Rate this book
After gaining unexpected guardianship of her niece, Jessica Taylor moves to the small town of Harmony, Texas to be near her best friends with the hopes of starting over. Without any future plans, insecurity is at an all-time high when the gorgeous town doctor is drawn to her for just that reason: he’s tired of his perfectly planned life practicing and researching rural medicine.

***

Considering her newly acquired single mother status, no job prospects and no home to call her own, Jessica Taylor is anxious to get her derailed life back on track. Meeting and falling for Dr. Logan Meyers isn’t part of her plan, but who cares when his emerald eyes and kisses pack a punch strong enough to rock her world.

Logan Meyers spent the last fifteen years focusing on his medical training and research. The newest town resident with her mile long legs and honey-brown eyes that speak volumes, might be just what the doctor ordered to spark some excitement into his otherwise dull life.

With all the flirty fun between Jess and Logan comes unexpected twists and turns that test the strength of their new laid plans and relationship. Will their sizzling chemistry stay hot through the curveballs life throws them?

This is the third book in the series and probably my favourite so far! I thoroughly enjoyed Logan and Jess’s story! I loved how their relationship developed and then how they navigated various difficulties that came their way. These kinds of love stories are so nice to read.

A consistent theme in all these books is the friendship between the girls and that’s still as strong and incredible as always. The best part is that the guys all now form part of this group of friends as much as the girls. The same can be said for the family themes. Momma R remains a firm favourite character. It was good to meet Jess’s brothers. It was also good to see the result with Jess’s sister, Marisa, in the end.

I’m not usually a romance fan but these books are really perfect for romance fans. There’s a great mix between sweet and spicy. Stacey’s writing style is just so easy to read and it pulls you in with such ease.

Great read! Thank you so much Stacey!

I really enjoyed the chemistry between the two main characters, and loved how nerdy they were together (and apart) throughout the book. The supporting characters of Jess’s friends and Momma R. were excellent and I really loved how much Jess took on the role of mother to Ruthie. The family and small town elements were beautifully and realistically portrayed in this romance.

The way these two meet, the way he finally gains the courage to ask her out, and the way they are with each other from moment one is definitely worth the read. These two have chemistry seeping off the page combined with real conversations and problems that they face alone and then, increasingly, together. The struggles they faced kept me turning the page and I never doubted that these two would be there for each other through it all.

I did have a couple things that tripped me up, though. First, I struggled with how many characters were introduced in the beginning and how superficially I got to know most of them in the opening chapters. Perhaps this isn’t a problem if you’ve read the previous novels in the series, but as a first time reader, it was a struggle for me. And second, I found several of the scenes or conversations, especially toward the beginning of the book, to be realistic but without story purpose. People absolutely talk about the things they were talking about, but it left me wondering why it was important to the romance or even the subplots we were being introduced to.

That said, by the end, I was thoroughly invested in their relationship and could see them being together. I was very much rooting for their success, which is what you want in a romance. This was relatively low on relationship drama, and relatively high on steamy scenes. These two did not shy away from either the physical or emotional elements of their relationship, but it developed so naturally for these two characters.

If you like small town romances, dreamy doctors, many spicy peppers in the bedroom (and elsewhere), and strong friend groups, I am sure you will love Finding You Completes Me by Stacey Komodinski. I definitely enjoyed it enough to want to pick up the next one!

I received a review copy of this book in order to facilitate this voluntary and honest review.

Finding You Completes Me is a story of love, friendship, and family. While Book 1 and Book 2 focused on Chloe's and Gaby's story, Book 3 focused on Jess.

Jess moved to Harmony after becoming a guardian to her niece, hoping to start over. Then, she met Logan, the gorgeous town doctor. I loved that it was mentioned in book 2 how the two of them met.

I appreciated Jess' enthusiasm and passion for her work. How cool she sounds talking about it. I loved how both Jess' and Logan's characters complemented each other. I also wanted to stress the consistent friendship goals in this series. Loved it!

Overall, I loved how nicely everything in the series was wrapped up in this book, specifically, Chloe and her mom, Marisa, Jess, and Logan. I finished reading feeling satisfied. I could say that I really loved the Finding Happiness in Harmony series. And I wonder if there will be a book for Seth and Cami? 🤔😁

I think this is my favorite of the three books. The key element Ms. Komosinski stressed in all the books was friendship between the three girls. No matter what opposition they faced in their lives, friendship and support helped the girls through challenges they faced. Jess was the party girl, but becoming an instant mother to her five-month-old niece, demanded she make unexpected life changes. Her friends were there to support her the whole way. She wasn't looking for love, but a very special man enters her life to offer what she didn't think she'd ever have, everlasting love. Kudos on a great addition to the series. Looking forward to another visit to Harmony and these wonderful characters.

This was a first time read by this author and it defintely won't be the last. Although this is book 3 in the series it was easily read as a standalone (and i will now go back and read Books 1&2).

This book is centred around Family, strong friends and bonds, loyalty and of course romance!
I really loved how it was all interconnected with the strong female bonds they are have.
Jessica has just been given guardianship of her niece so moves to the small town of Harmony, Texas to be near her best friends with the hopes of starting over.

Logan is the local Doctor in Harmony who is there to help Jessica along the way.
The chemistry between them was evident and they were both strong characters who were perfect for each other.
Great read!

“Finding You Completes Me” by Stacey Komosinski is the third in the series “Finding Happiness in Harmony” and continues the story or Jess & Logan and their relationship. It is a heartwarming story of friendship that progresses to love, with some steamy encounters along the way. Set in a small town in Texas, the characters’ interaction with friends and family is realistic and believable. I highly recommend this book, and the series!

Finding You Completes Me is the third book in the Finding Happiness In Harmony series. Set in a small town in Texas, this sweet, contemporary romance is the story of Jess and Logan. This friends to lovers is a slow burn romance that will captive the reader. The characters and their interaction with each other, along with the other characters in the book is very realistic and makes it extremely easy to love them. This is my first book by this author, but it sure won't be my last.

Really enjoyed this book. I will have to go back and read 1 and 2 in the series. Jess, Chloe, and Gaby are best friends and although Chloe and Gaby found their match, Jess enters the story as a single mom. She and Logan seem to be circling each other - their story is sweet as well as passionate. Lots of family and small town feel in Harmony, TX. Definitely a quick read - would recommend.

I loved reading this book! Stacy has a way of writing that makes her characters believable. I loved how Jess fought to make a good life for her niece and did everything possible. Seeing the couple go through all of life's ups and downs and still make it through was incredible. I love the way this slow burn romance builds between Jess and Logan!

Jessica moves back home after working a year away. Her life has changed a lot, precipitating the move, but it's all good. Through more changes, ups and downs, Jess and Logan find their home. I thoroughly enjoyed this book about life.

This book is part of a series but can be read as a standalone. Jess and Logan’s story is a friends to lovers story. Jess doesn’t feel good enough and they go round round with each other. Their story has many events that play into it.
I really enjoyed this book! I’m sure you’ll enjoy it too!

Finding You Completes Me is the 3rd and final book in the first set of the author’s maiden series of Finding Happiness in Harmony. The first three books in the series are based upon three twenty-something young women, Chloe, Gabby and Jessica who have been BFFs since their freshman year of college moving into the next stage of their lives, building careers and finding love. IMHO one of the real strengths of this series is while each book focuses on the romantic relationships of one of the women, their close friendships with each other are never ignored. They all play strong secondary roles in each other’s books. Through good times and bad the support of the family they have formed helps pull them all through it whether it’s a shoulder to lean on or cry on or a celebration of accomplishments and milestones. As the series opens in Chloe’s book, the three are sharing a townhouse in the city of Galorstone Texas, doing the typical things you’d expect 25-year-old college educated, single young woman would be doing. Well except of the three only Gabby isn’t a virgin and that’s only because she had a one-time sexual experience in college. These ladies don't do casual. By the end of that book, Chloe and Gabby for different reasons have relocated to Gabby’s hometown of Harmony about an hour away from Galorstone and Jess has headed west to San Diego for a promising new job and romantic relationship with Hunter, a co-worker.
Of the three women, Jess the lead in this story was the most difficult for me to understand. She grew up poor in nearby Oklahoma the oldest of four siblings. Her mother suffered from mental illness and her father traveled far and wide to find work to support his family. This left Jess to serve as the surrogate parent to her younger siblings from a young age. So while I understood why at eighteen with a hard earned college scholarship in hand she couldn’t wait to leave Oklahoma behind in her rearview mirror, I really never understood why even eight years later she never looked back to check on her siblings other than occasionally talking to her father? Even after she decides to take a more active interest in what is happening at home, she follows that up by accepting a job offer in California that will take her even further away from her Oklahoma as well as her two BFFs. Jess is very much a daddy’s girl. That’s the only explanation I can find for why she gives her father a free pass for leaving her and her siblings without a responsible adult to care for them while he goes off looking for work rather than either finding something close to home or relocating the family to where he can find gainful employment. It comes back to bite him when his youngest child Marisa becomes a 14 year old wild child with no one to supervise her. I do have to give Jess kudos for taking in Marisa her now fifteen year-old pregnant sister, trying to straighten out her life while she’s working extremely long hours in San Diego. After Marisa gives birth to baby Ruth and literally abandons her the day she comes home from the hospital with her, Jessica has choices to make. Neither her supposed dream job nor the relationship she hoped would be the forever kind with Hunter worked out the way she thought they would. She informs her employer she's taking family leave, files for custody of her niece, packs up her few belongings and moves to Harmony to take shelter living with Gabby’s mom (who has always been like a mother to all three girls), jobless but knowing she will have the support of her friends and Momma R to help her with the transition to being a single mom. Fortunately, unlike Gabby in her book, Jessica’s job skills as an extraordinary software developer are portable and along with the family leave pay she receives allows her to be financially independent while trying to get her feet beneath her.
From the moment Jessica meets Dr. Logan Meyer’s the small town family practitioner at the baby’s first checkup, sparks fly. But it is several months later before the good doctor and the single mom go on a date. Having given up on Dr. Meyers ever asking her out she accepts a dinner invitation from Randy a friend of a friend at her birthday party. Which pushes the good doctor to finally make a move and ask Jess out. Accepting dates with two men creates a bit of early tension which is quickly resolved. Keeping in mind that Jess was still a virgin when she left for California, (something that changed while she was there) and the poor body image she struggles with because she’s so tall and thin, I was a bit surprised at how bold she was in her early conversations and making out with Logan on their first of what was supposed to be a low key getting acquainted date. Their very candid discussions about their feelings and physical desires continues throughout this story. There’s no game playing with these two. Once they decide they’re going to date and see where things go communication about what they’re thinking and feeling is never an issue. As Jess admits to Logan after a hot make-out session, her brain is telling her to go slow but her body is telling her something completely different. Doesn’t take very long before her heart and body over rule her brain and she and Logan become lovers. I really liked these two as a couple and I really liked the fact that this is one contemporary romance series where the couples take the time to build a relationship before having sex. There’s none of that casual no-strings sex that permeates so many contemporary romance stories. But just like with Chloe and Gabby, once Jess decides she’s all in, there is no shortage of steamy sex scenes because these are twenty and thirty something adults with healthy libidos in the infatuation stage of their relationships. Although still scoffs when Logan tells her how beautiful she is, she shows no hesitation in taking her clothes off in front of him.
Despite some of my earlier reservations about the Jessica character I really came to like her. She’s not only beyond brilliant and hard working, she’s caring, generous and loyal. While she's not confrontational she’s also not afraid to stand up for herself. It’s understandable why Dr. Meyer absolutely adores and loves her and will do anything for her and Ruthie. I also liked that Logan Meyer seemed more real than many contemporary romance characters. Sure he’s a fit, handsome doctor, smart and caring and loves Jess beyond measure. But he’s not described as the most handsome and virile man on the planet and he does experience moments of insecure jealousy. Oh, and he's a real light weight drinker and can't dance.
There is a lot going on in this story as some of the loose ends from the other stories as well as some in Jess’s life are tied up. There are some tragedies and some very happy moments in this story. I know that its common for couples to become engaged and live together for months and sometimes years before the actual marriage but I didn’t get why both Gabby and Brad and Chloe and Chris waited months after they got engaged to throw engagement parties? Aren’t those supposed to occur fairly soon after the engagement ring is accepted?
Over all I think this might be the best of the three books. There are more books in the future featuring another trio of Harmony friends. One of whom is introduced in this story. Hopefuly we'll see little pieces of the original three's lives in future books Harmony being the small town it is.

Finding you Completes Me is a wonderful friends to lovers romance and is book three in Stacey's Finding Happiness in Harmony series. I have read the first two books in which we were introduced to Jess and Logan, the town's doctor. Stacey gives us a beautiful love story of two people that deserve happiness and find it together. When Jess and Logan's story is a slow-burn love story that has you feeling full of warmth and happiness.

Jess finds herself the legal guardian of her niece Ruthie and moves to Harmony to be with her best friends Gaby and Chloe and to get away from her ex. She is out of a job, loving with her best friend's gramma and raising her niece. She loves being in Harmony raising her niece and being with her friends but misses her family. Her mom is in a facility for mental health, her dad is living on his own and focused on her mom and her sister, Ruthie's mom is missing. When a party is thrown for her birthday she has the time of her life but a certain Dr has her attention but never makes a move. Can she get him to notice her? She has liked him since the last time she visited Harmony but how does he feel? Jess knows that she needs to focus on getting a job and raising Ruthie but she also has needs and wants to be loved. When Logan does finally ask her out she is excited. Can they make a go of it?

Logan has liked Jess since she visited last time and can't get her out of his thoughts. He was too chicken to make a move at her party but then he gets a call that Jess and Ruthie are very sick, he drops everything and goes to take care of them. Will he finally tell her that he likes her more than a friend? Will he show her that he wants to be with her and also take care of Ruthie? When tragedy strikes Jess's family, Logan is there for her. Logan will do anything for her and he makes sure that she and Ruthie mean the world to him.

Jess and Logan are perfect for each other. The love that they share for one another is beautiful. They have this special bond that also includes Ruthe. Stacey has us swooning over Logan and wanting to be friends with Jess, Gaby and Chloe. I highly recommend adding Finding You Completes Me to your TBR list as well as adding Stacey to your authors to follow list. Her books are beautifully written and thoroughly enjoyable to read.

💫ARC REVIEW 💫

Well this is going to be my new favourite and it was my most awaited book it's so much fun to read and it was such a great story about Jess and Logan and I had a greater expectation over this one and it is worth.

Jess is smart and intelligent and wants a happy life, but bcoz of undeniable circumstances she has to move into Hormony which is the only best way to start a new life.

Logan who is doctor and the most eligible bachelor in town.

When they meet there was some special connection between them which they couldn't resist. The relationship between them was so pure and the process of the story line is so good and the character development is also good and it was beautifully written. There are lots of emotions and the friendship between the girls are bang on which was as expected I really enjoyed it.

This was such a good read I would definitely recommend this one.

This is the third book in this intriguing series and is Logan and Jessica’s story. Jessica moves to the small town of Harmony for a fresh start when she gains guardianship of her little niece. Logan is the sexy towns doctor, and there is an instant attraction when they cross paths and the sparks fly. These two complement each other perfectly, but can their relationship survive the curveball and challenges thrown in their path? This is a well written story which is a slow burn, with undeniable chemistry, and has witty and flirty banter, humor, emotions, tension, family, friendships, loyalty, romance, twists, and love, which leads to a compelling page turner. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

Finding you completes me is a cute Contemporary Romance. The story a mix of slow burn and fast paced. If you’re looking for a quick relaxing read, then this is not a book for you. The Harmony world is a complex one and there are lots of characters with their own story. Sometimes you can get lost if you’re a fast reader as I am. I loved Jess and Logan story but sometimes I get confused over some details.
The book is packed with events, some cute, some hilarious and some a little too much.

Another great read in this small town series about these amazing best friends. Jess and Logan have a great connection from the start and I enjoyed going on their journey with them. The story flowed while they spent time together along with the sparks that they have. The story has emotions, building of relationships, sadness, love and friendships. It's full of sweet, spice and really pulled me in!

Finding You Completes me is the 3rd book in Finding Happiness in Harmony. Jess and Logan’s story is a lovely one. Friends to lovers, a mix of fast paced and slow burn romance. The book is full packed with events related and not to the main characters. Jess and her friends have a great bound, like a big family and Logan is simply lovely.
