A fashion reporter for the Boston Herald, Bonnie Sheridan, gets the assignment of a lifetime to go to Britain and cover the fashion icon, Wallis Simpson, lover of the future King of England. Little did she know what the implications for her life would be. I quite enjoyed this but felt it was a bunch of different short stories rather than a cohesive novel. In between the different mysteries, the story was quite dull and just dwindled until the next mystery begun.

Quite enjoyable and entertaining series of cozy mystery vignettes revolving around the two main characters.

This reads like a series of cozy short stories. The stories themselves are not very realistic. I'm not sure what the author's intentions were.

I loved this book so much! Such an easy read and goes through some really interesting times in history but through a more lighthearted lense. Would definitely recommend!
