hint at to how the story might pan out, but challenging in terms of tracking it all. "Wait, am I in 1895 or 2020?"
The 2020 timeline included multiple references to the pandemic and #pandemiclife, including wearing face masks. Some other reviewers noted they struggled with this (seeing it as #toosoon), but I didn't mind and actually kind of enjoyed it--simple acknowledgement of the way things have been for a while, and seeing how others dealt with it, albeit in fiction.
Pagels really brought Mackinac Island to life in 'Behind Love's Wall,' and that was truly the highlight for me--especially given the pandemic. Travel isn't (and hasn't been, for 85+ weeks as of this writing!) what we're all used to, and this was a great way to mentally travel to a new place.
4/5 stars.
I received an eARC of the book from the publisher via NetGalley. All opinions are my own.
I love dual timeline stories. From 1895 to the present both stories intertwined so well that I got caught up in both of them and I couldn't wait to find out how it all worked out. Carrie does a fine job of sharing many characters and their history surrounding The Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island in upper Michigan. There were beautiful descriptions of the magnificent countryside and the Great Lakes that I found delightful. In the late 1800's Lily was a singer at the Grand Hotel with her cousin piano player. Due to her past she was embarrassed to let anyone know the truth so she traveled quite a bit. She meets a handsome psychiatrist but she keeps her past a secret. He also has a secret from his past. An interesting romance. In the present day, Willa, who is a famous designer with her own TV show, comes to redo a room with a history no one want to discuss and it turns out to be a bigger challenge than she expected. She makes a surprising discovery that gives her some answers. A lot went into writing this book and I found it enjoyable but also interesting!
In Behind Love's Wall, author Carrie Fancett Pagels sweeps the reader away in a wonderful dual-timeline set on beautiful Mackinac Island—with seagulls squawking over brilliant azure lakes, lovely vast arrays of flowers, small-town tourist shops, horse-drawn carriages, and bicycles galore! How I'd love to visit, but at the moment I'll enjoy the beauty vicariously through the author's splendidly descriptive writing.
Two successful women, a hundred-and-twenty years apart, are somehow connected and with the help of an old journal, modern day interior decorator, Willa, is determined to find out the writer's deep, dark secrets. If you enjoy a story with strong, complex characters, plenty of stunning descriptive imagery, and two sweet romances for the price of one—be sure to pre-order BEHIND LOVE'S WALL at your fave bookseller!
*I received a complimentary copy of this book from Barbour via Netgalley in exchange for my honest opinion. All opinions expressed are my own and I received no monetary compensation.*
This was a romantic and intriguing story that takes place on Mackinac Island, a place that I know the author is very familiar with. It's a split-time book that gives you both a historic and a contemporary mosaic of many twists and turns as the story continues. It is truly a charming story and I found it very enjoyable to read. The Grand Hotel sounds like a wonderful place both then and now and a perfect setting for this book.
I received an ebook copy from the NetGalley. All thoughts are my own.
I once visited Mackinac Island and was mesmerized by the beauty and history there. I long to go back. I am so glad I get to visit anew when I read a book by Carrie Fancet Pagels. This dual time book made it doubly amazing because I saw it through two sets of eyes, in 1895 and 2020. “God could set aside the past and heal their hearts. And there were new beginnings.” Not only did Ms. Pagels do an incredible job weaving the two storylines together through an old journal, she also tied this book to others she has written. Both historical and modern settings capture the unique flavor of the island. The characters were well drafted and highly interesting. Willa and Lily are both looking for clues to their parentage and are hiding secrets about their pasts. “The wall that she had built around her heart was beginning to feel less like cement and more like an evergreen hedgerow. And those could be trimmed and even cut down.” They learn that building walls rarely helps things and to uncover the truth can set them free. Using her expertise, Ms Pagels also sheds light on psychological problems, as well as medical ailments that can masquerade as mental issues. This story was deftly layered and the plot was extremely intriguing. I loved the whole thing! *I received a complimentary copy of this book from the author. I was not required to give a favorable review. All opinions are my own.*
Behind Love's wall was a magnificent story with mystery in two different generations. It takes you to The Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island. A woman in the present looking for the truth about her Father, a woman in the past seeking to hide her mother's shame, these heroines were doing all they could. The heroes in both timelines are the kind that you want to take home. Romance intertwines the mysteries and the truth is sought. I loved every word that drew me into the page.
I have loved these Doors To the Past books and the faith intermixed into the mysteries. These have become an autobuy for me and an auto request on NetGalley.
The stories are compelling and well written. The faith element comes naturally and isn't forced. The characters experience growth and the mystery unfolds at a perfect pace. I could not recommend these more.
I received an early copy through the publisher on NetGalley and this is my honest review.
Behind Love’s Wall is the fifth installment of Barbour’s great Doors to the Past series. Having loved the first four dual-timeline books in the series, I was looking forward to reading this one. I was a bit disappointed. I enjoyed the 1895 story. Detailed descriptions brought the Mackinac Island setting to life. The historical aspect showed evidence of extensive research. The romance was sweet, and the faith element was inspiring. The characters especially Lily and Stephen were engaging and memorable. The disappointment came with the contemporary storyline. I found it confusing and hard to follow. I had difficulty keeping track of the numerous characters and connecting with the main characters Willa and Michael. Also, the copious references to the COVID pandemic were tiresome. I kept waiting and wanting to be drawn into the contemporary storyline as I was to the historical one, but it just did not happen. For these reasons, the book was just an okay read for me. I still recommend the Doors to the Past series and look forward to reading the next installment. All books in the series are stand alone. I received a copy of this book in e-book form from the publisher via NetGalley. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
This dual timeline story centers around a modern day celebrity designer who finds an old journal belonging to a singer from 1895 at The Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island. The journal ties the two main characters together nicely with a dose of mystery thrown in for good measure. I liked both main female characters, but I found that Lily tugged at my heartstrings the most. She had lost her mother and was set adrift to care for her own self at a very young age. Willa was just a bit too pretentious for my taste, and I just didn't see her style fitting in with the famous island resort. It was easy to follow the dual timeline as the author made each chapter quite clear as to which era she was writing about. I did have my doubts about psychiatry being a branch of medicine back in the late 1800's, but in looking that up discovered that Sigmund Freud and Josef Breuer were popular during that era. The author has a good backlist and she has written other novels with some of the same characters. My favorite novel of hers, though, is a contempory, Butterfly Cottage. I received a copy of this book from the author and I was not required to write a positive review. The opinions I have expressed are my own. I am disclosing this in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission’s 16 Code of Federal Regulations, Part 255, Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising.
Carrie Fancett Pagels never lets me down with her love for Mackinac Island and bringing it to life. The focus of the island this time is the famous Grand Hotel. New owners wants some refurbishing; so Willa, a successful interior decorator comes to see what she can do. In this split-time novel Willa finds a journal behind a wall in a room she is to reopen and decorate, and the journal is from an ancestor of a previous boyfriend of Willa.
Pagels does an incredible job of winding the two time periods together. She uses characters from some of her previous Mackinac Island books and connects them in seamless context. As always, her stories point the reader to Christ while fitting this into the story line in a natural way. Each time period had a mystery that in the end came together to solve both past and present pieces.
So happy that Carrie Fancett Pagels got to work her magic in this wonderful series.
**I received a complimentary copy of this book from the publisher through NetGalley. Opinions are mine alone. I was not compensated for this review.
Time for both of us to knock down those walls around our hearts.
It gets better - what could possibly be the connection between a soloist from many years earlier and a contemporary interior designer? Add the majestic Grand Hotel on beautiful Mackinac Island and you have a story you will not put down.
The author takes us back into the world where Lily, with a voice like an angel, has a very real secret to hide. One that could change everything in her world. Willa, a sought after designer, wants an answer to a question that has hounded her for years. Is it possible that uncovering one secret might answer that query? Dreams, nightmares, murder, secret rooms and memories - can a psychiatrist and an artistic gardener possibly help?
This ARC of another Doors to the Past novel was received through Barbour Publishing and NetGalley. My impressions and comments were in no way solicited.
Carrie Pangels continues to outdo herself! Behind Love’s Wall is part of the Barbour’s Doors to the Past series but each book can be read as a stand alone. If you’re a fan of Christian historical fiction and/or dual timeline stories buy this book today. You will devour it. This is a wonderful story that is so interesting and keeps you wanting to turn the pages. Yet it’s one of those books that you want to read it slowly to savor it. I loved the way it went back and forth between the past and present day. I loved that it was a mystery and love story combined. The characters and scenes are so well developed that you feel like you personally know the everyone and are part of their family. Through the author's words you can easily imagine that you live on Mackinac Island. Behind Love’s Wall is filled with faith, family, mystery, and intrigue.
Behind Love's Wall is the perfect example of Carrie Pagels' unique writing style and complex story lines. I love how she brought back several characters from My Heart Belongs on Mackinac Island: Maude's Mooring and Butterfly Cottage. Seeing their names (Maude, Ben, Sadie, Jack, and Jaycie, to name a few) felt like meeting up with old friends. There were also appearances of characters from the Christy Lumber Camp series, which now I have to read! And of course I enjoyed meeting new characters Lily and Willa, whose stories were separated by 125 years but converged with the discovery of a journal in Mackinac Island's Grand Hotel. I was almost expecting the two to use the journal as a means to communicate through time, but there is another mystery in the journal that keeps this book in the dual timeline category rather than time-slip or time travel (all of which I love!). But what I love most about Behind Love's Wall (other than pointing readers to Christ) is the use of my name and my husband's as minor characters (my husband's Lasley name is historically appropriate for Mackinac Island). To have her ask to use my name was such an honor! What a fun way to engage her readers! I started out as merely a fan of Carrie's, but I feel that she has become a dear friend.
I loved this novel! It is a Christian dual timeline that combines the best of faith, history, mystery, and romance. The author is very talented at developing the characters into three-dimensional people. She gives life to the sights, scents, and sounds of the atmosphere of Mackinac Island. The mysteries were complex, with twists that I truly did not see coming. The potential couple in each era has one or both parties hiding behind walls to protect themselves from further pain. Whether each person can trust the Lord with their future is a choice they have to make.
Lily has been singing to the accompaniment of her cousin Clem on the piano since her early teens. Lily’s mother died in a fire she was believed to have set in an asylum in Kentucky where she had been sent. In the late nineteenth century, the stigma about mental illness was much worse than now. When word got out about her mother, Lily and Clem lost contracts and went to Michigan where they heard work was available. The job in Detroit was not what they were told so they planned to go to the Straits of Michigan for the tourist season. During the night, the place in Detroit caught fire and the two of them escaped out the window. At the Straits, Lily changed her name again so she could not be connected to her mother or the fire in Detroit. They met Stephen there and he referred them to the Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island. He was a psychiatrist there with his own family secrets.
Willa and Sue needed work in 2020 when the pandemic shut down most hotel redesign work. The new owners of the Grand Hotel were looking to redesign a suite that had not been used for over 100 years due to a death. If this was successful, there was potential for more work. Willa never knew who her father was, and her mother died when she was three. Her grandfather still lives in the Upper Peninsula, so she determined to find out about her father from him. One of the people she had to work with was Michael, who she and Sue had met in the past when doing a job in another state. Willa was attracted to someone for the first time since a betrayal years ago. Michael had also been hurt badly and suffered from health problems and mood changes. Neither wants to take the risk of getting to know the other.
While there, Michael and Willa learned they both had ancestors who had been at the Grand Hotel at the same time in 1895. Willa and Sue were intrigued by a journal they found in a walled-over space in the suite they are redesigning, also known as The Songbird’s Rooms. Serious crimes occurred that year requiring the services of several Pinkerton agents, including a possibly unsolved murder.
The characters invited me into their story from the beginning and kept my attention throughout. I enjoyed learning some of the history of the island and hotel. The pandemic was written about with matter-of-fact accuracy without undercurrents of fear or politics. The mysteries in the lives of Lily and Willa, both trying to learn about their fathers, and the crimes committed in 1895, also held my attention. This is an incredibly well-written novel with timely spiritual lessons that I greatly appreciated. The resolutions were satisfactory leaving no open questions. I highly recommend it to those who enjoy Christian time-slip novels, mysteries, and light romance.
From a thankful heart: I received a copy of this novel from the publisher and Celebrate Lit, and this is my honest review.
I had the hardest time getting into this book. While it is a time-slip book, it seemed too disjointed for me. I want you to understand that this is my opinion, not a solid fact. I've read other Carrie Fancett Pagels books and enjoyed them. This one was just a miss for me.
Lily is a singer whose mother is implicated in a fire that took her life. Lily holds this information close to the vest because of the stigma of her mother being in an asylum. The man she meets who captures her interest is a psychiatrist, the very kind of person she doesn't want in her life.
Willa is a great-grandchild to one of the major characters in the book, and is trying to solve the mystery surrounding Lily.
There are so many convoluted plots in this book that it was hard for me to follow. Chalk this up to my reading mood, or that time slips are not always my cup of tea, or whatever. Someone else will enjoy this book immensely and that's great! It just wasn't for me.
What's right in the book:
the setting--Mackinac Island, Michigan, and the Grand Hotel. While I've never been to Michigan, Carrie's descriptions are absolutely fantastic.
how Carrie deals with the COVID-19 situation. She provides a clear picture of how this pandemic has had an effect on everyone--in work, in travel, in just day to day life. I'm not going to NOT recommend this book, but I only give it two stars. It was just too complicated for me to muddle through.
Barbour Publishing and NetGalley.com provided the copy I read for this review. All opinions expressed are solely my own.
WOW. There was a lot going on in this book. Two stories in two different times that were connected, with a mystery in each one. It took me a little bit to get into the book (my frame of mind, not the author’s fault), but once I did, I was hooked. Both Lily (1895) and Willa (2020) had vague memories of a parent that they never had a chance to really know. I liked the way the author brought those memories to life. There were times I had to stop reading and let my brain catch up because there was a lot to process. For a while, I couldn’t see how it would all come together, but it kept me turning the pages to see how it would wind up. I loved the way it all came together in the end, though. I would recommend this book. I received a digital copy of this book from the publisher and was not required to write a positive review. All thoughts are mine.
A time-split story that connects two characters. I loved seeing how far Lilly could get without anyone finding out her secret. Willa was having her own problems too but seeing how the author brings the two time-lines together was great. I loved the book being on the Mackinac Island because I enjoy reading about the Island. I would love to visit the Grand Hotel and see all the places in the book. Mix the romance, intrigue and mystery to the story and you have the ingredients for a wonderful book. If you like time-split books with these ingredients you will enjoy this one. I received a NetGalley copy and a paperback from the publisher and was not required to write a positive review. All opinions are my own.
