Really great poetry book. Definitely would be amazing spoken in person too. I think a lot of the messages were on point and I like she had poems written in other peoples perspectives too. I did think the organization was a little odd and I couldn’t quite figure out if the chapters belonged to one person or just a mix of poems. Aside from that, great poems.

Fantastic self love advice and hard truths throughout the book. I took my time reading this and took it all in. This is one book I will re-read again and again. I love it! Highly recommend!

I read this book right after a devastating, yet well needed break-up. Absolutely love it and will gift it to my daughter when she gets older.

An excellent read!!! A lot if common sense things we is ladies should know to look for red flags and men, and when we see the red flags, we need to run and fast. She spoke on a lot of things that were very pertinent to relationships and taking your time and self-care yourself love to come before anything. Just love and respect yourself more than anything.

The book is good. It’s simple but complex lol. I love the poetry and short story mixture. My only complaint is…the short stories are so good it leave you wanting more, especially “Tracy”.
