I wasn't planning on reading this book, but had forgotten that and made the mistake of starting it. Once I start a book I can't stop until I finish it, unless the writing is so bad I can't stand it. The writing itself isn't that bad, so finish it I did.

I have a couple of big issues with this book. First, I found the terminology used very demeaning to women. It isn't ok, ever, for a boss to refer to an employee as "sweetie", whether they 'don't mean it in a demeaning way' or not. Just not ok, ugh. Likewise, "love" (particularly at the first meeting) and "precious". Ewww. SO condescending and sexist.

Second, and for me the most off putting thing about this book (and its predecessor), was the so-called English terminology. I realise the author was trying to emphasise the English accent, but by trying to use 'British' words she ended up just showing her true ignorance of British English. There's a reason why one of the rules of writing is to write what you know. The author very clearly does not know the colloquial English that would be used by a middle class English man (or even working class, really - well not in this decade, or the last, anyway!). The word "bird" is NOT an acceptable term used to describe a woman respectfully. It was used a lot in the 70's and 80's, but is disrespectful and demeaning. Also, "brother mine". Really? Nope, not common terminology and sounds ridiculous to my ears. And to describe a penis to a FOUR year old as a "wanker"???!!! NO, just NO! And so many others, but it was just so wrong and not authentic that it first irritated me and then annoyed the hell out of me.

I think it must be very difficult to write about relationships between the 'alpha male' and a woman, without coming across as sexist and making the woman seem weak, but I have read many books where this has been done successfully. Sadly, not this one. Nate just came across as a bit sleazy (especially at the start) and very sexist. Camille was supposed to be a strong, independent woman, but honestly she came across as weak and pathetic and he came across as domineering and sexist. I really disliked this book, I'm sorry to say, and there are so many ways I could describe the gender inequality and sexist stereotypes that are echoed throughout this book, but I think I've bashed it enough.

I have followed the Falling series since the very beginning and grown to love the cast and crew immensely.

From the city girl meets country cowboy of Aspen and Hank, to British millionaire Collier and fractured artist London, all the stories have captured my heart.

But this story of a fragile young woman, working two jobs and harbouring a secret, heartbreaking past, and the sauve, devilishly handsome, sexy English lawyer who is besotted by her innocence, is nothing short of enchanting.

Cami is beautiful, loving and utterly beguiling in her unabashed goodness, and because of her unassuming nature, the once womanizing bachelor Nate, has finally met his match.

Their story is one of a tragic past, devastating secrets, complete devotion and moments of extreme hurt, that only serve to cement the love that will ultimately bind them together.

Knowing this is the last book in the Falling series at the moment leaves me feeling a little melancholy, but what an enchanting way to end what has been a wonderful journey with these remarkable characters.

I’m looking forward to what Ms Carlan has in store next

The third in the Falling Series is the love story between English lawyer Nathaniel Walker and young and sweet receptionist Camille Johnston.

Nate is a ladies man who has recently decided for the right woman he'd retire his black book and settle down. Camille is a young woman who's had a rough upbringing, a tumultuous few years of forced maturity beyond her years and a couple whopping secrets.

Nate is instantly taken with the lovely receptionist and pursues her endlessly. She cannot avoid Nate's charms even though she believes she's not worthy of his attention. There are things that Nate doesn't know and they could very well change his opinion of the sweet and innocent Cami.

Join me for the third and final (for now) novel in the Falling Series. Each novel can be read as a stand alone but particularly this third novel is best read when having read Angel Falling and London Falling first. Enjoy the erotic ride. I'm certain this novel will make you fall in love again.

Just finished up with my beta read on this book. It was a great, emotional read. It was fast paced and kept my interest with every page I turned.

Life has handed Camille Johnston one crap hand after another. But, she has handled it all with dignity and grace. She lives and works for the little guy in her life, never really daring to dream of more.

Nate is ready for a change in lifestyle, to find a deeper meaning in life with someone he can love and, who will love him in return. He realizes that he may have found this in the easily spooked Camille.

Nate has his work cut out for him. He needs Camille to realize that she is worth more than what life has handed her, that she IS worth being loved and cherished. But, will she stop running long enough for the two of them to learn to trust each other?

Lots of surprises in this book and, so MANY emotions. It's so wonderful to see all the characters from the series revisited here, to be kept up to speed on what's happening with their lives while we get to know Nate and Camille. Ms. Carlan draws it all together nicely at the end, no wondering what happened with any certain character. Really well written series, loved it!!!

Was ist an diesem Buch eigentlich KEIN Problem? Glaube nichts.

The story is just mind blowing with all the twist and turns, you find out just what a small world we do live in. This book has it all from heartache to new family. I love how the author entwines all three books together to make one big story. We get to meet all the old characters from the other books, they each have a place but the story moves on in each of their lives. With each new book you come to love each character more than before and life unwraps the mystery of their lives to make them one big happy family.

Camille has had a hard life from birth when she was given in to foster care never knowing who her parents were. Foster care is a hard tough life, you either grow up fast or you learn to not get noticed by those around you. Camille was the last, never thought she was good enough until the day she met one man who gave her love. Since she never had it she thought this was the man of her dreams, she took the good with the bad. Whatever he wanted or needed she gave until the day she told him she was expecting his baby. Being 18 young and pregnant and all alone isn’t where she wanted to be but it is where she found herself. She made the choices she had to so she could keep your child, they may not have been the best but these choices made so she could live and take care of her child. She doesn’t want a man ever, she isn’t looking but hiding away so keep her secrets.

Nat is more of less a playboy, with many one nightstands. All those around him are falling in love and he is missing out. He comes to understand that life is more than getting laid, it just isn’t important if you do not have someone there to keep you company through the good and the bad.

Nate takes one look at Camille and knows she is his and must have her. Camille takes one look at Nat and knows she must run, she has too many secrets that she doesn’t want to get out. Nat is having none of it and goes after what he wants. Their leads to a few misunderstanding that will lead them down a rough and rocky road. I loved Nat him with his eyes give them to me, always wanted to see what his girl thought through looking into her beautiful eyes. I loved the humor in all three books and Oliver he was a total love, I just adored him and his drama queen self. For me he made the books so much real and a better read.

I love the author’s style of writing, she has grown so much as an author over the three books. I look forward to watching you grow more with each book she writes. All three books are stand alone books but together they make a wonderful outstanding read.

MEINE MEINUNG:

I came across this series by random and I'm glad I did. From just reading the first chapter of Angel Falling(Book 1), I knew that Audrey was going to be one of my new favorite authors and it's still true after reading Justice Falling.

Justice Falling is the 3rd book in Audrey Carlan's Falling Series and my absolute favorite out of the three. I mean, who doesn't love a British lawyer who a ladies' man? I know I do, especially with his alpha tendencies, hot British accent (Come on, we all know British accents make everything sound sexy), and dirty mouth when the time calls for it. *swoon*

I started this book before I went to bed and before I knew it I was finished at 2 in the morning. This book will having you experiencing a whirlwind of emotions. Plus, Audrey definitely knows how to write a sex scene.

I can't wait to read more from Audrey in the future.

I love Cami. A true woman who has the survival instincts of a real mother and innocence of a young woman. Nate was the perfect mate for her. This book has some really hot scenes that I really enjoyed and kept me intrigued the entire story. I love how the characters in the other "Falling" books continued their stories. I am a huge fan of this author. Audrey writes in such a way that you can picture what you are reading on the big screen.

Well, melt me down like a puddle of goo, then ratchet my heart rate to hyperdrive and pass the hot, British alpha male, please. Do you know what you get when a wealthy, womanizing, testosterone filled attorney meets a beautiful, yet sweet, insecure and inexperienced young receptionist cross paths when Audrey Carlan is the mastermind of the plot? You get super sexy, super swoon-worthy, super emotional reading with the title Justice Falling.

Cami Johnston’s life hasn’t been the greatest, but she is a survivor, damaged, bruised, but not broken and will do anything to provide for her young son, the best thing that has ever happened to her. Alone and struggling, Cami is determined to make it on her own, no matter what she has to do or how far she has to degrade herself. Sadly, this undermines her self esteem.

Nathaniel Walker is a hot commodity in the dating game. With his great looks and British accent, finding a “bed warmer” for the evening is no problem, ever. When the beautiful receptionist at his friend’s firm has him wanting to settle down and take care of her, no one is more shocked than he. In spite of secret after secret after secret being revealed, Nate takes it all as he sees Cami for who she is, and how she makes him want to be a better man.

Audrey Carlan has done it again, combining heat, sizzle, a great plot that has more twists than a pretzel, more emotion than Cupid’s arrow and the most amazing cast of characters to grace the printed page. Ms. Carlan has the “gift.” Keeping old characters from previous books in the loop, adding new characters and new twists, she adds humor, charm and her own touch of magic to each page. Grab a fan, a hankie and a baseball bat, you may feel the need to use all three at one time or another.

Are you looking for a read about two completely different, yet completely likable characters who anyone can see are the perfect fit? Want to swoon over the hot alpha with a heart who is determined to help the damsel in distress? Want to melt into a panting puddle over the sizzling sensual tension? Do you have a certain pull to the damaged yet determined heroine who just needs some support as well as a strong male by her side? How about a “small world “ story that is a true eye-opener for the characters? It’s all right here in Justice Falling.

5.5 Amazing fantastic Stars

I was greatly honored to receive this amazing book for my honest review.

Nate-hot British lawyer and alpha male

Cami-beautiful, electric, scared, timid and dazzling in her own right

Tanner-the little boy with the heart of gold

Please put your hands together and be prepared to take this journey of two amazing people as they find there forever.

From across the pond to New York City this British gentleman never thought he would find the one woman that he would never be able to let go. With all the dysfunctional women that had come into his life he never thought a phone call could be so sweet. That the voice on the other end of the phone could be his Precious forever or could she?

Cami a girl working two jobs to take care of her son that has been in fear of putting food on the table never thought that a man with a sexy voice on the other end of the line could be her savior and her forever or could he? With fear in her empty heart she only has a love for one her son. Can she let a voice on the other end of the line be it for her? Would she meet the man with the golden tongue?

Life has been hard for Cami there is no denying that fact. She has many fears that with the blink of an eye could turn tragic but she never lets them show. She is a strong woman that takes great pride in everything she does and cares for everyone like no other.

Do Cami, Nate and Tanner get there happily ever after that they all so richly deserve? Does Tanner get the dad he so much wants? Does he get the golden coin that he asks for? Please pick up this book to find out.

London and Collier from book 2 (London Falling) and Aspen and Hank from (Angel Falling) make many special appearances in this final book. We get to find out what has been going on with their lives and we get to read many of happy tales or do we?

To the author Audrey Carlan another amazing wonderful, erotic, sensual and compelling book that brings this final series to a close. You are the “it” girl. This reviewer can go on and on about this book but for good reason I will not. I will let you know that the sex between Cami and Nate is hotter than the street on a 100 degree day.

Oh and please wish Congratulations to the special arrivals along the way. There are many firsts in this final book you will not want to miss a word. I promise you that.

I also want to mention a great thanks to my good friend Cyndi Becker for introducing me to this one of a kind author. Your the greatest as is this author.

Happy Reading

Cami is a single mom doing what needs done to survive with her son. She was so naive and then left with the raising of her child. She is working as a secretary in the day and only needs a couple of more months to become eligible for insurance and a nice raise. To supplement her income, she works at Gems as a dancer. She lives with Vivian and her son Zach, who is also a dancer. They have been together for a long time and help each other.
Nate is a billionaire playboy. Well known for being a one night man, f*ck them and leave them, he is blown away when he meets Cami. In no time he is calling her Precious and calling her his!!!
Cami just can't bring herself to tell Nate about her son. She thinks he will hate her, especially because she took $10K and left the donor father, who happened to be married.
She is out with her friends and coworkers and Nate is out with a friend. She looks up and almost faints. There in front of her is the father of her child. He treats her like a whore and just want her gone. Nate has no idea what is going on, but he knows his friend Tyler is a womanizer and not very nice to women.
Cami has to come clean eventually!!!
This is a great beach read and a nice HEA <3

I've been a fan of Audrey Carlan's falling series since book one and Justice Falling was no exception. Each book of the series is it's own story and can be read as a standalone, however several characters make appearances in all three novels, so the reader's experience is definitely enhanced by starting from the beginning! It was a quick, fun read!

“Nate...he was a prince. A dirty talking, smart dressing, sexy as hell, renegade modern day prince.” ~ Camille

Audrey Carlan has rounded out her Falling Series with the last installment called Justice Falling. This final book is no less sexy, angsty, nor lovely then Angel Falling or London Falling. This series is not one to miss and in Justice Falling, we get to know Nate Stone from the Stone, Walker & Associates law firm, and Camille Johnston, both characters we met in London Falling.

Insta-love, well instant connection at least, is what drives one Nate Stone to pursue the lovely Camille. At first glance, Cami is nothing like the Reynolds sisters that are featured in the first two books of the Falling series. Cami comes from a completely opposite background and is working two jobs trying to forge a better life for herself and her son. But this young and fairly innocent women shares the same fortitude that makes the Reynolds sisters standout.

Cami’s lived a relatively solitary life and vows that nothing of her true personal life will be shared with her employer or impinge on her work life at all. But how the mighty fall and most assuredly when confronted by a sexy and saucy Brit. Enter one Nathaniel Stone.Surprisingly, something about Nate drives Cami to embrace the “ live in the now” and all the affection and attention that Nate bestows upon her is quickly embraced. When Nate swoops in to sweep Cami off her feet, she goes willingly, but withholds some pretty major things about herself, most importantly that she has a child. She also withholds the true nature of her second job as her shame is so great she believes Nate would never want her if he knew what she did part time, or that she had a child.

Audrey Carlan’s Justice Falling captures the innocence of young Cami, who has held herself away from the dating scene. Even with a child and a second job that would make most new suitors question her relative innocence, that is exactly what and who she is, an innocent. Cami is devoted to her son and the life she and Jin ( her best friend and roommate) have built. With this she is truly surrounded with love and has aptly built her life, their lives, using a set of rules that create boundaries, all of which will be tested upon her meeting Nate Stone. Camille is a delightful young women, with her share of hardships living in the foster care system and with an unexpected pregnancy at 18. She had no strong and true experience with love and devotion while growing up, and yet she forges this amazing family. This little cocoon shows that she really has the tools for love, she’s just been shafted by life circumstances. She’s emotional with all the highs and lows one would expect for a character in her situation and at her age.

Nate is no less Alpha male then the previous hero’s in the Falling series. With these men, when they see what the want they go wholeheartedly forward to obtain it. Nate has even less experience than Hank or Collier in the love department as he has never attached himself a a female for more than anything then a good time time. To this point in his life, Nates' libido and emotions had been simple: “Usually, I saw an attractive bird, went after her, and bedded her”. But with his exposure to multiple the couples he was now surrounded by, and via the organic connection and chemistry he and Camille share, Nate recognizes a new desire to “belong” to someone. Nate and Camille are tested by her omissions, but then are pushed even further by her past and an unforeseeable and very unfortunate connection. But Nate is a man of his word and he doesn't let us down. Of course, there are a few moments of tear your hair out angst, but thankfully these are resolved fairly quickly.

Told with alternating chapters and views of both Cami and Nate, we really get inside each of their heads and hearts. I always love getting this 360 view of a newly forming couple, heck of any couple, and Audrey does an amazing job giving us the thought processes and emotional sides of both characters. One of my favorite elements in Audrey’s writing is the dialogue, in particular is the banter shared mostly between the male characters. With the inclusion of Nate into the series, we get to see some delightful and witty banter between the Brit brothers, Nate and Collier. I thought nothing could top Hank and Oliver…

The Falling series is truly an example of “six degrees of separation” and this is all crafted together in a strong manner. I’m sad to say so long to this little troupe, Aspen and Hank, London and Collier, and now Camille and Nate, but I am thankful I've been introduced to Audrey’s writing and storytelling and look forward to see what rabbit she pulls out of the hat in her next writing endeavor.

4 ½ Auh-Mazing Stars to Justice Falling and my recommendation for the entire Falling series as a wonderful, not to be missed read in the romance/erotic genre.

~Reviewed on Behalf of Give Me Books~

This is the first book I've read from this author and she will be on my book radar from now on!! I will be looking into her other books!
Camille has not had an easy life not only was she in foster homes when she was young but her only sexual experience ended in heartbreak. Five years later and wiser Camille is trying to make a better life for her son and her by working a full time and a pt job. She has no desire to date because her main priority is her son but then in walks Nathaniel Walker and my isn't he a fine British. Oh Nathaniel Walker is as many would say "sex on a stick" and that accent just brought goose bumps to my skin and had me all giggly. Nathaniel is a man that has no time for relationships and is focused on his company, until he heard her voice on the phone and then when he saw her, he knew he had to get to know her and make her his.

This is where the story starts picking up because we get to see the "cat & mouse" game Nathaniel & Camille play. Camille doesn't want to get her hopes up because she learned long ago that people like her do not get a happily ever after but what she doesn't realize is that Nathaniel wants her for whom she is now. She has secrets that she feels ashamed sharing with Nathaniel and Nathaniel tries really hard for Camille to trust him and open up to him and eventually she does but she still has secrets that she has not shared with him and she doesn't realize that they could make or break the relationship they are trying to create. Well Nathaniel is an Alpha Man that fiercely defends those whom he loves even if it's at the expense of loosing a friendship he has had for years. This book had me gasping when a couple of crucial secrets were exposed and it had me swooning at how magnificently wonderful Nathaniel was oh and to see the love he has for Camille & her son....I will not give away anymore because you will just read it for yourself. This book had it all drama, hope, mystery, love & lots of passion :-) I will say that Nathaniel has become one of my favorite Book Boyfriends! I will definitely be re-reading this story!! Can't wait for what else Audrey Carlan has in stored for us! 5 Sexy Stars

The third book in the Falling series is amazing. It was a pleasure to read, and the twists to the story added to my joy. I love series' like this, where you are introduced to a varied group and you get to see all of them find their love. After London Falling, I was dying to read Collier's brother's story. Nate is just drop dead sexy, and this story is filled with heat. What more does a girl need?
We have met Nate in the previous books. He is Aspen's lawyer, and Collier's brother. A very handsome British lawyer, he has everything going for him. He is a player, but he is tiring of his old ways.
Camille Johnston is a very sweet 22 year old. She is naive when it comes to love. She has a son named Tanner, and she lives with her best friend, another single mom, working two jobs to provide for her and her son.
Camille, also called Cami, is a receptionist for Hank. When she meets Hank's lawyer, Nate Walker, she is smitten with him. She has had a tough life. Justice Falling by Audrey Carlan is the third book in the Falling Series. This book can be read as a stand alone but is best read after reading Angel Falling and London Falling.

Camille “Cami” Johnson works to do anything she needs to do to make ends meet and take care of her little boy in New York City. By day she is an assistant to Hank Jensen at Jensen Construction and by night she is a dancer at Gems. Nathaniel “Nate” Walker is a cocky, lawyer with a panty dropping British accent, who sets his sites on Cami.

When Nate tells Cami “…tell me something about yourself that nobody here, knows about you,” he shocked by her response. “I used to be a gymnast.” Game on baby!!

Cami and Nate work through the good, the bad and the ugly to form the unbreakable bond of love. But is that enough? Nate shows he is ready to make Cami his own. By Cami is not sure, can love really happen this fast?

I loved Nate, from his British colloquialisms, his white hot need for her, and his instant love and need to protect her little boy. Cami’s desire to do whatever is needed to be an amazing mother and learning to let new people in, draws you in on every page. Let’s not forget the tricky, tricky sexy time with a 4 year old little boy around! :)

Check out Nate and Cami’s story in Justice Falling by Audrey Carlan. You will not be disappointed. Don’t forget Hank & Aspen’s story in Angel Falling and Collier & London’s story in London Falling.

White Hot Reads gives Justice Falling a 4 on the White Hot Reads Scale! Justice Falling is Wicked HOT!

Holy HOTNESS batman!!! I must start by saying that I really, really loved the first two books in this series and thought there was absolutely no way that I would be able to pick one to be my favorite. However, THIS IS DEFINITELY MY FAVORITE!!! Cami is a beautiful woman who wants nothing but to provide a good home and life for her son. She is a fighter and probably my favorite heroine of this series. She is straight AWESOME!! And then comes the sexy and very hot British lawyer who also happens to be quite the alpha man, Nate Walker. Holy amazeballs I am so in love with that man!! The way Ms. Carlan intertwines all the characters, but still give us the full story of the main characters is brilliant. Nate is definitely any woman's dream man and Cami is by far the best match I could have ever imagined for him. This story deserves more than 5 stars because it is really just that awesome!! I was so happy to have been asked to read this whole series and must say that Ms. Carlan is now on my must read list! Go get the WHOLE series! You will not regret it! It's bloody brilliant!

Undeniably entertaining, Justice Falling is written in the first person perspective of both main characters, Nathaniel Walker and Camille Johnson. Nathaniel's take-charge personality compliments Camille's more gentle side. Plus, it's really heart-warming to see a guy who adores a kid not his own. Moreover, it's terribly interesting and humorous to experience the change of tone, from American English to British English as the perspective shifts throughout the book. Despite having a feeling of everything going too fast midway through the story, the sweet climax and the happy-ever-after ending more than made up for it. What I really like about this book is how adorably innocent Camille is in spite of having a kid of her own, and her part-time job.

I was given an e-copy by Drue's Random Chatter for the purpose of an honest review. I was not compensated for this review-- all conclusions are my own responsibility.

Cami hasn't had the easiest life.
After being tossed from foster home to foster home she's now a single mom doing what she needs to do to take care of her son. That means working her full-time day job as a secretary and hiding her night job stripping from everyone.
Regardless of how all this makes her look, she's a bit innocent but strong enough to do what needs to be done to keep a roof over her and her sons head and food in his belly.
Enter Nate, rich, ruthless, a true man whore and he's set his sites on Cami.
He's decided that the right woman could make him a changed man. A better man. A one woman man.
But will Cami's secrets be the ruin of them before they have a chance to make a go of it? Her second job's not the only thing shes hiding from Nate!!

I'm a first time reader of Carlan but she quickly became one of my favorites with this series.

Klappentext

The audio of this consistently got better. Of course, Shane East gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The female narrator began with some jacked Jersey accent with a lisp. IDK how that made it past editing. Camille had some big ass lies of omission that made me question her competence. I almost put her in the TSTL category. Again, somehow she pulled through. Anywho, this was fun to listen to while trail running.

Justice Falling is a great addition to the Falling Series by Audrey Carlan. It is book three of the three part series, which can all be read as standalones, but contain interconnected characters.

Justice Falling follows 23 year old Camille 'Cami' Johnston, who we are briefly introduced to in the previous book London's Falling, who is Hank Jensen's new receptionist, along with the womanising English lawyer, Nathaniel 'Nate' Walker who we are originally introduced to in Angel Falling as Aspen Reynolds (now Jensen) company lawyer. In Angel Falling we find out that in years previous Nate and Aspen went out on a date. This was the last encounter with a woman that Nate thought he'd have some connection with for more, until now.

I'd done nothing but take a woman out with the sole purpose of taking her home for a quick fuck. It's been my routine for the past five years, and recently I realized I'm bloody tired of it.

Meanwhile, Cami has her mind set on surviving each day and pursuing to make a stable and secure future after the perils of her past.

Sometimes you have to do things you wouldn't ever see yourself doing

Some could say that this story line has been done over and over again. The rich guy falling for the girl who's struggling to get by, but it was more than that. You find out within the first 5 pages that Camille had a relationship with a total douche, got pregnant and has been raising her child as a single mother for the past 4 years. She works two jobs and even though is young and quite innocent, her second job and having a child at such a young age gives people the impression that she’s far from innocent (damn stereotypes), so Cami is hell bent on making sure that her personal life is separate from her working life and that the two don't intermix.

Following the trend of the of Ms Carlan’s male leads, Nate is no less alpha, following in the footsteps of Hank and his older brother Collier and going after what he wants and not stopping until he has it. Staying true to his word, even when the angst kicks in and lies of omission have the potential to end things, Nate in his sexy English alpha way pursues and conquers which is sweet and romantic and has your heart jumping for joy that not all men are assholes and can see past the baggage (yes, I know he’s not real, but you get what I mean!) As with the previous two books, this is written in alternating point of views and Audrey doesn’t disappoint with her writing style and her sex scenes are hot!

While I really liked all 3 books in the series, I think Angel Falling is still my favourite ;) I’m looking forward to see what Audrey’s new writing project will be. Go out and #oneclick the series. You won’t be disappointed :)

4 stars.

This is another wonderful romance from my new favorite author! After reading ‘Angel Falling’ and ‘London Falling’, I am hooked on the continuing characters, while meeting some new ones.

This story focuses on a new character Cami or Camille, who recently started working for Hank Jensen, the main character from ‘Angel Falling’. Cami is fairly innocent, and struggling to make a living in NYC. She meets Nathaniel ‘Nate’ Walker, who is an attorney with his brother, Collier Stone (from ‘London Falling’). They have very wealthy clients and have only been working in the US for five years. As with Collier, I would love to hear Nate’s voice and accent. Also, the differences in our words and phrases, vs. those in Great Britain, cause some confusion and laughter.

Nate is used to having any woman he wants but has had no desire for a relationship. When he meets Cami, she initially refuses to go out with him. He calls her Camille, is intrigued by her and of course, sets out to ‘woo’ her with flowers and requests for lunch, dinner, etc. Camille is hiding some secrets from Nate, and can’t believe someone like him would be interested in her. Nate becomes more and more entranced by Camille and it is so sweet how he treats her and can’t stand to be without her.

This series has been so entertaining and romantic, along with plenty of sensual and erotic scenes. Yes, everyone is attractive and most of the characters are well-off to very wealthy, but I can use a little fantasy at times! I don’t want to spoil some of the details of the story, but I kept wishing Camille would tell Nate more about her life, instead of waiting for secrets to come out.

I read all weekend from the first book, ‘Angel Falling, to ‘London Falling’, and now this story. I loved to read the continuing stories and characters from the first two books. Again, Oliver and Hank just crack me up with their comments and interactions! I would love to be part of this large group of friends, family, and lovers. There is just such sweetness when the man is the first to decide that he has found ‘the one’ for him, and there is such a change in his views on relationships. All of the main male characters are Alpha’s and possessive, but also loving and considerate. I highly recommend this series to all that believe in love and romance.
