Love Stephanie St. Klaire; don't like books where the story finishes in book two, but I've read many of her stories and they always end well, so I purchased a 3 book set with Brother's Keeper 1 -3 (Declan Books 1 & 2 + Liam). Book 1 is about Declan and Lydia (no spoilers) and continues into book 1.5/2. NOT a standalone (need to read the 2nd book to finish the story), but a HEA at the end of book #2. Lots of action, intrigue, secrets, tie-ins with the rest of the books in the series.

This is the conclusion of Lydia & Declan’s story. An entire gamut of human emotions fill these pages...from loss, to life and love. And, happiness and grief are also featured. Amazing compilation of events make this an excellent read. If you love good, romantic suspense you need to read Declan part 1 and 2, it is spectacular. I can’t wait to read the rest of the books in the Brother’s Keeper series.

The conclusion of Declan & Lydia’s journey. Declan is a take charge kind of guy. And seems to always be one step ahead. Lydia witnesses her husband, Esteban, commit cold blooded murder, his right hand man, Jason sees her as she is running away and rushes to intercept her before Esteban realizes what she saw and takes action. It’s an intense & exciting read. And am voluntarily leaving my review.

Lydia exchanged her luxurious lifestyle for the security of modest small town living where she can raise her son safety after her saw her husband killing some men. Declan was her bodyguard before she saw what her husband doing. People were trying to find them so she wouldn't tell what she knew

What an amazing story. I loved all the twists and turns, the plots that I wasn't expecting with so much sadness and heartache. I am so glad that they both got there happy ever after. So looking forward to the next book in the series.

Having the brothers and cousins working together to rid the world of super dooper bad guys is perfection. There’s love and second chances, gun battles, innocent lives in peril and lots of loyalty. And the biggest twists! Loved this one.

Romantic suspense with some spice. I'm glad I continued the series. I enjoyed this book more than the previous. My only complaint is trying to keep all the characters straight. That doesn't impact the story too much, and as I continue, it will be easier.

She finally finds peace, but only after being put through hell again.
Someone from her past that she didn't know about comes out of the woodwork to haunt her until her new family stands together to put them down.
